技术领域
本发明涉及农药制剂领域,具体的说是涉及一种杀虫抗病组合物及其悬浮种衣剂。
背景技术
在现代农业生产中,利用种衣剂对种子进行药剂处理是防治地下害虫及农作物土传、种传病害的经济简便的方法之一。种衣剂是一种用于作物种子处理的、具有成膜特性的农药剂型,它能够在种子表面固化形成称为种衣的膜。种衣剂在土壤中吸水膨胀而不被溶解,允许种子正常发芽所需的水分和空气通过,所含的农药和种肥等物质缓慢释放,能够杀灭地下害虫、苗期害虫,具有防治苗期病害和系统性病害、提高种子发芽率、促进种苗健康生长等功效。悬浮种衣剂是种衣剂的一种,是由农药原药、成膜剂、湿润剂、分散剂、增稠剂、着色剂、填料和水经湿法粉碎而制成的一种可流动的稳定的均匀悬浮液。由于其使用方便、安全,在众多种类的种衣剂中倍受青睐。
目前水稻恶苗病和水稻黑条矮缩病为水稻病害防治的难点。水稻恶苗病为种传病害,又称徒长病,中国各稻区均有发生。病谷粒播后常不发芽或不能出土。苗期发病病苗比健苗细高,叶片叶鞘细长,叶色淡黄,根系发育不良,部分病苗在移栽前死亡。抽穗期谷粒也可受害,严重的变褐,不能结实。防治上目前还没有什么好的药剂,主要通过拌种进行提前预防;而水稻黑条矮缩病苗期发病心叶生长缓慢,叶片短宽、僵直、浓绿,叶脉有不规则蜡白色瘤状突起,后变黑褐色,根短小,植株矮小,不抽穗,常提早枯死;分蘖期发病新生分蘖先显症,主茎和早期分蘖尚能抽出短小病穗,但病穗缩藏于叶鞘内;拔节期发病剑叶短阔,穗颈短缩,结实率低,叶背和茎秆上有短条状瘤突。这两种病害极大地影响了我国水稻产区的产量。
咪鲜胺为咪唑类广谱杀菌剂,高效、广谱、低毒,具有预防保护治疗等多重作用,通过抑制甾醇的生物合成而起作用,无内吸作用,对于子囊菌和半知菌引起的多种病害防效极佳。常规使用防治瓜果蔬菜炭疽病、叶斑病,柑橘炭疽病、蒂腐病、青霉病、绿霉病,香蕉炭疽病、叶斑病,芒果炭疽病,花生叶斑病,辣椒、茄子、甜瓜、番茄等蔬菜炭疽病,草莓炭疽病,水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病,油菜菌核病、叶斑病,蘑菇褐斑病,苹果炭疽病,梨黑星病等。
但是,咪鲜胺不能同时防治水稻黑条矮缩病,而且水稻在整个生长过程中不仅面临病害,一些如飞虱、蓟马等刺吸式害虫也会对水稻的生长造成影响,而且这些害虫还是传播水稻黑条矮缩病的主要媒介。因此,提供一种能高效、同时防治水稻恶苗病、水稻黑条矮缩病和水稻苗期刺吸式害虫的水稻种衣剂对于水稻稳产增收有着重要意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种杀虫抗病组合物及其悬浮种衣剂,使得该悬浮种衣剂能够提高防效,同时防治飞虱、蓟马等刺吸式口器害虫、水稻恶苗病和水稻黑条矮缩病。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种杀虫抗病组合物,由咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪组成,所述咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪的重量比为0.5-10:5-40。
其中,所述咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪的重量比优选为3-6:15-30。
咪鲜胺为咪唑类广谱杀菌剂,高效、广谱、低毒,具有预防保护治疗等多重作用,通过抑制甾醇的生物合成而起作用,无内吸作用,对于子囊菌和半知菌引起的多种病害防效极佳。常规使用防治瓜果蔬菜炭疽病、叶斑病,柑橘炭疽病、蒂腐病、青霉病、绿霉病,香蕉炭疽病、叶斑病,芒果炭疽病,花生叶斑病,辣椒、茄子、甜瓜、番茄等蔬菜炭疽病,草莓炭疽病,水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病,油菜菌核病、叶斑病,蘑菇褐斑病,苹果炭疽病,梨黑星病等。
噻虫嗪是由诺华公司开发的新烟碱类杀虫剂,其作用机理与吡虫啉相似,可选择性抑制昆虫中枢神经系统烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,进而阻断昆虫中枢神经系统的正常传导,造成害虫出现麻痹而死亡。不仅具有触杀、胃毒、内吸活性,而且具有更高的活性、更好的安全性、更广的杀虫谱及持效期长等特点,是取代那些对哺乳动物毒性高、有残留和环境问题的有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯类杀虫剂的较好品种。对鞘翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目,尤其是同翅目害虫有高活性,可有效防治各种蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱类、粉虱、金龟子幼虫、马铃薯甲虫、线虫、地面甲虫、潜叶蛾等害虫及对多种类型化学农药产生抗性的害虫。与吡虫啉、啶虫脒、烯啶虫胺无交互抗性。既可用于茎叶处理、种子处理、也可用于土壤处理。适宜作物为稻类作物、甜菜、油菜、马铃薯、棉花、菜豆、果树、花生、向日葵、大豆、烟草和柑桔等。
