本实用新型公开一种用于细胞培养的装置,包括:底板,基板和盖板,此基板上表面设置有至少8个上下贯通的腔体,所述基板上表面且围绕所述腔体四周区域设有若干加强筋,所述基板固定于所述底板上,此底板厚度为0.17mm;所述盖板用于覆盖所述腔体上方,此盖板一侧具有一把手;所述腔体数目为8个;所述在基板下表面且围绕所述腔体四周区域设有凹槽;所述基板通过位于所述凹槽的粘合剂层与所述底板固定连接;所述腔体分为两排且平行设置于所述基板上表面;所述腔体为正方形腔体。本实用新型细胞培养装置适应于高通量、高分辨活细胞成像的细胞培养装置,且装置结构牢固,方便了实验人员操作,实现了一次性可以对多个不同的试验条件的细胞进行研究。

本实用新型涉及细胞培养装置,具体涉及一种用于细胞培养的装置。
背景技术
鉴于显微镜技术在生物学基础研究、以及医药工业中的广泛应用,各种活细胞显微镜成像技术成为生物医学研究中的重要工具。想要获得高分辨的活细胞显微图像,经常需要使用高倍的显微镜头(40X,63X,100X等),此时对于细胞培养皿底部材料的厚度和折射系数等要求就变的非常苛刻。但是目前常见的细胞培养耗材底部材料的厚度等相关参数均不满足高分辨成像的需求。使得进行高分辨活细胞成像的过程变的非常复杂,经常需要将细胞先生长在盖玻片上,然后将盖玻片固定在复杂的装置系统中,让显微镜头能够直接面对盖玻片进行成像。其过程不仅非常复杂、耗时又长,而且经常伴随着培养液泄露、载玻片可能暴露在空气中时间太长而影响细胞的功能,不能进行高通量、高分辨成像等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种用于细胞培养的装置,此细胞培养装置适用于高通量、高分辨活细胞成像研究;且装置方便了实验人员操作,实现了一次性可以对多个不同的试验条件下的细胞进行平行研究。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于细胞培养装置,包括:基板和盖板,此基板上表面设置有至少8个上下贯通的腔体;所述基板下表面且围绕所述腔体四周区域设有凹槽,所述基板通过位于所述凹槽的粘合剂层与所述底板固定连接;所述基板的长宽尺寸与所述底板长宽尺寸相等;所述基板固定于所述底板上,此底板厚度为0.17mm;所述盖板用于覆盖所述腔体上方,此盖板一侧具有一把手。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述腔体数目为8个。
2、上述方案中,所述腔体分为两排且平行设置于所述基板上表面。
3、上述方案中,所述腔体为正方形腔体,且此腔体截面长和宽尺寸均为0.8cm*0.8cm。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本实用新型细胞培养装置设有若干加强筋加固了腔体,且把手方便了实验人员的操作。
2、本实用新型细胞培养装置实现了高通量;在一个基板上具有8个腔体,基板通过位于所述凹槽的粘合剂层与所述底板粘合连接,粘合效果好,防止各个腔体之间的交叉污染,因此可以同时进行多个平行试验。提高了通量和速度,大大提高了活细胞成像的效率。
3、本实用新型细胞培养装置腔体截面尺寸为0.8cm*0.8cm,因此所消耗的培养液体、需要接种的细胞等也就相应的减少很多,比如本实用新型每个腔体需要200ul培养液,而常规的耗材则最少需要2ml的培养液体,节约了耗材消耗;且培养的细胞能够直接进行显微镜相关的研究。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例:一种用于细胞培养装置,如附图1-2所示,包括:底板1,还包括基板2和盖板3,此基板2上表面设置有至少8个上下贯通的腔体4,基板2下表面且围绕所述腔体4四周区域设有凹槽6;所述基板2通过位于所述凹槽5的粘合剂层与所述底板1固定连接;所述基板2的长宽尺寸与所述底板1长宽尺寸相等;所述基板2固定于所述底板1上,此底板1厚度为0.17mm,材料为玻璃;所述盖板3用于覆盖所述腔体4上方,此盖板3一侧具有一把手5。
上述腔体4数目为8个。
上述腔体4分为两排且平行设置于所述基板2上表面。
上述腔体4为正方形腔体,且此腔体4截面长和宽尺寸均为0.8cm*0.8cm。
采用上述细胞培养装置时,设有了若干加强筋加固了腔体,且把手方便了实验人员的操作;其次,实现了高通量,在一个基板上具有8个腔体,基板通过位于所述凹槽的粘合剂层与所述底板粘合连接,粘合效果好,防止各个腔体之间的交叉污染,因此可以同时进行多个平行试验。提高了通量和速度,大大提高了活细胞成像的效率;再次,腔体截面尺寸为0.8cm*0.8cm,因此所消耗的培养液体、需要接种的细胞等也就相应的减少很多,比如本实用新型每个腔体需要200ul培养液,而常规的耗材则最少需要2ml的培养液体,节约了耗材消耗;且培养的细胞足够进行显微镜相关的研究。

1.一种用于细胞培养的装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于:还包括基板(2)和盖板(3),此基板(2)上表面设置有8个上下贯通的腔体(4);所述基板(2)下表面且围绕所述腔体(4)四周区域设有凹槽(6),所述基板(2)通过位于所述凹槽(5)的粘合剂层与所述底板(1)固定连接,所述基板(2)的长宽尺寸与所述底板(1)长宽尺寸相等;所述基板(2)固定于所述底板(1)上,此底板(1)厚度为0.17mm;所述盖板(3)用于覆盖所述腔体(4)上方,此盖板(3)一侧具有一把手(5)。
