技术领域
本发明属于高效节能技术领域,涉及所有甭管热风换热墙。
背景技术
现有火焰炉及烟道换热器均采用管式换热器,存在结构单一、换热效率不高、制作成本高且烟尘不易清理等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种不用管子只用钢板结构制作的大面积吸热散热的高效节能换热墙,较一般管式换热器在同等体积情况下,散吸热面积增加2倍以上、换热效率提高50%以上、制作成本也大幅度下降,涉及所有甭管热风换热墙。其包括:1.热风散热条,2.火焰通道,3.受热版,4.热风道,5.中心散热条。
所述热风散热条就是用金属板剪下的边角长条平焊于受热版背景,以吸收受热板通过火焰通道得到的热量,并将热量加热热风道进入的冷空气,变为热风。
所述火焰通道就是从燃烧室直接燃烧的火焰及烟气通行的过道,也是甭管热风换热墙的主热源通道。
所述受热板就是用板折弯多个U形槽组合,槽内为火焰通道,槽背面焊多条金属热风散热条,以加大受热板的吸热面积,该靠火焰通道的U形槽板即是甭管热风换热墙的受热板。
所述热风道就是与火焰通道由受热板分隔的冷空气进入后通过对热风散热条和中心散热条的大量吸热而产生热风的通道。
所述中心散热条就是在多组甭管热风换热墙热风道重合部分用金属边角带条与受热板接连平焊,以增加吸热及散热面积的金属长条。
