技术领域
本发明涉及一种换刀装置,尤其涉及一种具有较好的夹取功能的换刀装置。
背景技术
现有的换刀装置一般包括装设有刀具的刀库、旋转伸缩气缸及夹取组件,该旋转伸缩气缸驱动该夹取组件从该刀库上夹取刀具并将刀具对应装设于刀座上。但是,当夹取组件的加工或装配的精度不够高时,会使得夹取组件与刀具之间存在一定的间隙,导致夹取组件与刀具之间的接触面不能始终紧密的贴合。因此造成夹取组件夹取刀具时发生夹不紧,从而降低换刀装置的夹取精度。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种夹取精度较高的换刀装置。
一种换刀装置,其包括装有刀具的刀库、夹取部件及旋转伸缩气缸,该旋转伸缩气缸与该刀库相邻装设,用于夹取该刀库上的刀具。该夹取部件包括换刀臂及分别装设于该换刀臂两端的两个夹取组件,该旋转伸缩气缸与换刀臂相连且能够驱动换刀臂进行旋转与伸缩运动。每个夹取组件包括装设件、弹性件、活塞及多个抵持件,该装设件装设于换刀臂上,且该装设件的周壁上贯通开设有多个装配孔。该弹性件与该活塞套设于该装设件上,且该弹性件的两端分别与该装设件及该活塞弹性抵持,该多个抵持件分别活动地装设于装设件上的多个装配孔内并与活塞相抵持。
所述换刀装置的夹取组件通过外接气源提供的推动力,使该活塞推动该抵持件,以使该抵持件紧密夹紧刀具,即使在夹取时或者后续因磨损而使两者之间产生间隙时,也可利用该推动力使间隙减小或消除,从而提高该夹取组件作业时的夹取精度。

请参见图1及图2,本发明实施方式的换刀装置100包括一个刀库10、装设于刀库10下方的旋转伸缩气缸30、装设于旋转伸缩气缸30一端并由该旋转伸缩气缸30驱动的夹取部件50。
刀库10包括固定座11、间隔分割器13、驱动件15、刀盘17及多把刀具19。间隔分割器13装设于固定座11上,刀盘17装设于间隔分割器13上,驱动件15与间隔分割器13连接,用以驱动装设于间隔分割器13上的刀盘17运动,多把刀具19沿刀盘17的周缘间隔装设。
固定座11呈工字状,其一端与旋转伸缩气缸30固定连接,另一端与间隔分割器13固定连接。
刀盘17呈圆盘状。其周缘上有间隔地贯通开设有多个装设孔(图未示),用于装设刀具19。
请一并参阅图4,旋转伸缩气缸30包括缸体31,导向件33、活塞件35及两个导向杆37。导向件33固定装设于缸体31内,活塞件35套设于导向件33上,且与缸体31活动地装设于一起。两个导向杆37相对装设于缸体31末端面上。缸体31内沿其轴向方向开设有收容槽311,用于收容活塞件35。缸体31一侧面上贯通开设有与收容槽311相通的进气孔313及出气孔315。进气孔313与出气孔315分别与两个外接气源连接,且向缸体31内通气。
导向件33收容于缸体31内,且其一端固定装设于缸体31底面。导向件33呈圆柱状,其周壁上由一端朝向另一端依次凹设有两个滑行槽331、四个旋转槽333及两个定位槽335。两个滑行槽331沿导向件33的轴向方向凹设延伸,以使活塞件35能够相对导向件33实现直线伸缩运动。四个旋转槽333沿导向件33的周缘凹设于导向件33上,每个旋转槽333与滑行槽331形成一定角度设置,且每个旋转槽333两端分别与滑行槽331与定位槽335连接,以使活塞件35能够相对导向件33沿圆周方向实现90度旋转运动。定位槽335凹设于导向件33远离滑行槽331的一端,用以防止活塞件35相对导向件33继续滑动。
活塞件35呈中空圆柱状,其收容于缸体31内,活动地套设于导向件33上,使活塞件35沿导向件33的滑行槽331、旋转槽333及定位槽335滑动,以使旋转伸缩气缸30实现旋转伸缩运动。
本实施方式中,导向杆37的数量为两个,其呈圆柱状。两个导向杆37相对平行装设于缸体31末端面上,且分别穿过夹取部件50。
请一并参阅图3及图5,夹取部件50装设于旋转伸缩气缸30的活塞件35的末端上,其包括换刀臂51及分别装设于换刀臂51两端的两个夹取组件53。换刀臂51呈矩形条状,其端面中央位置处上贯通开设有一个固定孔511,固定孔511穿设于旋转伸缩气缸30的活塞件35上,使换刀臂51与活塞件35固定连接。换刀臂51上邻近固定孔511对应旋转伸缩气缸30的导向杆37相对贯通开设有两个定位孔513。换刀臂51两端分别贯通开设有一个夹持孔515,用于装设夹取组件53。换刀臂51侧面上邻近固定孔511的位置处分别朝向夹持孔515贯通开设有两个通气孔(图未示)。通气孔与外接气源连接,且与夹持孔515相通。
两个夹取组件53分别装设于换刀臂51两端的两个夹持孔515内,每个夹取组件53包括装设件531、弹性件533、活塞535及多个抵持件537。装设件531装设于夹持孔515内。装设件531呈中空圆柱状,其周壁上贯通开设有多个装配孔5311。多个抵持件537分别活动地装设于装设件531上的多个装配孔5311内,且与活塞535抵持装设。弹性件533套设于装设件531上,并一端与装设件531弹性抵持。活塞535套设于装设件531邻近通气孔的位置处,且一端与弹性件533弹性抵持。本实施方式中,弹性件533为螺旋弹簧,抵持件537为钢球。抵持件537的一部分露出于装配孔5311,另一部分与活塞535抵持。
