[0001] 本发明涉及一种采用颗粒炉燃烧的取暖设备,特别涉及取暖设备的燃烧与热交换系统。
背景技术
[0002] 普通的取暖设备(比如壁炉等)都是发热管等单一的散热方式,炉子的热效率低,能耗高,炉内胆使用寿命短等诸多缺陷。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种取暖设备的燃烧与热交换系统。
[0004] 为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
[0005] 一种取暖设备的燃烧与热交换系统,包括底部的燃烧系统和上部的热交换系统,所述的燃烧系统包括燃烧腔内的燃烧皿;所述的热交换系统为板式换热管和管式换热管以及分流片组成的复合结构。
[0006] 所述的板式换热管的结构为:若干内部贯通的板式换热管,板式换热管位于分流片上,分流片上分布有若干通孔,板式换热管内部贯通的管为横向设置,板式换热管之间设有缝隙,各缝隙与分流片的各通孔相对应,燃烧腔内的烟气从板式换热管之间的缝隙从下向上流动,板式换热管内部贯通管与取暖设备的热气排放口相通;所述的管式换热管结构为:板式换热管之间的缝隙上端与管式换热管的上端相通,管式换热管为直通形结构,管式换热管的下端与排烟口相通,管式换热管的外围出口端与取暖设备的热气排放口相通,进口端通过贯流风机与进风口相通。
[0007] 燃烧皿整体为一槽体,且槽体的底面设有若干底面通风孔;槽体的腰部设有一进风口 ;槽体的顶部设有若干上通风孔,通风孔、进风口和上通风孔均与进风管相通。

[0009] 管式换热管优选为若干根。本发明的有益效果:烟气与空气热交换系统采用板式换热与管式换热复合的换热器结构,以最大限度地利用炉体内有限的空间,取得最大的热回收效果。采用板式换热与管式换热复合的换热器结构取得了极佳的换热效果,是炉子的综合热效率达到90%以上的高水平。

具体实施方式[0014] 一种取暖设备的燃烧与热交换系统,包括底部的燃烧系统和上部的热交换系统,所述的燃烧系统包括燃烧腔I内的燃烧皿2 ;所述的热交换系统为板式换热管4和管式换热管10以及分流片5组成的复合结构。
[0015] 所述的板式换热管4的结构为:若干内部贯通的板式换热管4,板式换热管4位于分流片5上,分流片5上分布有若干通孔,板式换热管4内部贯通的管为横向设置,板式换热管4之间设有缝隙,各缝隙与分流片5的各通孔相对应,燃烧腔I内的烟气从板式换热管4之间的缝隙从下向上流动,板式换热管4内部贯通管与取暖设备的热气排放口相通;所述的管式换热管结构为:板式换热管4之间的缝隙上端与管式换热管10的上端相通,管式换热管10为直通形结构,管式换热管10的下端与排烟口相通,管式换热管10的外围出口端与取暖设备的热气排放口相通,进口端通过贯流风机与进风口相通。
[0016] 燃烧皿2整体为一槽体,且槽体的底面设有若干底面通风孔;槽体的腰部设有一进风口 ;槽体的顶部设有若干上通风孔,通风孔、进风口和上通风孔均与进风管8相通。所述的板式换热管4优选为十根。管式换热管10优选为四根。
[0017] 通过斜置的进料管6进料,燃烧皿2内的燃料通过点火棒21点燃燃烧后,热气和烟气一起通过首先通过分流片5将烟气和热气分散通过分流片5上的通孔,然后热气和烟气通过板式换热管4之间的缝隙,通过板式换热管4之间的缝隙烟气和热气,部分热量通过板式换热管4热传导到板式换热管4内部贯通的管内,热量再通过取暖设备的热量排放口排出。
[0018] 通过板式换热管4之间的缝隙的热气和烟气再通过管式换热管10,管式换热管10吸收的热量通过管壁传导到管式换热管外,管式换热管外的热气汇入到板式换热管4内排出的热气,然后一起排出到热量排放口,贯流风机开启后,提高了热气排出的流速。
[0019] 这样首先是板式换热,然后再是管式换热,两种复合方式吸热。
[0020] 板式换热管4内腔被外面的烟气的热量传导加热,板式换热管内的热气通过散热口散发出来。经过板式换热管缝隙后的烟气再流过管式换热管,管式换热管外反向的冷气被加热,加热后通过散热口散发,这样二次吸收热量,减少热量损失。没有热量的烟气通过排烟通道排出室外。炉体中部的管式换热器,采用烟气在换热管内流动的方式,1、方便清灰,2、冷空气板一管夹层流动空气阻力最小,3、冷空气可以冷却并回收炽热燃烧腔内的热量,增加了热回收能力,延长了炉内胆的寿命,4、使对流风机安装位置处于更合理状态。
[0021] 为保证充分燃烧,采用三次供风结构。燃烧皿底部为一次风,风量为总风量的60-80% ;燃烧皿腰部设二次风,风量为总风量的20-30% ;从供料管引入少量三次风,约占总风量的10-15%。
[0022] 燃烧皿2 口部的进风口与颗粒燃料进料口共用,且颗粒燃料进料口为倾斜状,出料端低于进料端;进料端设有给料器,给料器与罩极减速马达传动连接。在给料的同时,有少量的氧气带入。
[0023] 燃烧皿的下部设有灰盒,给料器通过给料口添加颗粒燃料,给料器位于进料管内。
[0024] 贯流风机与风压开关电连接,打开风压开关31就可以启动贯流风机。炉头部分的板式换热结构,1、可以在不增加炉体宽度的情况下,最大限度地增加换热面积,延长烟气热交换距离,2、大幅度减少烟气侧和空气侧流动阻力,减少风机功率,3、这种结构还充分考虑了烟灰清理的方便性,打开上部盖板,整个换热器内部可以完整暴露出来,使清灰更彻底,4、安装在板式换热器烟气入口烟气分流板,可以使进入换热器的烟气均匀分布,以充分发挥换热器的热交换性能。
