本发明公开了一种载重汽车用耐磨轻型转向叶片泵,包括前方敞口的泵体,配油盘、定子转子叶片组件及泵盖由泵轴由后向前依次串连成一体后安装到泵体内,其中,泵盖封闭泵体前方敞口,泵轴前端支撑在泵盖上,泵轴后端穿出泵体,所述泵体上设有进油通道与泵体内腔后部连通,所述泵体上设有出油通道与泵体内腔前部连通,所述泵体在泵体内腔外圆周侧设有一与出油通道连通的阀孔,阀孔内安装一流量安全控制阀,阀孔同时设有回油通道与进油通道连通,所述泵体由铸造铝合金材料通过砂型模浇铸而成,所述泵盖及配油盘采用铸造铝合金材质。本发明使得转向泵即使是在驾驶员长时间作业的环境下也不至于快速磨损,延长了转向泵的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件,尤其涉及汽车转向油泵。
背景技术
随着我国载重汽车工业的迅速发展,人们对汽车的性能及驾驶的舒适性要求也越来越高,由于载重的加大,系统的压力也要增大,随着系统压力的不断增大,对转向泵的核心零部件的要求也越来越高,尤其是在矿区及山区作业的载重汽车,由于环境恶劣,使用工况差,驾驶员需要长时间打方向,甚至于经常产生打死方向现象,导致油温温升过快,整个系统的温度较高,最后造成转向泵快速磨损,转向泵的使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种载重汽车用耐磨轻型转向叶片泵,使得转向泵即使是在驾驶员长时间作业的环境下也不至于快速磨损,延长转向泵的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种载重汽车用耐磨轻型转向叶片泵,其特征在于:包括前方敞口的泵体,配油盘、定子转子叶片组件及泵盖由泵轴由后向前依次串连成一体后安装到泵体内,其中,泵盖封闭泵体前方敞口,泵轴前端支撑在泵盖上,泵轴后端穿出泵体,所述泵体上设有进油通道与泵体内腔后部连通,所述泵体上设有出油通道与泵体内腔前部连通,所述泵体在泵体内腔外圆周侧设有一与出油通道连通的阀孔,阀孔内安装一流量安全控制阀,阀孔同时设有回油通道与进油通道连通,所述泵体由铸造铝合金材料通过砂型模浇铸而成,所述泵盖及配油盘采用铸造铝合金材质。
优选的,所述泵体与泵轴之间设有骨架油封,所述骨架油封为双唇双簧骨架外露式油封,所述骨架油封的材料为氟橡胶。
优选的,所述配油盘、泵盖的工作面及流量安全控制阀的阀体表面进行硬质阳极氧化处理。
优选的,所述配油盘与泵体内壁间设置有O型圈,所述O型圈的材料为聚四氟乙烯。
优选的,所述配油盘、定子转子叶片组件及泵盖采用定位销串连成一体。
优选的,所述泵盖前端设有一凹槽,所述泵轴伸入所述凹槽内并固定连接一散热叶片。
优选的,所述凹槽底面上设有散热筋条,所述凹槽环壁上还均匀设有点状突起。
优选的,所述散热叶片上还设有用以扰乱出风流动状态的辅助筋。
优选的,所述凹槽开口由网盖封闭。
优选的,所述泵盖内壁环绕泵轴设有环形安装槽,所述安装槽内设有检测泵体内腔温度的温度传感器及检测泵体内腔油压的压力传感器。
本发明采用铝合金泵体后,由于铝合金的散热性能好,使系统温升减小;同时铝合金配油盘及铝合金泵盖表面采用了阳极氧化处理,提高了配油盘及泵盖工作面表面的耐磨性,使得转向泵即使是在驾驶员长时间作业的环境下也不至于快速磨损,延长了转向泵的使用寿命;另外,流量安全控制阀的阀体采用表面硬质阳极氧化处理后提高了硬度及阀体的耐磨性,减小了阀体因在工作中频繁开启而导致的磨损,降低了转向泵的内泄漏,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
结合图1具体说明本发明载重汽车用耐磨轻型转向叶片泵的实施例,其包括泵体1、配油盘3、定子转子叶片组件4、泵轴2、泵盖6、流量安全控制阀5,所述配油盘3、定子转子叶片组件4、泵盖6由后向前依次串连成一体后安装到泵体1内,所述泵体1的阀孔内安装有流量安全控制阀5,泵轴2穿过泵体1、配油盘3和定子转子叶片组件4;所述配油盘3、定子转子叶片组件4、泵盖6采用定位销7串连成一体;所述配油盘3与泵体1之间设有O形密封圈,泵盖6与泵体1之间设有O形密封圈。
所述泵体1由铸造铝合金材料通过砂型模浇铸而成,所述泵盖6及配油盘3采用铸造铝合金材质。所述泵体1与泵轴2之间设有骨架油封,所述骨架油封为双唇双簧骨架外露式油封,所述骨架油封的材料为氟橡胶。所述配油盘3及泵盖6的工作面进行硬质阳极氧化处理。所述流量安全控制阀5的阀体表面进行硬质阳极氧化处理。
定子转子叶片组件4、配油盘3和泵盖6组成一个封闭容积,泵在发动机的带动下工作时,叶片在离心力的作用下紧贴在定子的内表面上,密闭的工作容积由小变大,再由大变小,压缩油液,完成一次吸、压油过程,泵输出的油量随转子的转速而增大,泵轴每旋转一周,每个封闭容积完成两次吸油排油过程,排出的油经流量阀及出油通道控制,使泵输出的流量保持基本恒定值。当转速增高时,流量增大、通过出油通道的压差也增加,推动流量阀开度增大,溢流量增大,使泵输出的流量保持基本恒定值。反之,当转速减少时,流量减少、通过出油通道的压差也减少,推动流量阀开度减少,溢流量减少,使输出流量保持基本恒定值。溢流的油直接回到油泵的进油口,又参与下一次循环。当转速低于流量阀的开启转速时,流量将低于基本恒定值,溢流量为零。当系统工作压力超过油泵安全阀压力时,安全阀开启,全部液压油流回吸油腔,从而对系统起到安全保护作用。
作为上述实施例的改进,如图2所示,所述泵盖6前端设有一凹槽60,所述泵轴2伸入所述凹槽内并固定连接一散热叶片20。泵体的热量传导到泵盖,泵轴带动散热叶片旋转对泵盖进行散热。所述凹槽60底面上设有散热筋条。提高泵盖散热效果。所述凹槽开口由网盖61封闭。所述散热叶片20上还设有用以扰乱出风流动状态的辅助筋,所述凹槽环壁上还均匀设有点状突起,提高散热面积。
所述泵盖内壁环绕泵轴设有环形安装槽62,所述安装槽内设有检测泵体内腔温度的温度传感器及检测泵体内腔油压的压力传感器。实现泵体内腔油压及温度的实时监控,防止泵体内腔油压及温度过高而使转向叶片泵出现故障。
