技术领域
本发明涉及一种工具附件,其用于固定在配有工具容纳部的手持式工具机上,该工具附件具有从动轴和基体,在该基体的外周上设有用于释放至少一个配属的锁定元件而可旋转运动地布置的锁定套管。
背景技术
由现有技术中已知了这种工具附件,其基体在设置在相应的手持式工具机上的工具容纳部的区域中通过能借助于配属的锁定套管操纵的锁定元件而可以被锁定。例如将锁定连接片或锁定突出部用作为锁定元件,其例如沿圆周方向取向地布置在锁定套管的内周上。其能实现通过所谓的卡口式连接将锁定套管固定在手持式工具机上,其中锁定套管在工具附件被推到手持式工具机上之后由使用者从解锁位置扭转到锁定位置中。
在现有技术中不利的是,即为了将这种工具附件锁定在相应的手持式工具机上,分别需要使用者的两只手,其中需要一只手用于推动附件并且需要另一只手用于旋转锁定套管。这导致了工具附件的麻烦的且复杂的操作。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种新型的工具附件,该工具附件能实现改进的可操作性。
该目的通过一种工具附件实现,该工具附件用于固定在具有工具容纳部的手持式工具机上,该工具附件具有从动轴和基体,在该基体的外周上设有用于释放至少一个对应的锁定元件而可旋转运动地布置的锁定套管。在基体的外周上设计有防旋转单元,用于防转转地将基体固定在配属于手持式工具机的固定单元上。在防旋转单元上和在固定单元的内周上设有互补的几何形状,该几何形状设计成为了可拆卸地、防转转地将基体固定在固定单元上而交错地接合。
本发明因此能提供一种工具附件,在该工具附件中,通过设置用于彼此啮合的、互补的几何形状能实现附件在手持式工具机上改进的定心并且因此能实现简化的可操作性。
根据一种实施方式,防旋转单元和固定单元设计用于形成形状配合的连接。
因此能实现牢固地且安全地将工具附件固定在手持式工具机上。
锁定套管优选地配备有带有预设的弹簧力的弹簧元件,该弹簧元件沿对应的锁定位置的方向对锁定套管进行加载,以用于实现可拆卸地、防转转地将基体固定在固定单元上,其中锁定位置对应于锁定套管的第一旋转位置。
因此可以提供稳定的且可靠的锁定布置。
根据一种实施方式,锁定套管设计用于,在将基体沿预设的轴向方向推到手持式工具机的固定单元上时,通过至少一个配属的锁定元件在配属于固定单元的、至少一个控制元件的至少一个引导棱上克服弹簧元件的弹簧力进行的偏转,实现了从对应的锁定位置到对应的释放位置中的旋转运动,其中释放位置对应于锁定套管的第二旋转位置。
本发明因此能实现提供一种自锁定的锁定布置,其中以简单的方式和方法通过应用至少一个控制元件在将基体推到或锁定到固定单元上时,可以省略由使用者来操纵锁定套管。
锁定套管优选地设计用于,在将基体沿预设的轴向方向推到手持式工具机的固定单元上时,当达到对应的轴向的端部位置时,通过弹簧元件的弹簧力,进行了从对应的释放位置到对应的锁定位置中的旋转运动,以便能使得至少一个控制元件通过至少一个对应的锁定元件在后接合。
因此可以以简单的方式和方法实现安全且可靠地、自动地将工具附件锁定在手持式工具机上。
优选地,所述基体在手持式工具机的固定单元上可拆卸地、防转转的固定,能通过所述锁定套管从对应的锁定位置沿反向于所述弹簧元件的弹簧力定向的旋转方向旋转到对应的释放位置中而拆卸。
因此可以不复杂地且快速地将工具附件从手持式工具机上拆卸并移除。
根据一种实施方式,防旋转单元具有:至少一个槽形的凹部,用于容纳配属于固定单元的、连接片形式的突起部;和/或至少一个连接片形式的突起部,用于接合到配属于固定单元的、槽形的凹部中。
因此能实现稳定且可靠地、防转转地将基体固定在固定单元上。
根据一种实施方式,设有与基体相连接的驱动单元,该驱动单元具有用于驱动从动轴的偏心传动装置。
本发明因此能以简单的方式和方法实现按照偏心附件的形式来设计工具附件,以便因此能将其应用在多个不同的应用领域中。

具体实施方式
