技术领域

发明概述

现在,参考由相同数字来表示相同部件的各视图,根据本发明中纱线色彩设置系统的一个具体实例,基本上如附图1-5中所示,簇绒机10控制纱线Y1-Y4等不同色彩的纱线在底部材料B上的要求位置上的排布以形成具有各种变化或自由流畅的彩色图案效果的簇绒产品。虽然显示了四种纱线/色彩,但是应该明白本发明的纱线色彩设置系统还可以使用更多或更少不同色彩的纱线(例如像附图6A-6D所示的两色、三色、五色、六色等)。

附图7所示的为按照本发明原理的纱线色彩设置系统的一个实施例。在最初的步骤100,图案将在例如某个设计中心被设计,具有各种参数,例如色彩数量、所要求的线圈率、以及创作所要求图案所输入或计算的图案的移动或跳跃,其包括多种不同色彩纱线的使用。因此,如步骤101所示,图案将通过与设计中心相连的磁盘或网络被输入簇绒机的系统控制器25进而输送至簇绒机10(附图1)。如102所示(附图7),一旦所要求的图案被输入,簇绒机将启动,从而开始簇绒操作。
当图案形成时,底部材料B(附图2)以有效的线圈率喂给簇绒区T,如块103所示(附图7)。如上所述,该有效线圈率明显异于传统线圈率(即大致与正在被簇绒纱线的色彩数相等的一个参数),以便给正在图案区域形成的簇绒产品提供足够的密度从而隐藏那些不示出的彩色纱线。如步骤104所示,当在底部材料上形成图案时,针板大致根据图案的凸轮轮廓或移动轮廓来移动。例如,如附图6A-6D所示,针板将利用一个和/或两个跳越或移动的组合来移动,基于图案中使用色彩的数量以及由每个特定色彩所形成的图案区域,并且所示的初始(第一)和最后步骤是重复的,其中所示的最后一列线圈一般是下一个图案/移动轮廓循环的最初一列线圈。因为针板横向移动且底部材料按照自身的有效或实际线圈率前进,所以如此一个和两个移动跳跃或步进的组合将被利用以避免过度簇绒或与先前的簇绒产品相结合。此外,当刺针穿透底部材料时,位于簇绒区T下面的弯针/弯钩组件32的隔距部分(附图2),也向簇绒区反复运动以便从每个刺针上拾取或牵拉纱线线圈。
如附图7中步骤106所示,当平绒割圈弯针运动到与刺针接合,它们被选择性地致动,当需要形成纱线毛圈时,要么从平绒割圈弯针中释放出来,要么保持在那里从而形成割绒。每个平绒割圈弯针由簇绒机的控制系统25单独控制,将依照移动针板的步进或移动(附图1)根据需要选择性地被停止。结果,对于依据图案的每次针板的步进或移动,每个平绒割圈弯针致动器将被单独控制以便选择性地与夹钳啮合或或使夹钳收回从而选择借助平绒割圈弯针从刺针上拾取选中的纱线毛圈并夹持以供切割,最终形成割绒簇绒。在其伸出位置,夹钳将使得释放的平绒割圈弯针钩住的纱线毛圈被释放以形成毛圈绒头簇绒,或者借助提花纱线喂给装置控制此类纱线的喂入以将纱线毛圈拉低或拉回,从而将这些纱线未被选中的末端隐藏或埋于按照图案指令正在形成的特定花色区域内。
当刺针在其往复运动中沿箭头37’的方向从底部材料上收回(图2),由提花纱线喂给装置或纱线喂给机构27/28提供的纱线喂给也将如步骤107(图7)所示被控制并且与在每个图案区域的选定位置选择性地形成纱线的高簇绒的针板移动相结合,形成低簇绒的情况也是如此。纱线喂给机构控制非选择色彩(被隐藏并因此不在该步骤中形成图案的特定色彩区域可视的色彩)纱线的喂给以控制所有这些纱线中的每一种纱线的喂给,从而这些纱线将拉回或拉低,或者甚至拉出底部材料以至于“漂浮”于底部材料的背面,从而形成低簇绒。更进一步的结果,高簇绒(在簇绒产品中颜色可视)的数量一般与簇绒机所要求的线圈率相匹配,即对于十分之一隔距簇绒机设计每英寸10个高毛圈等等。通过本发明的纱线色彩设置系统产生的更高的有效线圈率和移动轮廓相结合能帮助提供毛圈或簇绒的更密集区域,从而在底部材料上形成的保留(高)切割和/或毛圈绒头簇绒将被拉低或拉入的纱线有效隐藏。
由用于各种不同色彩纱线喂给控制的纱线喂给图案装置来控制纱线的喂给,协同每个移向机构和平绒毛圈弯针或弯钩和/或割绒弯钩和割圈绒头弯钩,以及在明显比完全依靠机器隔距的线圈率更高或更密集的线圈率下运行的底部材料的协作下,本发明的纱线色彩设置系统能够生产出形成于底部材料上的具有更加自由流畅的图案和/或具有机织外观图案。这样的图案可以进一步包括在所获得的提花簇绒产品的每一个线状/纵向簇绒列中成形的大致等同或相同的高簇绒数,从而提供使得每种色彩能够沿底部材料被设置于要求位置或点的所需的或充足的图案密集度。如附图7中步骤108所示,纱线色彩设置系统的运转继续进行,并重复图案的每个线圈直至图案完成。
