[0002] 现在的生物质热水锅炉的炉膛,采用给料后,生物质燃料在炉排上堆积燃烧的方式,该种结构会导致燃料燃烧不充分,燃料有效利用率低,燃烧效果不佳导致烟尘排放不达标。现在的生物质热水锅炉的烟气在炉体内部回程数量多为一回程,导致热效率利用低下,烟气排放温度较高。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种生物质旋风气化锅炉,以解决提高燃料的利用率,使之充分的燃烧,从而提高燃烧效率和热效率以及降低烟尘排放的技术问题。

[0007] 本实用新型的优点如下:由于本实用新型采用了旋风气化分层燃烧的炉膛结构,实现了燃料与空气的充分混合和气化,燃料的充分燃烧,提高燃烧效率,使燃烧效率高达92%以上;同时由于燃烧充分,以及烟气在炉体内形成三回程的流动,提高热效率的同时也降低了烟尘的产生量,产生的烟尘再经过除尘设备排放后远远低于国家大气污染物排放标准。

[0014] 旋风气化分层燃烧炉膛结构,包括筒体、进料口 16、炉膛6、进风口 17、下配风环3及下配风管4、上下封环联板20、上配风环5及上配风管4、炉排21和排烟装置;所述炉膛6位于筒体下部,其中设有炉排21,参见图3。炉膛6上部设有进料口 16,下部设有进风口17 ;所述进风口 17的一部分风通过下配风环3进入下配风管4后,再进入炉膛6形成旋风式紊流,另一部分风通过上下风环联板20进入上配风环5,再经由上配风管4进入炉膛6也形成旋风式紊流,在外筒体上设有除灰门。

[0016] 本实用新型是常压热水生物质锅炉,采用旋风气化分层燃烧的炉膛结构以及烟气三回程的流动结构,具体工作原理说明如下:生物质颗粒燃料通过进料口 16,均匀且匀速的进入炉膛6中,与此同时鼓风机通过进风口 17进行补风,风从进风口 17进入后,分成两部分,一部分风通过下配风环3进入下配风管4中,再进入炉膛6中,并在炉膛6中形成旋风式紊流;另一部分风通过上下封环联板20进入上配风环5再经由上配风管18进入到炉膛6中,并且也形成旋风式紊流;两股旋风式紊流通过在炉膛内碰撞、混合形成旋风,将生物质燃料吹起,使之在炉膛6中处于漂浮状态下燃烧,该状态下的生物质燃料由于和空气充分混合、气化,从而提高了燃料的燃烧效率和降低了烟尘的产生;当少部分的燃料和灰烬会落入到炉排21上时,通过外筒体I上配做的除灰门进行配风,使之气化并且二次燃烧,从而再次提高了燃料利用率,该种结构即为旋风气化分层燃烧炉膛结构。燃料燃烧后的火焰、烟气等通过炉膛6经由上导流烟管I件13进入上烟箱12,经由下导流烟管14进入下烟箱8,再进入上导流烟管II件9进入上烟箱12,经由排烟管11,通过除尘设备排出,该种结构即为烟气三回程流动结构。(附图中的生物质给料机、鼓风机、除尘设备均未有表示)

1.生物质旋风气化锅炉,其特征在于,包括筒体、进料口、炉膛、进风口、下配风环及下配风管、上下封环联板、上配风环及上配风管、炉排和排烟装置;所述炉膛位于筒体下部,其中设有炉排,炉膛上部设有进料口,下部设有进风口 ;所述进风口的一部分风通过下配风环进入下配风管后,再进入炉膛形成旋风式紊流,另一部分风通过上配风环,再经由上配风管进入炉膛也形成旋风式紊流,在外筒体上设有除灰门。