图1示出示例性的手持式工具机100,该手持式工具机具有带有手柄115的工具壳体105。根据一种实施方式,手持式工具机100为了实现与电网无关的供电而能机械地和电地与蓄电池组190相连接。在图1中,手持式工具机100示例性地设计为电动钻孔机(Akku-Bohrschrauber)。然而需要指出的是,即本发明不限于电动钻孔机,而是更确切地说可以应用在各种不同的手持式工具机中,在这些手持式工具机中,工具可以置于旋转状态,而不取决于手持式工具机是能够与依赖电网进行驱动或与电网无关地利用蓄电池组190进行驱动,例如可以应用在螺丝刀或蓄电池螺丝刀(Akku-Schrauber)、冲击式螺丝刀或蓄电池冲击式螺丝刀(Akku-Schlagschrauber)、冲击钻或者说锤式钻孔机(Schlagbohrmaschine)或蓄电池冲击钻或者说蓄电池锤式钻孔机(Akku-Schlagbohrmaschine)中。
在工具壳体105中布置有由蓄电池组190供电的、电动的驱动电机180和传动装置109。驱动电机180通过传动装置109与驱动轴120、例如驱动主轴相连接。在手持式工具机100运行时,电机180通过传动装置109旋转地对驱动轴120进行驱动。
驱动电机180示范性地布置在电机壳体185中并且传动装置109布置在传动装置壳体110中,其中传动装置壳体110和电机壳体185示例性地布置在工具壳体105中。传动装置109配备有用于容纳工具150的工具容纳部140,该工具容纳部例如具有转接头145。工具容纳部140可以形成到可由驱动电机180通过传动装置109驱动的驱动轴120上或者以套装的形式与该驱动轴相连接。

根据一种实施方式,手持式工具机100或工具容纳部140配备有固定单元170,该固定单元示范性地轴向和径向不能运动地固定在工具壳体105上。该固定单元示例性地设计为套管形并且因此在下面也称为“固定套管”。然而需要指出的是,固定套管170仅仅示例性地设计为一个单独的部件并且替代于此也可以与工具壳体105一体构成。

图4示出了根据图2的工具附件200的锁定套管400,其具有形状在其内周405上的环形肩部410,在该环形肩部上设置了斜切的边棱499;以及锁定连接片420。此外,在内周405上示范性地示出了其它锁定连接片,在这些锁定连接片中出于附图简洁和简单的目的而仅示出了三个带有附图标记422、424、426的锁定连接片。
根据一种实施方式,在环形肩部410的区域中还设有槽形的容纳部430。该容纳部例如用于容纳根据图3的扭转弹簧500的端部区域(图5中的510),以便因此能描述如根据图2中的锁定套管400的弹簧加载。
图5示出了根据图2的工具附件200的扭转弹簧500,具有:弯曲的第一端部区域510,该端部区域例如设计用于接合到根据图4的锁定套管400的槽形的容纳部430中;以及弯曲的第二端部区域520。其例如用于将扭转弹簧500固定在根据图2或3的基体300上。
Claims (11)
1. 一种工具附件(200),用于固定在具有工具容纳部(140)的手持式工具机(100)上,所述工具附件具有从动轴(268)和基体(300),在所述基体的外周(350)上设有用于释放至少一个配属的锁定元件(420、422、424、426)而可旋转运动地布置的锁定套管(400),其特征在于,在所述基体(300)的外周(350)上设计有防旋转单元(330),所述防旋转单元用于防转转地将所述基体(300)固定在配属于所述手持式工具机(100)的固定单元(170)上,其中,在所述防旋转单元(330)上并且在所述固定单元(170)的内周(179)上设有互补的几何形状(332、334、336、338、340、342、390;171、178),所述几何形状设计成为了可拆卸地、防转转地将所述基体(300)固定在所述固定单元(170)上而交错地接合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述防旋转单元(330)和所述固定单元(170)设计用于形成形状配合的连接。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(400)配备有带有预设的弹簧力的弹簧元件(500),所述弹簧元件沿对应的锁定位置的方向对所述锁定套管(400)进行加载,以用于实现可拆卸地、防转转地将所述基体(300)固定在所述固定单元(170)上,其中锁定位置对应于所述锁定套管(400)的第一旋转位置。