本领域技术人员应该明白,本发明借助上述特定实例进行了说明,但对于本发明的各种修正、增补和变化均不脱离于本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (27)

1.一种用于形成包含许多不同色彩纱线的提花簇绒产品的簇绒机,包括:
至少一个安装有一系列刺针的针板;
用于将底部材料以预定的线圈率通过簇绒机簇绒区而喂给的底部喂给辊;
用于向所述刺针喂给一系列纱线的提花纱线喂给机构;
至少一个用于移动所述至少一个针板横向穿过簇绒区的针板移向器;
一系列安装于簇绒区下方一位置的隔距部件,当所述刺针往复进入底部材料以在底部材料上形成纱线毛圈时隔距部件接合所述至少一个针板的所述刺针;和
控制系统,用于控制所述纱线喂给机构与所述至少一个针板移向器协作来控制纱线按需要向所述刺针的喂给,从而形成纱线的高簇绒和将纱线中的选定纱线拉低或拉出底部材料;
其中,以提花簇绒产品的预定的线圈率的增加的有效线圈率乘以图案中不同色彩的纱线数而在底部材料上形成纱线簇绒,从而保持提花产品的密度。
2.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述隔距部件包含多个具有一系列可延伸夹钳的平绒割圈弯针。
3.如权利要求2所述的簇绒机,其特征在于进一步包括致动器连接器,其连接于致动器的输出轴并用于在伸出位置和收缩位置之间移动所述平绒割圈弯针的其中一个所述夹钳,以形成毛圈绒头和割绒簇绒,并且具有突出部,该突出部沿横向于轴向的方向从致动器的连接器部分向前突出并相对于其成一定角度,还包括从突出部延伸的连接器狭槽,用于接收其中一个所述平绒割圈弯针的其中一个夹钳,该连接器狭槽包括沿其横向边延伸的横向壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述的连接器狭槽的所述横向壁以充足的距离相间隔以使得所述夹钳被接收并置于其中,防止所述夹钳沿每个夹钳的纵轴的转动,并且防止每个夹钳相对于其致动器连接器的大幅横向运动。
5.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述的提花纱线喂给机构包含提花部件,其具有多个纱线喂给装置,每个纱线喂给装置都能够向所述刺针中选定的一个刺针喂给至少一根选定纱线。
6.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述的提花纱线喂给机构包含提花部件,其具有一系列纱线喂给辊,每个纱线喂给辊都能够向选定的刺针按每喂给辊喂给至少两根选定纱线。
7.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述的提花纱线喂给机构包含一个卷轴装置、辊装置、一个双端纱线喂给装置或一个单端纱线喂给装置。
8.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于所述隔距部件包含割绒弯钩,毛圈绒头弯针,平绒割圈弯针和/或其组合。
9.如权利要求1所述的簇绒机,其特征在于控制系统包括编程指示,用于操作所述纱线喂给机构以将纱线以增加的有效线圈率供给到底部材料,从而在底部材料上以增强密度形成纱线簇绒。
10.包含多种不同色彩纱线的簇绒的簇绒产品的生产方法,包括:
以用于簇绒产品的图案的预定的线圈率输送底部材料通过簇绒机;
一系列刺针往复运动以将纱线输入底部材料中以在其中形成纱线簇绒;
借助于具有一系列隔距部件的刺针来啮合已输送进底部材料的纱线,以从刺针上拉出纱线毛圈从而在底部材料上形成所述纱线簇绒;
依照簇绒产品图案的所需的移动轮廓横向移动至少部分刺针;
按照产品图案移动轮廓控制纱线向刺针的喂给以选择性地形成纱线的高簇绒并选择性地拉回纱线毛圈以形成该图案;
其中,在底部材料上以增加的有效线圈率形成纱线的簇绒,该增加的有效线圈率相当于用于簇绒产品的图案的预定的线圈率乘以图案中的不同色彩的数量,从而以具有增强密度的外观形成提花产品。