组装时,首先间隔分割器13固定装设于固定座11上,且刀盘17与驱动件15分别装设于间隔分割器13侧面上;旋转伸缩气缸30固定装设于固定座11下方,导向件33固定装设于缸体31的收容槽311内;活塞件35活动地套设于导向件33上;夹取部件50固定装设于活塞件35一端,装设件531固定装设于夹持孔515内,弹性件533与活塞535套设于装设件531上,且弹性件533的两端分别与活塞535及装设件531弹性抵持;抵持件537活动地装设于装设件531的装配孔5311内;最后,两个导向杆37固定装设于缸体31的一端上,且穿过夹取部件50的两个定位孔513。
请一并参阅图6,使用时,换刀装置100与加工设备(例如CNC加工设备等)的主轴200相邻装设,主轴200的一端设有一个装配部201,用于安装刀具19。换刀臂51的两个夹持孔515分别穿过刀库10上的刀具19及主轴200的刀具19。接着,在外接气源的作用下活塞535运动,且推动抵持件537,使抵持件537部分露出于装设件531,以使装设件531与刀具19紧密贴合。再接着,在旋转伸缩气缸30的作用下夹取部件50脱离于导向杆37,且进行旋转90度,接着又进行伸缩运动,且夹取部件50穿过导向杆37。夹取部件50的两个夹取组件53夹取的刀具19分别安装于主轴200的装配部201及刀库10的刀盘17上。最后,通过弹性件533的弹性力将活塞535复位,使抵持件537复位,以使抵持件537松开刀具19。
换刀装置100的夹取组件53通过外接气源提供的推动力,使活塞535推动抵持件537,以使抵持件537紧密夹紧刀具19,即使在夹取或者后续因磨损而使两者之间产生间隙时,也可利用推动力使间隙减小或消除,从而提高夹取组件53作业时的夹取的精度。
可以理解,旋转伸缩气缸30结构不限于本实施方式中的气缸结构,可以根据需要而改变,而且,根据应用的环境情况改变。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种换刀装置,其包括装有刀具的刀库及夹取部件,其特征在于:所述夹取部件包括换刀臂及分别装设于该换刀臂两端的两个夹取组件,该换刀装置还包括一个旋转伸缩气缸,该旋转伸缩气缸与该刀库相邻装设,用于夹取该刀库上的刀具;该旋转伸缩气缸与换刀臂相连且能够驱动换刀臂进行旋转与伸缩运动,每个夹取组件包括装设件、弹性件、活塞及多个抵持件,该装设件装设于换刀臂上,且该装设件的周壁上贯通开设有多个装配孔;该弹性件与该活塞套设于该装设件上,且该弹性件的两端分别与该装设件及该活塞弹性抵持,该多个抵持件分别活动地装设于装设件上的多个装配孔内并与活塞相抵持。
2.如权利要求1所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述旋转伸缩气缸包括缸体、导向件、活塞件及两个导向杆,该缸体内设有收容槽,该缸体上开设有与该收容槽相通的进气孔与出气孔,该导向件收容并装设于该收容槽内,该活塞件活动地套设于该导向件上并与刀臂固定连接,使该活塞件相对该缸体运动以带动换刀臂进行旋转与伸缩运动,该两个导向杆相对平行地装设于该缸体的末端面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述导向件周壁上由一端朝向另一端依次凹设有滑行槽、旋转槽以及定位槽;该滑行槽沿该导向件的轴向方向凹设延伸,以使该活塞件能够沿该滑行槽滑动以带动换刀臂进行伸缩运动。
4.如权利要求3所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述旋转槽沿该导向件的周缘凹设于该导向件上,且其一端分别与该滑行槽的一端相接,以使该活塞件能够沿该旋转槽滑动以带动换刀臂进行旋转运动。
5.如权利要求4所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述定位槽凹设于该导向件的末端位置处,该定位槽与该旋转槽连接设置,以使该活塞件能够相对该导向件停止滑动。
6.如权利要求5所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述换刀臂的端面中央位置处上贯通开设有一个固定孔,该活塞件穿设于该固定孔,使该换刀臂与该活塞件固定连接。
7.如权利要求2所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述换刀臂上对应该导向杆相对贯通开设有两个定位孔,该导向杆能够分别穿过该两个定位孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述该换刀臂两端分别贯通开设有一个夹持孔,该夹持孔装设该夹取组件;该换刀臂侧面上分别朝向夹持孔贯通开设有两个通气孔,该通气孔与外接气源连接,且与夹持孔相通;该装设件装设于该夹持孔内,在外接起源的作用下该活塞能够推动该抵持件,使该抵持件部分露出于该装设件。
9.如权利要求1所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述抵持件为钢球。
10.如权利要求1所述的换刀装置,其特征在于:所述刀库包括固定座、间隔分割器、驱动件、刀盘及多个刀具;该固定座一端与邻近设置与该间隔分割器固定连接,该间隔分割器装设于该固定座上,该刀盘装设于该间隔分割器上,该驱动件与该间隔分割器连接,使该驱动件能够驱动装设于该间隔分割器上的刀盘运动,该多个刀具沿该刀盘的周缘间隔装设。
