技术领域
本发明涉及轴承保持架，特别是涉及一种长方形R兜孔储脂式轴承保持架，主要用于高速旋转下高精密角接触轴承。
背景技术
滚珠轴承在工作时，内圈跟着转轴运动，内圈带动滚珠，滚珠推动保持架旋转，由于现有角接触轴承保持架技术的滚珠孔是圆孔，圆周间隙很大，当保持架在旋转时会产生撞击和径、轴向窜动，对于每分钟达几万转（dmn值150万）以上的高速轴承，该撞击与窜动严重影响了轴承工作的平稳性及旋转精度，进而制约了机器设备的高转速、高精度、高效生产出高精密制件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种对滚珠孔结构改进设计的轴承保持架，使轴承在工作时保持平稳，提高机器转速的长方形R兜孔储脂式轴承保持架。
本发明长方形R兜孔储脂式轴承保持架的技术方案是：保持架制有滚珠孔，其特征在于所述的滚珠孔是长方形R兜孔，长方形R兜孔为圆孤形转角，在长方形R兜孔的孔壁面制有凹窝，凹窝与滚珠相接触。
本发明公开了一种长方形R兜孔储脂式轴承保持架，主要是对保持架的滚珠孔的结构进行改进设计，已有保持架的滚珠孔为圆孔，圆孔与圆形滚珠配合活动空间小，现改为长方形R兜孔，所述的长方形即轴承孔的主体是长方孔，所述R兜孔即长方形的转角处为R圆弧转角，所述长方形R兜孔就是长方形R圆弧转角的轴承孔，1.长方形减少圆周间隙70%，增加轴向浮动空间80%；2.在长方形R兜孔的孔壁面制有R凹窝，这R偏小于滚珠圆弧度，达到储存润滑脂产生油膜降低磨擦系数；3.在长方形R兜孔的孔壁面制有R凹窝以及对R凹窝结构的设计起到引导作用；长方形R兜孔储脂式使轴承在高速以及超高速工作时保持高精密平稳旋转运行，打破了已有轴承高速下低精度、发热的状况，提高机器设备整机精度。本方案长方形R兜孔储脂式轴承保持架解决了高速、高精密角接触轴承的难题。
