Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有驱动装置的车辆(1),该驱动装置至少具有一电机(3),该电机通过功率电子器件(4)与高压电池(5)连接,在所述车辆中,功率电子器件(4)借助至少一个牵引线路(6a,6b)与高压电池(5)相连接。在车辆(1)长度较大时该至少一个牵引线路(6a,6b)具有较大的长度和较高的线路电阻。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照在权利要求1前序部分中详细定义的类型的、具有驱动装置的车辆,该驱动装置至少具有一电机,该电机通过功率电子器件/电力电子器件与高压电池连接。
背景技术
这种类型的车辆已由现有技术公开。在此其可以是纯电动车辆,该电动车辆只具有电机用于其驱动。除此之外还可以是混合动力车辆,其中除内燃机外还设有电机。在这两种情况下,电机都与高压电池相连接,其中在电机和高压电池之间大多连接有功率电子器件,该功率电子器件用于将由高压电池提供的直流电转换为电机所需的交流电。功率电子器件和高压电池之间的连接由所谓的牵引线路负责。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种具有驱动装置的车辆,其中不同的车辆实施形式、特别是具有不同长度的车辆都能毫无问题地装备有这种牵引线路(Traktionsleitung)。
根据本发明,所述目的通过权利要求1所述的特征得以实现。
在根据本发明的技术方案中,在车辆长度较大时牵引线路具有较大的长度和较高的线路电阻,这种技术方案使得即使在车辆较长的情况下也能毫无困难地连接功率电子器件与高压电池,其中,电机、功率电子器件和高压电池可以安装在车辆内的任何位置,在布置这些部件时不必考虑牵引线路。
当所述至少一个牵引线路的线路电阻在车辆长度较大的情况下升高约0.04mΩ时,在电功率方面的损耗特别小。
在本发明的另一有利的设计方案中,在车辆长度较大时,所述至少一个牵引线路的长度增加约100mm。
此外,还可以设计为,所述至少一个牵引线路至少具有一内导体、一至少间接包围所述内导体的筛选编织层、和一至少间接包围所述筛选编织层的护套。这种多层的牵引线路确保,能够毫无问题地满足对功率电子器件与高压电池之间的连接的要求。
本发明的其它有利的设计方案和改进方案由其它从属权利要求得到。

具体实施方式
图1以极其示意性的方式示出了具有驱动装置的车辆1,在此实施例中车辆1设计为混合动力车辆。因此,车辆1的驱动装置具有内燃机2和与内燃机2相联接的电机3。电机3以已知的方式与功率电子器件4相连接,功率电子器件4又以已知的方式与高压电池5相连接。在此实施例中,高压电池5和功率电子器件4之间的连接通过两个牵引线路6a、6b进行。在此,一个牵引线路6a是正极线路而另一牵引线路6b是负极线路。原则上也可设想,仅设置一个牵引线路。除此之外,在此实施例中,未整个示出的空调装置的压缩机7与功率电子器件4连接并通过该功率电子器件供能。
图1所示的车辆在不同的国家地区具有不同的长度。例如在中国供应的版本/型号中,车辆1与在其他国家地区中供应的车辆相比具有较大的长度。在这种情况下,与车辆较短的情况相比,至少一个牵引线路——在此实施例中是两个牵引线路6a和6b——具有较大的长度和较高的线路电阻。这两个牵引线路6a、6b尤其分别比在较短的车辆中长约100mm。牵引线路6a、6b的较高的线路电阻在此分别为约7.75mΩ,与之相比在较短的车辆中为约7.71mΩ。因此,在车辆1长度较大时,每个单个的牵引线路6a、6b的线路电阻增大约0.04mΩ。除此之外,在车辆1长度较大时这两个牵引线路6a、6b具有较大的电感和/或较大的电容。例如,牵引线路6a、6b的电感可以比在较短的车辆中大4.1nH,电容例如大72.5pF。
图2示出两个牵引线路之一的剖视图,在此实施例中是牵引线路6a的剖视图,可以看出,牵引线路6a具有内导体8、围绕内导体的8的筛选编织层9和围绕筛选编织层9的护套10。内导体8例如可以由铝线组成,筛选编织层9由镀锡的铜线组成,而护套10例如由硅橡胶或其它合适的塑料/合成材料组成。在此实施例中,在内导体8和筛选编织层9之间设有绝缘件11,该绝缘件同样可以由合适的塑料、例如硅橡胶组成。此外,在筛选编织层9和护套10之间设有薄膜屏蔽件12,该薄膜屏蔽件12例如可由用铝衬底的塑料膜组成。另一牵引线路6b的设计可以与图2所示的牵引线路6a相同。
尽管在车辆1长度较大时在牵引线路6a、6b的线路电阻、电感和电容方面发生所述的改变以及具有与之相关的损耗,车辆1仍可以毫无问题地运行。原则上,为了使线路电阻、电感和电容的所述值与在车辆较短时存在的值相匹配,可以使牵引线路6a、6b具有较大的直径。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有驱动装置的车辆,所述驱动装置至少具有一电机,所述电机通过功率电子器件与高压电池相连接,其中,所述功率电子器件借助至少一个牵引线路与所述高压电池相连接,其特征在于,在所述车辆(1)长度较大时所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)具有较大的长度和较高的线路电阻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,在所述车辆(1)长度较大时所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)的线路电阻增高约0.04mΩ。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,在所述车辆(1)长度较大时所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)的长度增加约100mm。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)至少具有一内导体(8)、一至少间接包围所述内导体(8)的筛选编织层(9)、和一至少间接包围所述筛选编织层(9)的护套(10)。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的车辆,其特征在于,在所述车辆(1)长度较大时所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)具有较大的电感。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的车辆,其特征在于,在所述车辆(1)长度较大时所述至少一个牵引线路(6a、6b)具有较大的电容。
