一种亚光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体30-50份、中油度蓖麻油醇酸树脂10-15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20-25份、羧基饱和聚酯树脂5-15份、碳黑1-5份、硝化纤维素11-18份、三聚氰胺树脂13-25份、短油度大豆油醇酸树脂15-30份、氯醋树脂5-25份。本发明提高了亚光涂料的光泽稳定性,使之具有较高的耐烘烤性能和表面细腻度,改善了亚光涂料的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种亚光涂料。
背景技术
亚光涂料是一种常用的涂料,可以喷涂在家用电器、设备、家具等的外壳上,增加装饰性能同时增强它们的耐水、耐晒、耐摩擦和耐污染等性能,使产品的档次大大提高,达到所需的光泽度,颜色鲜艳、美观耐用。
目前市场上的亚光涂料存在的问题是:亚光涂料在冷热烘箱和不同升温速度的烘箱中光泽变化很大,生产厂家的热烘烤箱中烘烤时光泽度在15度左右,这是比较理想的光泽效果,但在冷烘烤箱起始烘烤时光泽度会上升至25度左右,在用户使用涂料时甚至达到40度左右,亦即亚光涂料的耐烘烤性能较差,光泽度稳定性不够好,影响了亚光涂料的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于解决现有亚光涂料稳定性差的缺点,提供一种烘烤条件不敏感的高适应性亚光涂料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种亚光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体30-50份、中油度蓖麻油醇酸树脂10-15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20-25份、羧基饱和聚酯树脂5-15份、碳黑1-5份、硝化纤维素11-18份、三聚氰胺树脂13-25份、短油度大豆油醇酸树脂15-30份、氯醋树脂5-25份。
采用常规方式制备亚光涂料,将原料放入搅拌釜中搅拌均匀即得。
本发明的有益效果是:提高了亚光涂料的光泽稳定性,使之具有较高的耐烘烤性能和表面细腻度,改善了亚光涂料的性能。

实施例1
一种亚光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体30份、中油度蓖麻油醇酸树脂10份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份、羧基饱和聚酯树脂5份、碳黑1份、硝化纤维素11份、三聚氰胺树脂13份、短油度大豆油醇酸树脂15份、氯醋树脂5份。
实施例2
一种亚光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体50份、中油度蓖麻油醇酸树脂15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯25份、羧基饱和聚酯树脂15份、碳黑5份、硝化纤维素18份、三聚氰胺树脂25份、短油度大豆油醇酸树脂30份、氯醋树脂25份。
实施例3
一种亚光涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体40份、中油度蓖麻油醇酸树脂13份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯24份、羧基饱和聚酯树脂13份、碳黑3份、硝化纤维素15份、三聚氰胺树脂18份、短油度大豆油醇酸树脂25份、氯醋树脂24份。
