Abstract

本发明涉及的是金属线材加工技术领域，具体为收线机双气缸顶锥机构。转轴装在滑套内,通过端盖固定，顶锥固定在转轴一端并用键连接；固定板与滑座固定，两气缸分别装在固定板两端，连接板与滑套固定。工作时，顶锥顶紧工字轮与转轴一起旋转以实现卷绕功能；滑套由气缸控制在滑座内的轴向移动，以完成顶锥在轴向顶紧工字轮；锁紧杆放在锁杆槽里，通过调节锁紧螺母来锁定顶锥轴向位置。本发明的有益效果是：保证了顶紧工字轮的可靠性，气缸与滑套的分开增强了支承的稳定性，提高了顶锥机构的刚性和强度。

本发明涉及的是金属线材加工技术领域，具体为收线机双气缸顶锥机构。
背景技术
一般收线机顶锥采用单气缸控制顶锥来顶紧工字轮，因气缸的气压时有不稳定现象，很容易造成工字轮脱落的危险。
发明内容
本发明提供能够在收线机的气缸的气压不稳定时防止工字轮脱落的危险的收线机双气缸顶锥机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：转轴装在滑套内,通过端盖固定，顶锥固定在转轴一端并用键连接；固定板与滑座固定，两气缸分别装在固定板两端，连接板与滑套固定。
进一步连接板两端分别与两气缸活塞杆顶端连接，连接板上有锁杆槽。
进一步滑座上装有锁杆座，锁紧杆与锁杆座铰链连接，锁紧杆上装有两个锁紧螺母。
工作时，顶锥顶紧工字轮与转轴一起旋转以实现卷绕功能；滑套由气缸控制在滑座内的轴向移动，以完成顶锥在轴向顶紧工字轮；锁紧杆放在锁杆槽里，通过调节锁紧螺母来锁定顶锥轴向位置。
本发明的有益效果是：保证了顶紧工字轮的可靠性，气缸与滑套的分开增强了支承的稳定性，提高了顶锥机构的刚性和强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1、2所示，转轴(2)装在滑套(6)内,通过端盖(4)固定，顶锥(1)固定在转轴(2)一端并用键(3)连接；固定板(12)与滑座(5)固定，两气缸(14)分别装在固定板(12)两端，连接板(11)与滑套(6)固定；
连接板(11)两端分别与两气缸活塞杆(13)顶端连接，连接板(11)上有锁杆槽(9)；
滑座(5)上装有锁杆座(7)，锁紧杆(8)与锁杆座(7)铰链连接，锁紧杆(8)上装有两个锁紧螺母(10)。
工作时，顶锥(1)顶紧工字轮与转轴(2)一起旋转以实现卷绕功能；滑套(5)由气缸(14)控制在滑座(5)内的轴向移动，以完成顶锥(1)在轴向顶紧工字轮；锁紧杆(8)放在锁杆槽(9)里，通过调节锁紧螺母(10)来锁定顶锥(1)轴向位置。

1.收线机双气缸顶锥机构，转轴装在滑套内,通过端盖固定，顶锥固定在转轴一端并用键连接；其特征是，固定板与滑座固定，两气缸分别装在固定板两端，连接板与滑套固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种收线机双气缸顶锥机构，其特征是，连接板两端分别与两气缸活塞杆顶端连接，连接板上有锁杆槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种收线机双气缸顶锥机构，其特征是，滑座上装有锁杆座，锁紧杆与锁杆座铰链连接，锁紧杆上装有两个锁紧螺母。
