背景技术
该类装置在文献US 2009/0028668 A1或DE 10 2005 026 855 A1中已知。已知的设备具有一个支承部件和两个弹性锁定臂。锁定臂以足部模压成型在支承部件上并且具有远离支承部件的头部。在头部设置一个与螺栓啮合的齿形结构。在装配完成设置中，锁定臂以一定的预紧力紧贴在螺栓上并且使装置固定在螺栓上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种开篇所述类型的装置，其可以相对容易地从螺栓上拆卸下。
该目的由开篇处所述类型、根据本发明的具有权利要求1所述特征的装置实现。
通过在每一个锁定臂上模制一个操纵部分，借助该操纵部分相关的锁定臂可以沿径向移动脱离与螺栓的啮合，根据发明的装置可以通过操纵部分的手动操作非常容易地从螺栓上拆卸下。
本发明的适宜的设计方案在从属权利要求的特征中。

具体实施方式
图1以立体图示出了根据发明的装置的一个实施例，其设计为由硬弹性塑料材料制成的双臂电缆支架1。该电缆支架1具有矩形的内框架2，其由作为支承部件的底板3、与底板3平行且具有一定距离的盖板4和两个侧面板5、6构成。侧面板5、6彼此平行并且将底板3与盖板4彼此连接。在每个侧面板5、6模制一个由内框架2向外延伸的侧臂7、8，以已知技术和方法借助该侧臂可将至少一个电缆定位在接纳腔9内，并且该电缆可通过至少一个保持翼10、11固定。
根据图1的实施例中，在底板3的远离盖板4的一侧设置有两个支撑轨12、13，其由底板3斜向外分别朝侧臂7、8的方向放置。
底板3设置有优选安放在中间的圆形的通槽14，本实施例中在该通槽的侧边区域设置有两个锁定臂15、16。每个锁定臂15、16的周长部分大体上呈90°延伸，其中在锁定臂15、16之间沿切线方向设置同样90°延伸的自由空间。每个锁定臂15、16以大体上垂直于底板3设置的足部17模制在底板3的靠近支撑轨12、13的一侧，并且在足部17的远离底板3的一侧具有径向向内的弯曲的头部18。在每个头部18的径向向外的一侧模制一个操纵部分19。
在盖板4的靠近底板3的一侧模制轴向上对着锁定臂15、16的引导盘20、21，其由盖板4延伸至相对于锁定臂15、16具有很小的距离的位置。引导盘20、21在切线方向同样呈90°延伸并且相对于通槽14彼此相反相对地安放。每个引导盘20、21通过在一个纵侧与引导盘20、21和盖板4连接的第一稳定片22，通过与盖板4的相关的引导盘20、21的另一个纵侧和侧面板5、6相连的第二稳定片23保持稳定不发生径向形变。
图2以立体图示出了图1中电缆支架1作为根据发明的装置的实施例在锁定臂15、16区域的剖面。由图2可以得出，每个操纵部分19具有一个接合板24，其在头部18的彼此远离的一侧模制在锁定臂15、16上，并且彼此平行地从锁定臂15、16向外延伸。
在每个接合板24远离锁定臂15、16的一端模制一个操纵板25，其大致与相关接合板24垂直地从相应另一个锁定臂15、16向外延伸。由此操纵板25同样彼此平行并且在通槽14上彼此相反相对地安放。
此外每个操纵部分19具有一个加固肋26，其模制在锁定臂15、16的头部18上、在接合板24的远离另一个锁定臂15、16的一侧和在操纵板25的靠近接合板24的一侧上，由此达到防止操纵板25在接合板24方向上过度弯曲的加固措施，并且操纵部分19总体上稳定地与每个锁定臂15、16相连。
此外由图2可以得出，每个锁定臂15、16具有一个齿形结构，在所示实施例中其具有两个在轴向上彼此具有一定距离的锁定齿27、28。每个锁定齿27、28设计为在其靠近通槽14的一侧以递增的距离从底板3斜向径向内侧并且在其远离底板3的一侧设置有基本平行于底板3的后锁定面。
图3以立体图示出了插入一个螺栓29的装配完成时的图1中电缆支架1的内框架2的剖面。螺栓29具有粗螺纹，该粗螺纹相对于斜率而言具有彼此距离相对较远的螺距30并且一端固定在图3中只示出了一部分的支承部分31上。
根据图3在装配完成状态，锁定臂15、16以锁定齿27、28与螺距30的啮合、以预紧力紧贴在螺栓29上，螺栓以其远离支承部件31的一端安置在引导盘20、21之间。由此电缆支架1稳固地并且不会意外脱离地装配在螺栓29上。
将推力施加到操纵板25上时，锁定臂15、16带着锁定齿27、28移动出与螺距30的啮合，那么从现在开始根据发明的装置可以很容易地从螺栓29上去除。由于操纵板25相对于通槽14对称的设计，基本上不施加转矩在电缆支架1上。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于插入螺栓（29）的装置，所述装置具有一个支承部件（3）和至少两个弹性锁定臂（15、16），所述锁定臂分别以一个足部（17）模制在所述支承部件（3）或一个支承部件（3）上，并且具有远离相关支承部件（3）的头部（18），在所述头部上形成一个齿形结构（27、28）用于与螺栓（29）啮合，其特征在于，在每个锁定臂（15、16）模制一个操纵部分（19），借助所述操纵部分将相关锁定臂（15、16）沿径向移动脱离与螺栓（29）的啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，存在两个锁定臂（15、16），所述两个锁定臂彼此相反相对地设置在通槽（14）的两侧，所述通槽形成为底板（3）内的唯一支承部件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置，其特征在于，每个操纵部分（19）具有一个平的操纵板（25），其中所述两个彼此相反相对的锁定臂（15、16）的操纵板（25）彼此平行对齐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置，其特征在于，每个所述操纵板（25）通过与其垂直对齐的接合板（24）与相关的锁定臂（15、16）相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置，其特征在于，在所述操纵部分（19）的操纵板（25）和接合板（24）上形成加固肋（26）。
6.根据权利要求1至5的任意一项所述的装置，其特征在于，每个所述锁定臂（15、16）的齿形结构具有纵向上彼此相间隔的锁定齿（27、28）。