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(400)设计用于,在将所述基体(300)沿预设的轴向方向(297)推到所述手持式工具机(100)的固定单元(170)上时,通过至少一个配属的锁定元件(420、422、424、426)在配属于所述固定单元(170)的、至少一个控制元件(174)的至少一个引导棱(175)上克服弹簧元件(500)的弹簧力进行的偏转,实现了从对应的锁定位置到对应的释放位置中的旋转运动,其中释放位置对应于锁定套管(400)的第二旋转位置。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述锁定套管(400)设计用于,在将所述基体(300)沿预设的轴向方向(297)推到所述手持式工具机(100)的固定单元(170)上时,当达到对应的配属的端部位置时,通过所述弹簧元件(500)的弹簧力,进行了从对应的释放位置到对应的锁定位置中的旋转运动,以便能使得至少一个控制元件(174)通过至少一个配属的锁定元件(420、422、424、426)在后接合。
6. 根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述基体(300)在手持式工具机(100)的固定单元(170)上可拆卸地、防转转的固定,能通过所述锁定套管(400)从对应的锁定位置沿反向于所述弹簧元件(500)的弹簧力定向的旋转方向(299)旋转到对应的释放位置中而拆卸。
7. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述防旋转单元(330)具有至少一个槽形的凹部(390),用于容纳配属于所述固定单元(170)的、连接片形式的突起部(171)。
8. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工具附件,其特征在于,所述防旋转单元(330)具有至少一个连接片形式的突起部(332、334、336、338、340、342),其用于接合到配属于所述固定单元(170)的、槽形的凹部(178)中。
9. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工具附件,其特征在于,设有与所述基体(300)相连接的驱动单元(250),所述驱动单元具有用于驱动所述从动轴(268)的偏心传动装置(260)。
10. 一种手持式工具机(100),其具有工具容纳部(140)和壳体(105),在所述壳体上能固定具有从动轴(268)和基体(300)的工具附件(200),其中在所述基体(300)的外周(350)上设有用于释放至少一个配属的锁定元件(420、422、424、426)而可旋转运动地布置的锁定套管(400),其特征在于,设有固定单元(170),其用于防转转地对在所述基体(300)的外周(350)上设置的防旋转单元(330)进行固定,其中在所述固定单元(170)的内周(179)上和在防旋转单元(330)上设有互补的几何形状(332、334、336、338、340、342、390;171、178),所述几何形状设计成为了可拆卸地、防转转地将所述基体(300)固定在所述固定单元(170)上而交错地接合。
11. 一种工具系统(205),具有手持式工具机(100)和工具附件(200),其中手持式工具机(100)具有工具容纳部(140)和壳体(105),在所述壳体上能固定具有从动轴(268)的工具附件(200)的基体(300),并且其中在所述基体(300)的外周(350)上设有用于释放至少一个配属的锁定元件(420、422、424、426)而可旋转运动地布置的锁定套管(400),其特征在于,在所述壳体(105)上设有固定单元(170),用于防转转地对设置在所述基体(300)的外周(350)上的防旋转单元(330)进行固定,其中,在所述固定单元(170)的内周(179)上和在防旋转单元(330)上设有互补的几何形状(332、334、336、338、340、342、390;171、178),所述几何形状设计成为了可拆卸地、防转转地将所述基体(300)固定在所述固定单元(170)上而交错地接合。
