技术领域
本发明涉及细胞培养装置的技术领域,具体为多孔细胞培养皿结构。
背景技术
玻底细胞培养皿可用于激光共聚焦显微实验,荧光显微实验和相差显微实验等细胞培养观察实验,还可用于活细胞的观察,但是现有的玻底培养皿其一个容器内只能培养一次细胞,导致需要培养独立的多次细胞需要多个玻底细胞培养皿,增加了设备成本,且培养的操作时间长,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了多孔细胞培养皿结构,其使得在一个器皿中能够独立培养多个细胞,节约了设备成本,且培养时操作时间短、效率高。
多孔细胞培养皿结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括细胞培养皿,其特征在于:所述细胞培养皿的底面上设置有均布的小孔凹槽,玻片对应放置于所述小孔凹槽内,多个平行排列的小孔凹槽通过条形凹槽连接成列,并在列的两端也设有条形凹槽,所述小孔凹槽的单条直径的两侧设置有柱子,所述柱子为热熔材料,柱子热熔后盖住玻片,每个所述小孔凹槽的对应位置标注有不同的数字。
使用本发明的结构后,将玻片放置于对应的小孔凹槽内,之后将柱子热熔,使热熔后的柱子盖住玻片,要将玻片取出时,只需用镊子夹断热熔后的柱子,将镊子深入条形凹槽内,将玻片取出,其在一个器皿中,通过数字标注不同的小孔凹槽,使得在一个器皿中能够独立培养多个细胞,节约了设备成本,且培养时操作时间短、效率高。

见图1, 其包括细胞培养皿1,细胞培养皿1的底面上设置有均布的小孔凹槽2,玻片3对应放置于小孔凹槽2内,多个平行排列的小孔凹槽2通过条形凹槽4连接成列,并在列的两端也设有条形凹槽4,小孔凹槽2的单条直径的两侧设置有柱子5,柱子5为热熔材料,柱子5热熔后盖住玻片3,每个小孔凹槽2的对应位置标注有不同的数字。

1.多孔细胞培养皿结构,其包括细胞培养皿,其特征在于:所述细胞培养皿的底面上设置有均布的小孔凹槽,玻片对应放置于所述小孔凹槽内,多个平行排列的小孔凹槽通过条形凹槽连接成列,并在列的两端也设有条形凹槽,所述小孔凹槽的单条直径的两侧设置有柱子,所述柱子固定于所述细胞培养皿的底板上,所述柱子为热熔材料,柱子热熔后盖住玻片,每个所述小孔凹槽的对应位置标注有不同的数字。
