背景技术
[0002]目前,市场上销售及使用的主流民用采暖锅炉为普通式的反烧炉。反烧炉最大的特点是燃烧较安全,基本运行中不冒黑烟。但其排烟的阻力系数大,需要高烟囱和较高的排烟温度,否则燃烧效果差,冒黑烟,易灭火;其启炉点火时有黑烟冒出,适应煤种差。大部分厂家为降低灭火率,提高燃烧效果,采用了高温排烟的方法,排烟温度一般在200〜500°C之间,这样增大了排烟热损失,在提高了锅炉燃烧效率的同时,降低了其换热效率,使高温排烟冲减了锅炉效率;也有一小部分厂家在设计时片面追求低温排烟,出现了炉排面积、炉膛结构,换热面积等设计不合理,造成锅炉燃烧效果差,且在出烟口处产生酸性冷凝水与烟灰混合而污染受热面和腐蚀炉体。因此现有市场上任何形式的锅炉节能效果都不是非常理想的,对其及时合理进行优化改进势在必行。

[0004] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种炊事采暖两用锅炉,其包括炉体;炉体壁上有水套,炉体内设置有稍倾斜的竖向隔板A、竖直的隔板B、似倒L型的隔板C和似L型的隔板D,其下端部设置有炉排;隔板A和隔板D分别与炉体上端壁竖向固定,将炉体内腔分割成三个腔室;腔室A、腔室B和腔室C ;隔板C固定在隔板D下端的炉体壁上,其倾斜边与隔板D的倾斜边平行,其竖直边位于腔室C下端部;隔板B固定在隔板C倾斜边下端的炉体壁上,位于腔室B的下端部、隔板A和隔板C的竖直边之间;隔板A、隔板B、隔板C竖直边的下端面分别与炉排之间有间隔,隔板A的下端面和隔板C竖直边的下端面在同一平面内,二者低于隔板B的上端面、高于隔板B的下端面;隔板A、隔板B、隔板C和隔板D都是水套式隔板,其上的水套分别与炉体上的水套相连通;腔室A的侧壁上端部开有进煤口,下端部的炉排位置开有清渣清灰口;进煤口上设置有进煤门,清渣清灰口设置有清渣清灰门;进煤门上开有进风口 A,隔板A和隔板C的倾斜边上分别开有进风口 B和进风口 C ;腔室B的上端面设置有炉口,该炉口用于炊事,炉口上有炉盖;腔室C上端面设置有烟囱出口,烟囱出口连接烟囱;炉体上端的侧壁水套开有热水出口,内径大于25mm的安全泄压口,顶部水套设有排气口,侧壁水套的下端开有回水口。

[0006] 上述所述的腔室C靠近烟囱口的壁上开有通风口,通风口上安装有控制空气流量的空气流量罩。在该处安装空气流量罩可根据需要控制其关闭或打开后的流量大小,以控制炉体内煤的燃烧速度,已达到最佳效果的燃烧和最佳效果的换热。
[0007] 上述所述的炉排一端为稍倾斜安装的手摇炉排,另一端为固定炉排;手摇炉排位于腔室A和腔室B下端,固定炉排位于腔室B和腔室C下端,二者的搭接位在腔室B靠近腔室A的一端。该手摇炉排不但使炉排上积存的灰手摇炉排手柄就能清除;且燃料自添煤口注入后在前部手摇炉排的推动下,不断向炉后移动燃烧,至固定炉排处停顿而燃尽,不但保证了固定炉排处的温度,且腔室A燃烧产生的灰烬很容易通过固定炉排排出到炉排下部的积灰室,使燃烧效果更佳。

[0010] 总之,本实用新型是利用平衡式燃烧法设计的锅炉,其具有强化燃烧的最佳结构,使煤燃烧得更彻底,煤的热转化效率非常高,且不因煤种的变化影响热功率与热效率,适应燃料比较广。节省燃料。煤燃烧的热量被水吸收得更合理,更彻底,其换热效率高。且体积小,炉膛内烟气流阻小,烟气排放通畅安全,燃烧速度及排烟温度可控,排烟温度适宜稳定,炊事时不影响采暖,最适合民用。据测定,比现有民用锅炉的平均节省煤达30〜40%,热功率提高50%,并且工况稳定,上热速度快,容水量大,节能与环保超过全国最好水平,有非常高的经济价值与社会效益。附图说明

