本实用新型的有玻片凸座的培养皿涉及一种细胞培养装置,是由皿体和皿盖构成,在皿体的皿底上设有玻片座。所述的玻片座是固定于皿底的平面柱状的凸台。本实用新型的有玻片凸座的培养皿,在培养皿底部有凸起的底座,将盖玻片置于凸起的玻片座,使盖玻片不直接接触培养皿,中间留有的空隙,这样用尖头镊子能轻松夹起盖玻片,直接进行下一步的实验,而且突座的高度适中,既能保证镊子夹取,又不浪费培养基和细胞。此项发明大大改进了上述各种实验的操作流程,简化了操作步骤,为实验成功提供了重要保证。此项发明在生物科学、生物医学、生物化学分子生物学等各学科领域中有广泛应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种细胞培养装置,尤其是一种有玻片凸座的培养皿。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯培养皿多用来培养动物细胞,可用于免疫组织化学、免疫荧光化学、免疫细胞化学和细胞凋亡的检测。上述各种实验,需要将细胞接种在特制的盖玻片上,通常步骤是先将无菌盖玻片置于培养皿中,然后向培养皿中滴加细胞悬液,培养24-48小时后,细胞已经贴壁,将培养有细胞的盖玻片取出,进行后续实验。
由于盖玻片特别薄,培养皿底部表面又具有吸附特性,加之培养基的压力作用,使得盖玻片与培养皿底部紧紧贴合,这样取出盖玻片时很难操作。比如用镊子根本就不能直接夹起盖玻片,必须得先用镊子翘起盖玻片一角,然后才能夹住盖玻片,但镊子的反复滑动会在细胞层上划出划痕破坏细胞的结构,或者移动盖玻片使细胞脱落,或者将盖玻片划裂,以上均可导致实验失败。因此,夹取盖玻片的操作是做以上各种实验的关键步骤。

本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种有玻片凸座的培养皿。
