本发明公开了一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,该木塑地板由以下重量份数的各组分:PE塑料原料:25~50份,废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉:40~70份,活性碳酸钙:5~10份,塑料填充剂:1~3份,塑料加工助剂:5~10份,抗老化助剂1~5份,经混合机组混合至100~150℃挤成塑粒料,再经挤出混合料,模压成型、冷却、切割、定长。本发明的木塑地板具有抗老化性、耐用耐腐性、环保安全性、强度高的优点。本发明还公开了一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板的制备方法,该制造工艺简单,降低了生产成本。

Description

抗老化耐磨型木塑地板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及用于市政、园林、别墅户外、装潢建设等材料技术领域,具体地说是一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板及其生产工艺。 
背景技术
目前市场上用于市政、园林、别墅户外地板、护栏、栅栏、亭台等通常是采用防腐木、实木地板或复合地板。防腐木、实木地板需消耗大量的木材,且价格昂贵,其虽具有耐磨等优点,但铺设使用后耐水性较差,且易开裂、起翘。复合地板是采用木屑、粘合剂经混合挤压而成。其虽具有轻便、价格便宜等优点,,但耐水性、耐磨性、抗老化性较差,机械性能低,不稳定,遇水后同样会起翘,使用寿命短,不易被人民所喜爱接收。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种采用塑料原料和废旧木材或纤维材料及活性碳酸钙为主要原料,配以PE塑料原料为,废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉,活性碳酸钙,塑料填充剂,塑料加工助剂,抗老化助剂,经混合制粒,再经高温挤出、挤出模挤出成型、冷却定型、切割为木塑地板,该木塑地板具有抗老化性、耐用耐腐性、环保安全性、强度高的优点,同时该制造工艺简单,降低了生产成本。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,该木塑地板由以下重量份数的各组分:PE塑料原料:25~50份,废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉:40~70份,活性碳酸钙:5~10份,塑料填充剂:1~3份,塑料加工助剂:5~10份,抗老化助剂1~5份,经混合机组混合至100~150℃挤成塑粒料,再经挤出混合料,模压成型、冷却、切割、定长。 
作为优选,所述塑料加工助剂为高密度聚乙烯相容剂、石蜡、PE蜡、硬 脂酸锌润滑剂中的一种或多种。 
作为优选,所述的塑料抗老化剂为抗氧剂或者紫外线吸收剂。 
作为优选,所述的塑料填充剂为碳酸钙或木粉纤维。 
作为优选,所述的纤维材料为谷物秸秆、糠壳和花生壳。 
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是提供上述抗老化耐磨型木塑地板的生产工艺,采用以下工艺步骤: 
(1)木塑地板原料造粒:先将废旧木材或纤维材料进行破碎、磨成废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉,细度达到80~200目; 
(2)木塑地板原料混合:PE塑料原料为:25~50重量%,加入废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉为:40~70重量%、活性碳酸钙为:5~10重量%、塑料填充剂为:1~3重量%、塑料加工助剂为:5~10重量%、抗老化助剂为:1~5重量%,经高速混合,温度:100~150℃,混合时间、15~30分钟,转速:800~1000转/分钟;放至低速冷混温度:45~55℃经平双挤出机挤出成木塑粒,温度为:190~250℃,螺杆转速为:10~20转/分钟; 
(3)木塑地板基板的制作: 
a、将上述混合的木塑粉料或木塑粒经双螺杆挤出机高温挤出,温度为:130~180℃,螺杆转速为:20~50转/分; 
b、将上述挤出物料经模具挤出机挤出成型,温度为:160~220℃,压力为:8~25Mpa,再经真空冷却定型为基板,真空度为:0.06~0.1Mpa,冷却水温度为:5~30℃; 
c、将上述定型木塑地板或型材,定长切割待用; 
(4)将上述木塑地板或型材经打毛、或拉丝、或压花,得到抗老化耐磨型木塑地板产品。 
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:1.具有优异的机械性能及强耐磨性;2.该木塑地板不吸水,不易变形,经久耐用;3.该抗老化耐磨型木塑地板把各种废旧木材或纤维材料进行有效利用,“以废变宝”,可节约材料资源; 4.具有材料比重小、强度高,制造工艺简单。 
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。 
一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,采用以下工艺步骤: 
(1)抗老化耐磨型木塑地板主辅材料混合造粒: 
先将废旧木材或纤维材料进行破碎、磨成废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉,细度达到90目。 
本发明实施例中各组分的重量分数为:取PE塑料原料为:32,加入废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉为:51,活性碳酸钙为:6,塑料填充剂为:2,塑料加工助剂为:8,抗老化助剂为:1,经高速混合,温度:135℃,混合时间、28分钟,转速:950转/分钟;放出待用或挤出木塑粒,温度为,机头1#:210℃,机头2#:220℃,机头3#:230℃,机头4#:235℃,机头5#:235℃,机头6#:220℃,机头7#:210℃,机头8#:190℃,机头9#:190℃,主机螺杆转速为:234转/分钟;主机电流:76A,辅机喂料转速为:11.5转/分钟。 
(2)抗老化耐磨木塑地板的制作: 
将上述混合的木塑粉料或木塑粒经双螺杆挤出机高温挤出,温度为:料筒1#:170℃,料筒2#:165℃,料筒3#:160℃,料筒4#:155℃,螺杆转速为:主机转速:8r/min,主机电流:47A(%),辅机喂料转速:13.8r/min.将上述挤出物料经模具模压成型,温度为:模具1#:145℃,模具2#:145℃,模具3#:145℃,模具4#:145℃,合流芯:145℃,压力为:19Mpa,再经真空冷却定型为基板,定型真空度:≧0.06Mpa,冷却水温度为:25℃; 
将上述定型木塑地板或型材,定长切割经打毛,或拉丝、或压花为成品;检验、包装入库。 

