技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种上壳隐藏浇注点式模具，属于模具制造结构技术领域。
背景技术
目前，在制造尺寸不大的塑料上壳时，常常将浇注点设置在上壳体的侧面，但现在对壳体外表面光滑度要求越来越高，这种制造上壳体模具的结构已经过时了。如现在插线板上壳，壳体外表面和内表面需要满足美观和安装的要求，不能出现浇注点，做到这点需要对现有模具结构进行改进。
实用新型内容
目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种上壳隐藏浇注点式模具。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种上壳隐藏浇注点式模具，包括：上固定板、下固定板、母模板、公模板，还包括：热流板、母模仁、公模仁、型面、斜销、浇流道，所述上固定板与下固定板之间从上至下依次设置有热流板、母模板、公模板，所述母模板内设置有母模仁，所述公模板内设置有公模仁；所述母模仁与公模仁之间设置有型面，所述浇流道末端设置在型面内，所述斜销末端设置在型面内。
所述型面设置底面开口方形壳体结构，所述壳体顶面设置有开孔，所述开孔下方设置有侧板。
所述浇流道末端设置在侧板上。
所述斜销末端设置在壳体内壁上。
有益效果：本实用新型提供的一种上壳隐藏浇注点式模具，因上壳体宽度较为狭窄，内部有卡勾，需要出斜销，产品外观不允许有进点痕迹，传统进料方式不能实现模具开模，本设计采用三板模和牛角进料方式，利用插线板中间方孔过料头进料可实现模具完美开模。

如图1所示，一种上壳隐藏浇注点式模具，包括：上固定板1、下固定板2、母模板3、公模板4，还包括：热流板5、母模仁6、公模仁7、型面8、斜销9、浇流道10，所述上固定板1与下固定板2之间从上至下依次设置有热流板5、母模板3、公模板4，所述母模板3内设置有母模仁6，所述公模板4内设置有公模仁7；所述母模仁6与公模仁7之间设置有型面8，所述浇流道9末端设置在型面8内，所述斜销10末端设置在型面8内。
如图2所示，所述型面8设置底面开口方形壳体结构，所述壳体顶面设置有开孔81，所述开孔81下方设置有侧板82。
所述浇流道9末端设置在侧板82上。
所述斜销10末端设置在壳体内壁上。