不同的活性组分混合后各活性成分由于组成、结构、理化性质的差异,使得各活性成分之间的联合作用通常表示为增效作用、相加作用或拮抗作用。所谓增效作用就是不同物质间的相互协作作用,其产生的效果大于各个成分效果的总合;而相加作用就是其产生的效果等于各个成分效果的总合;拮抗作用是指两种物质作用于生物机体时,一种物质干扰另一种物质的效果,或彼此互相干扰对方的效果,使总体效果下降的现象。
本发明选择咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪复配,经药效试验检测,两者之间无影响,同时和其他复配的悬浮种衣剂相比,在相同有效成分施用量的前提下,本发明产品对水稻刺吸式口器害虫虫害、水稻恶苗病害和水稻黑条矮缩病害的防治效果高于其他复配的悬浮种衣剂。同时,也高于单独使用咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪的防效。由此可见,本发明所述组合物在对害虫和病害的防效上得到提高。
因此,本发明所述杀虫抗病组合物能够应用于制备防治水稻刺吸式口器害虫、水稻恶苗病和水稻黑条矮缩病的农药制剂中。作为优选,所述药剂为种衣剂,更优选为悬浮种衣剂;所述刺吸式口器害虫优选为蓟马和飞虱。
此外,本发明还提供了一种悬浮种衣剂,以重量百分数计,包括咪鲜胺0.5%-10%,噻虫嗪5%-40%,润湿剂1%-3%,分散剂1%-5%,成膜剂0.5-10%,着色剂1%-10%,增黏剂0.1%-2%,防腐剂0.1%-1%,消泡剂0.1%-1%,防冻剂1%-5%,余量为蒸馏水。
作为优选,所述悬浮种衣剂以重量百分数计,包括咪鲜胺3%-6%,噻虫嗪15%-30%,润湿剂1%-3%,分散剂1%-5%,成膜剂0.5-10%,着色剂1%-10%,增黏剂0.1%-2%,防腐剂0.1%-1%,消泡剂0.1%-1%,防冻剂1%-5%,余量为蒸馏水。
为了促进活性组分粒子间润湿分散防止其相互凝聚,本发明所述悬浮种衣剂还包括润湿剂和分散剂,所述润湿级和分散剂可根据本领域公知任意选择合适的润湿剂和分散剂,润湿剂优选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子湿润剂的混合物;分散剂优选自NNO(亚甲基双萘磺酸钠)、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠、烷基胺基牛磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、三聚磷酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物。
为了保证有限的农药成分集中作用于种子和根部,不易脱落和飞散,减少了农药在环境中的扩散以及对非靶标的接触,所述悬浮种衣剂还需要包括成膜剂。所述成膜剂既要保证所成衣膜透气、透水性好,种子正常萌发生长,又要保证所成衣膜难溶于水,衣膜内活性成分能缓慢释放,持效时间长。本发明所述成膜剂可根据本领域公知任意选择合适的成膜剂,优选自聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、阿拉伯胶、动物胶、果胶、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺或聚丙烯酸钠。
着色剂又称警色剂,可以提高悬浮种衣剂的使用安全,其中,所述着色剂优选自碱性玫瑰精、水性玫红、酸性大红、Fluorescein red(荧光红)5B、Red-8110、Red-131、FGR-131。
本发明所述悬浮种衣剂还包括增稠剂,以提高分散介质的粘度,降低粒子的沉降速度,从而提高制剂的稳定性。本发明所述增稠剂可根据本领域公知任意选择合适的种类。作为优选,所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸纳、硅酸镁铝。
为了提高种衣剂的低温储存的稳定性,本发明所述悬浮种衣剂添加了防冻剂。优选的,所述防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、己二醇、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙。