[0015] 如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例包括炉体5。炉体壁上有水套21,炉体5内设置有稍倾斜的竖向隔板A 27、竖直的隔板B 31、似倒L型的隔板C 22和似L型的隔板D 25,其下端部设置有炉排,炉排下面的底座内为积灰室32。炉排一端为稍倾斜安装的手摇炉排13,与水平面的倾斜角度为3-6°,最佳倾斜角度为4°,另一端为固定炉排3。手摇炉排13位于腔室A 28和腔室B 26下端,固定炉排3位于腔室B 26和腔室C 24下端,二者的搭接位在腔室B 26靠近腔室A 28的一端。隔板A 27和隔板D 25分别与炉体5上端壁竖向固定,将炉体5内腔分割成三个腔室;腔室A 28、腔室B 26和腔室C 24。隔板C 22固定在隔板D 25下端的炉体壁上,其倾斜边与隔板D 25的倾斜边平行,其竖直边位于腔室C 24下端部。隔板B 31固定在隔板C 22倾斜边下端的炉体壁上,位于腔室B 26的下端部、隔板A27和隔板C 22的竖直边之间。隔板A 27、隔板B 31、隔板C 22竖直边的下端面分别与炉排之间有间隔,隔板A 27的下端面和隔板C 22竖直边的下端面在同一平面内,二者的下端面低于隔板B 31的上端面、高于隔板B 31的下端面。隔板A 27、隔板B 31、隔板C 22和隔板D 25都是水套式隔板,其上的水套分别与炉体上的水套21相连通。为了增加换热面积,在腔室B 26上部水套处的内壁上、腔室C 24下部水套处的内壁上、隔板A 27和隔板C22的壁上设置焊接有鳍片9。腔室A 28的侧壁上端部开有进煤口,下端部的炉排位置开有清渣清灰口。进煤口上设置有进煤门11,清渣清灰口设置有清渣清灰门19。进煤门11上开有进风口 A 29,隔板A 27和隔板C 22的倾斜边上分别开有进风口 B 10和进风口 C 23。腔室C 24靠近烟囱出口 7的壁上开有通风口 16,通风口 16上安装有控制空气流量的空气流量罩。腔室B 26的上端面设置有炉口,该炉口用于炊事,炉口上有炉盖8。腔室C 24上端面设置有烟囱出口 7,烟囱出口 7连接烟囱。炉体5上端的侧壁水套开有热水出口 6,内径大于25mm的安全泄压口,顶部水套设有排气口 18,侧壁水套的下端开有回水口 2。固定炉排3上端的炉体壁上开有清渣口,清渣口上设置清渣门17。隔板B 31和隔板C 22之间的炉体壁上开有清灰口 30,清灰口 30上设置清灰门。I为底座,14为压力表,15为温度表,20为手摇炉排13的摇把。

Claims (10)
1.一种炊事采暖两用锅炉,其包括炉体;炉体壁上有水套,其特征在于:炉体内设置有稍倾斜的竖向隔板A、竖直的隔板B、似倒L型的隔板C和似L型的隔板D,其下端部设置有炉排;隔板A和隔板D分别与炉体上端壁竖向固定,将炉体内腔分割成三个腔室;腔室A、腔室B和腔室C ;隔板C固定在隔板D下端的炉体壁上,其倾斜边与隔板D的倾斜边平行,其竖直边位于腔室C下端部;隔板B固定在隔板C倾斜边下端的炉体壁上,位于腔室B的下端部、隔板A和隔板C的竖直边之间;隔板A、隔板B、隔板C竖直边的下端面分别与炉排之间有间隔,隔板A的下端面和隔板C竖直边的下端面在同一平面内,二者低于隔板B的上端面、高于隔板B的下端面;隔板A、隔板B、隔板C和隔板D都是水套式隔板,其上的水套分别与炉体上的水套相连通;腔室A的侧壁上端部开有进煤口,下端部的炉排位置开有清渣清灰口 ;进煤口上设置有进煤门,清渣清灰口设置有清渣清灰门;进煤门上端部开有进风口 A,隔板A和隔板C的倾斜边上分别开有进风口 B和进风口 C ;腔室B的上端面设置有炉口,该炉口用于炊事,炉口上有炉盖;腔室C上端面设置有烟囱出口,烟囱出口连接烟囱;炉体上端的侧壁水套开有热水出口,顶部水套设有排气口,侧壁水套的下端开有回水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的炉排一端为与水平面的倾斜角度为2-8°地倾斜安装的手摇炉排,另一端为固定炉排;手摇炉排位于腔室A和腔室B下端,固定炉排位于腔室B和腔室C下端,二者的搭接位在腔室B靠近腔室A的一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的手摇炉排与水平面的倾斜角度为4°。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:在所述的腔室B上部水套处的内壁上、腔室C下部水套处的内壁上、隔板A和隔板C的壁上设置有鳍片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的腔室C靠近烟囱口的壁上开有通风口,通风口上安装有控制空气流量的空气流量罩。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的腔室C靠近烟囱口的壁上开有通风口,通风口上安装有控制空气流量的空气流量罩。
7.根据权利要求5所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的固定炉排上端的炉体壁上开有清渣口,清渣口上设置清渣门;隔板B和隔板C之间的炉体壁上开有清灰口,清灰口上设置清灰门。
8.根据权利要求6所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的固定炉排上端的炉体壁上开有清渣口,清渣口上设置清渣门;隔板B和隔板C之间的炉体壁上开有清灰口,清灰口上设置清灰门。
9.根据权利要求2或3所述的炊事采暖两用锅炉,其特征在于:所述的固定炉排上端的炉体壁上开有清渣口,清渣口上设置清渣门;隔板B和隔板C之间的炉体壁上开有清灰口,清灰口上设置清灰门。