Claims (6)

1.一种抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,其特征在于,该木塑地板由以下重量份数的各组分:PE塑料原料:25~50份,废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉:40~70份,活性碳酸钙:5~10份,塑料填充剂:1~3份,塑料加工助剂:5~10份,抗老化助剂1~5份,经混合机组混合至100~150℃挤成塑粒料,再经挤出混合料,模压成型、冷却、切割、定长。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,其特征在于,所述塑料加工助剂为高密度聚乙烯相容剂、石蜡、PE蜡、硬脂酸锌润滑剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,其特征在于,所述的塑料抗老化剂为抗氧剂或者紫外线吸收剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,其特征在于,所述的塑料填充剂为碳酸钙或木粉纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗老化耐磨型木塑地板,其特征在于,所述的纤维材料为谷物秸秆、糠壳和花生壳。
6.一种权利要求1所述的抗老化耐磨型木塑地板的生产工艺,其特征在于,采用以下工艺步骤:
(1)木塑地板原料造粒:先将废旧木材或纤维材料进行破碎、磨成废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉,细度达到80~200目;
(2)木塑地板原料混合:PE塑料原料为:25~50重量%,加入废旧木材粉或纤维材料粉为:40~70重量%、活性碳酸钙为:5~10重量%、塑料填充剂为:1~3重量%、塑料加工助剂为:5~10重量%、抗老化助剂为:1~5重量%,经高速混合,温度:100~150℃,混合时间、15~30分钟,转速:800~1000转/分钟;放至低速冷混温度:45~55℃经平双挤出机挤出成木塑粒,温度为:190~250℃,螺杆转速为:10~20转/分钟;
(3)木塑地板基板的制作:
a、将上述混合的木塑粉料或木塑粒经双螺杆挤出机高温挤出,温度为:130~180℃,螺杆转速为:20~50转/分;
b、将上述挤出物料经模具挤出机挤出成型,温度为:160~220℃,压力为:8~25Mpa,再经真空冷却定型为基板,真空度为:0.06~0.1Mpa,冷却水温度为:5~30℃;
c、将上述定型木塑地板或型材,定长切割待用;
(4)将上述木塑地板或型材经打毛、或拉丝、或压花,得到抗老化耐磨型木塑地板产品。