11.如权利要求10所述的生产方法,其特征在于纱线喂给的控制包括拉回纱线以形成隐藏于提花产品的高簇绒中的低簇绒。
12.如权利要求10所述的生产方法,其特征在于纱线喂给的控制包括控制每根纱线向每根刺针的喂给以选择性地形成纱线的高簇绒和将选定的纱线拉低或拉出底部材料。
13.如权利要求10所述的生产方法,其特征在于至少有两种不同颜色的纱线应用于图案中,并且对于底部材料的喂给,有效线圈率至少两倍于用于提花产品的预定的线圈率。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于进一步包括在每列簇绒中形成相当于预定的线圈率数量的高簇绒。
15.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于还包括对图案的每个色彩步骤在每个簇绒列中形成等同数量的高簇绒。
16.形成具有多种色彩的提花簇绒产品的簇绒机的操作方法,包括:
输送底部材料通过簇绒机;
向由一个可移动针板负载的一系列刺针喂给多个纱线;
针板按照簇绒产品图案的编程的移动轮廓横向地移动;
按照编程的图案的指示来控制纱线向刺针的喂给以按需要向刺针输送需要数量的纱线,从而在底部材料上形成纱线的高簇绒列和低簇绒列;
以增加的有效线圈率形成纱线簇绒,该增加的有效线圈率等于提花簇绒产品中色彩的数量乘以所需的线圈率,所需的线圈率包括提花簇绒产品所需的每英寸的线圈数;并且,
其中喂给纱线以形成高簇绒和低簇绒,所述喂给跟踪刺针的移动,从而在簇绒列方向上保持在底部材料上形成的纱线簇绒的密度,和横穿底部材料在所需位置上的纱线高簇绒的定位,以形成提花簇绒产品。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于纱线喂给的控制包括向每个刺针喂给第一数量的纱线以形成高簇绒,而向每个刺针喂给第二、较少数量的纱线以形成低簇绒。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于第二、较少数量纱线的喂给包括充分拉回喂给每个刺针的纱线以从底部隐藏低簇绒。
19.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于进一步包括在底部材料上形成与所需的线圈率匹配数量的高簇绒。
20.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于簇绒机是十分之一隔距的簇绒机,且所需的织物线圈率为大约每英寸10个线圈。
21.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于提花簇绒产品包括2至6种色彩,并且其中有效线圈率在大约每英寸20个线圈和大约每英寸60个线圈之间。
22.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于簇绒机是八分之一隔距的簇绒机,且所需的织物线圈率为大约每英寸8个线圈。
23.如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于提花簇绒产品包括2至6种色彩,并且其中有效线圈率在大约每英寸16个线圈和大约每英寸48个线圈之间。
24.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于簇绒机是十六分之一隔距簇绒机,且所需的织物线圈率为大约每英寸16个线圈。
25.如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于提花簇绒产品包括2至6种色彩,并且其中有效线圈率在大约每英寸32个线圈和大约每英寸96个线圈之间。
26.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于进一步包括在图案的编程的移动轮廓中重复初始移动步骤。
27.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于进一步包括为图案中每个线圈选择性致动平绒割圈弯针的一系列夹钳以形成割绒和毛圈绒头簇绒。