作为优选,本发明所述消泡剂选自有机硅酮类、C8-10的脂肪醇、C10-20的饱和脂肪酸及其酯类;所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、山梨酸、水杨酸钠或卡松。
本发明所述悬浮种衣剂的制备方法为:将咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪经过气流粉碎,润湿剂、分散剂、成膜剂、着色剂等助剂与水完全溶解后,然后与有效成分以及其他的助剂按比例投料,进入砂磨机研磨2次,直至悬浮液的颗粒细度达到D50为2μm-3μm,D90<5μm即得到产品。在实际用药过程中,本发明可根据当地防治对象发生情况确定所述悬浮种衣剂适宜的用量,通常施药量是种衣剂与种子的重量比为1:50-100。
本发明所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明所述悬浮种衣剂以咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪复配作为有效成分,二者优势互补,一次用药不仅能够防治虫害还能够防治病害,同时提高药效,降低了农药的使用量和使用种类、次数,能够广泛应用于农业领域。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种杀虫抗病组合物及其悬浮种衣剂。本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的产品已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的产品进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种杀虫抗病组合物及其悬浮种衣剂进行详细说明。
实施例1:5.5%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠用蒸馏水完全溶解,然后依次加入经气流粉碎的咪鲜胺、噻虫嗪有效成分以及其他的助剂,进入砂磨机研磨2次,直至悬浮液的颗粒细度达到D50为2μm-3μm,D90<8μm即得到产品。
所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
实施例2:10%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
制备方法参照实施例1。
所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
实施例3:20%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
制备方法参照实施例1。
所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
实施例4:30%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
制备方法参照实施例1。
所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
实施例5:35%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
制备方法参照实施例1。
所制备的悬浮种衣剂为红色可流动的悬浮液,低温、热贮稳定性合格,热贮分解率小于5%,悬浮率大于90%,湿筛试验大于98%通过45μm标准筛,颗粒细度D50为2μm-3μm。
实施例6:药效试验
取本发明实施例1-5的咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂,参照本发明制备悬浮种衣剂的方法,用和噻虫嗪相似杀虫剂机理的吡虫啉替换噻虫嗪,制备出7%吡虫啉·咪鲜胺悬浮种衣剂为对照做对比试验,用量均为80g(a.i.)/100kg种子,每个处理设置3个重复,结果取3个重复的平均值。分别统计对水稻恶苗病、水稻黑条矮缩病及水稻上飞虱和蓟马的防效,统计结果见表1。

由表1可知,在和对照的种衣剂相同有效成分施用量的前提下,本发明悬浮种衣剂对飞虱、蓟马、水稻恶苗病害和水稻黑条矮缩病害的防治效果高于对照的悬浮种衣剂。同时,防治效果和范围也大于单独使用咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪的效果和范围。
