Abstract
本发明公开了铲雪机轴承,属于轴承,其结构包括外圈、内圈和滚子,所述的外圈和内圈之间设置有滚子,并由保持架支撑,所述的外圈、内圈和滚子分别为圆柱状,所述的内圈上偏心设置有一内花键孔,所述的滚子两侧的外圈和内圈之间分别设置有密封圈。与现有技术相比,本发明的铲雪机轴承具有可靠的传动力矩;增加了振动力,以敲碎坚硬压实了的冰雪;提高了轴承的抗冲击能力,同时提高了轴承的使用寿命;提高了轴承的密封性能,防止轴承漏脂,同时防止冰雪、水雾进入轴承内部等特点,因而具有很好的推广应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是一种HLB-CX40型铲雪机轴承。
背景技术
通常铲雪机采用的是螺旋式铲雪刀,轴承采用普通圆锥滚子轴承,铲雪原理类似旋耕机旋地的原理,所以刀片是大直径连续螺旋型的,一般直径在400-600mm之间,刀片刃薄,在铲除压实的冰雪时,刀片极易损坏或磨损。而螺旋刀片制造复杂,造价高,刃磨也困难,所以铲雪成本很高。
圆锥滚子轴承密封效果差,轴承容易漏脂,而且冰雪、水雾易进入轴承内部,轴承的抗冲击能力差,在进行铲雪时极易损坏,降低了使用寿命,增加了成本。目前,还未有好的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种铲雪机轴承,该铲雪机轴承具有可靠的传动力矩;增加了振动力,以敲碎坚硬压实了的冰雪;提高了轴承的抗冲击能力,同时提高了轴承的使用寿命;提高了轴承的密封性能,防止轴承漏脂,同时防止冰雪、水雾进入轴承内部的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括外圈、内圈和滚子,所述的外圈和内圈之间设置有滚子,并由保持架支撑,所述的外圈、内圈和滚子分别为圆柱状,所述的内圈上偏心设置有一内花键孔,所述的滚子两侧的外圈和内圈之间分别设置有密封圈。
所述的内圈、外圈和滚子分别为高碳铬轴承钢制造。
所述的密封圈采用丁腈橡胶密封圈。
所述的内花键孔的齿顶直径为65mm,齿底直径为56mm。
所述的外圈外径为215mm,宽度为32mm,所述的内圈滚道外径为165mm,所述的内花键孔的中心轴线与内圈的中心轴线之间的偏心量为40mm。
本发明的铲雪机轴承和现有技术相比,具有以下突出的有益效果:轴承内圈采用了内花键孔式齿轮传动,使其可靠的传动力矩;轴承采用偏心设计,增加了振动力,以敲碎坚硬压实了的冰雪,使轴承旋转时产生上下强烈的振动,同时使已敲碎的冰雪通过轴承转动摆动到后面,由扬雪机扬出或送入车斗;轴承采用圆柱滚子轴承设计,提高了轴承的抗冲击能力,同时提高了轴承的使用寿命;轴承上设置有密封圈,提高了轴承的密封性能,防止轴承漏脂,同时防止冰雪、水雾进入轴承内部;铲雪效率高,铲刀可长期不用更换,节省了费用取得了良好的经济效益等特点。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图1和附图2对本发明的铲雪机轴承作以下详细地说明。
本发明的铲雪机轴承,其结构包括外圈1、内圈2和滚子3,所述的外圈1和内圈2之间设置有滚子3,并由保持架4支撑,所述的外圈1、内圈2和滚子3分别为圆柱状,所述的内圈2上偏心设置有一内花键孔6,所述的滚子3两侧的外圈1和内圈2之间分别设置有密封圈5。
所述的内圈2、外圈1和滚子3分别为高碳铬轴承钢制造。为了满足轴承使用时的高韧性要求,轴承的内圈2和外圈1采用贝氏体淬火工艺,淬火硬度在55-58HRC之间。圆柱滚子采用15×20规格的25粒。
所述的密封圈5采用丁腈橡胶密封圈。密封结构采用迷宫式,能有效的防止冰雪及水雾进入。
所述的内花键孔6的齿顶直径为65mm,齿底直径为56mm。
所述的外圈1外径为215mm,宽度为32mm,所述的内圈2滚道外径为165mm,所述的内花键孔6的中心轴线与内圈2的中心轴线之间的偏心量为40mm。
保持架4采用槽型冲压保持架,结构紧凑,滚子数量多,强度高。
铲雪机轴承是铲冰雪装置中重要的机械部件之一,其主要功能是把汽车发动机的动力,通过传动轴上的花键齿轮与轴承的內花键孔配合,传递到轴承内圈。由于轴承是偏心设计,通过轴承的偏心转动,实现将动力转换成为上下震动及前后摆动的复合运动。安装在轴承装置上的冰雪铲由此实现敲碎冰雪、并向后铲动。
该轴承能承受较大的冲击载荷,转速高,摆动大,寿命长,结构紧凑,重量轻等特点。

1.铲雪机轴承,包括外圈、内圈和滚子,所述的外圈和内圈之间设置有滚子,并由保持架支撑,其特征是:所述的外圈、内圈和滚子分别为圆柱状,所述的内圈上偏心设置有一内花键孔,所述的滚子两侧的外圈和内圈之间分别设置有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铲雪机轴承,其特征是:所述的内圈、外圈和滚子分别为高碳铬轴承钢制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铲雪机轴承,其特征是:所述的密封圈采用丁腈橡胶密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铲雪机轴承,其特征是:所述的内花键孔的齿顶直径为65mm,齿底直径为56mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铲雪机轴承,其特征是:所述的外圈外径为215mm,宽度为32mm,所述的内圈滚道外径为165mm,所述的内花键孔的中心轴线与内圈的中心轴线之间的偏心量为40mm。
