本实用新型公开一种用于细胞培养的硅胶片,此硅胶片设置有八个通孔,此八个通孔分为两排且平行设置于此硅胶片上,每排通孔的数目为四个;所述硅胶片下表面设有一胶水层;所述通孔的直径为4~8mm,相邻通孔之间的间隔为10~14mm,所述硅胶片的宽度为20~32mm,长度为40~65mm,厚度为1~1.2mm。本实用新型硅胶片可以实现与载玻璃片的紧密粘合,在载玻片上分隔出多个相互独立的、可以防止交叉污染的空间;简单、易用,大大提高了免疫荧光染色的效率并降低了相应的细胞培养耗材和药物的消耗。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及基础生物医学研究以及生物医药工业,具体涉及一种用于细胞培养的硅胶片。
背景技术
鉴于显微镜技术在生物学基础研究、以及医药工业中的广泛应用,各种显微镜成像技术成为生物医学研究中的重要工具。尤其是免疫荧光染色技术,是生物、医学基础和临床研究中的重要技术手段之一。
目前常见的免疫荧光染色是将细胞先种在盖玻片上,然后对细胞进行固定和染色,最后将盖玻片固定在载玻片上进行显微成像观测。但是该过程耗时,每次消耗的细胞培养液、以及相关的药品消耗量大、进行免疫荧光染色时所需要的抗体等相关耗材的消耗也极大。不利于节约耗材消耗,缩短实验时间和实验的复杂度。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种用于细胞培养的硅胶片,此硅胶片可以实现与载玻璃片的紧密粘合,在载玻片上分隔出多个相互独立的、可以防止交叉污染的空间;简单、易用,大大提高了免疫荧光染色的效率并降低了相应的细胞培养耗材和药物的消耗。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于细胞培养的硅胶片,此硅胶片设置有八个通孔,此八个通孔分为两排且平行设置于此硅胶片上,每排通孔的数目为四个;所述硅胶片下表面设有一胶水层;所述通孔的直径为4~8mm,相邻通孔之间的间隔为10~14 mm,所述硅胶片的宽度为20~32 mm,长度为40~65 mm,厚度为1~1.2 mm。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
作为优选方案,所述通孔的直径为7.5mm,相邻通孔之间的间隔为12mm,所述硅胶片的宽度为26 mm,长度为57mm,厚度为1.1 mm。

2、本实用新型硅胶片更加适合显微镜成像研究,降低了成本,实现了高通量;硅胶片可以在同一个载玻片上分隔出8个相互独立的、可以防止交叉污染的独立空间,因此可以同时进行多个平行试验。提高了通量和速度。
