Claims (20)

1.生产碎料的方法,其特征在于在多个步骤将包括粘合材料、胶和剥离材料的胶粘层压品废料处理成碎料,并且在所述方法中,所述胶的粘合性质丧失。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述胶粘层压品废料在预碎步骤被粉碎至期望的碎料大小。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于在所述预碎步骤后,所述碎料大小为30至100mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于所述胶粘层压品废料在细碎步骤被粉碎至期望的碎料大小。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的方法,其特征在于在所述细碎步骤后,所述碎料大小为1至10mm。
6.根据权利要求1至5的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于通过将所述废料粉碎为碎料并在粉碎过程中保持温度足够低,经多个步骤的粉碎,所述胶粘层压品废料中含有的胶的粘合性质被抑制。
7.根据权利要求1至6的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于在每一步骤的出口,所形成的碎料的温度低于60℃。
8.根据权利要求1至7的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于在每一步骤的出口,所形成的碎料的温度低于50℃。
9.根据权利要求1至8的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于与粉碎结合,所述胶粘层压品废料被过筛为期望的碎料大小等级。
10.生产碎料的设备,其特征在于所述装置包括至少两个压碎机(1,2),其用于粉碎含有粘合材料、胶和剥离材料的胶粘层压品废料(9),以及用于调节所述压碎机温度的热调节器。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于它包括预碎机(1),用于将所述废料(9)粉碎至期望碎料大小。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的设备,其特征在于它包括细碎机(2),用于将所述废料粉碎至期望碎料大小。
13.根据权利要求10至12的任何一项所述的设备,其特征在于它包括与压碎机(1,2)结合的将所述碎料过筛为期望的碎料大小等级的筛子。
14.根据权利要求10至13的任何一项所述的设备,其特征在于它与这样的装置结合,该装置包括用于将预先确定的添加剂与所述碎料混合的混合设备(4)、用于形成所述碎料的木材复合材料的挤压机(5)和用于冷却预制产品的冷却设备(7)。

16.生产木材复合材料的方法,其特征在于胶粘层压品废料根据权利要求1至9的任一项被处理成碎料;预先确定的添加剂与所述碎料混合,以及所述碎料被处理成所述木材复合材料产品。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于所述木材复合材料产品从所述碎料挤压、模铸和/或板压。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于所述预制产品被冷却。
19.根据权利要求16至18的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于附加塑料被添加至所述胶粘层压品废料的碎料。
20.根据权利要求16至19的任何一项所述的方法,其特征在于碎料混合物被均质化。
