Abstract

本实用新型的一次性真菌培养皿包括圆形器皿和盖体,其中,所述器皿包括外壳和设置于外壳内侧的环形内壁,所述外壳的外周缘上设有的密封圈,所述外壳和环形内壁之间设有凹槽。本实用新型的一次性真菌培养皿可用树脂材料制作,不易摔碎,环氧乙烷灭菌。设计上增加橡胶密封圈,盖上盖体后密封性良好,不必再使用封口膜密封,易于使用,便于保管,故不会对环境造成污染。培养皿的环形内壁与外南之间设置有凹槽,为空气留有空间,加快真菌生长。另外,由于底容器和盖体均由透明材料制成,因此,可直接置于显微境下观察菌落形态。

本实用新型涉及一种真菌培养器皿,特别是涉及一种用于实验室的一次性真菌培养皿。
背景技术
目前,实验室所用的真菌培养皿大多由塑料制成,它由一个平皿和盖体组成。这种真菌培养皿在搬运过程中极易破碎,而且,用此种培养皿接种标本时,需要用封口膜密封。培养出真菌后,一旦不小心摔碎,就会造成真菌孢子播散至空气中,污染环境,使机体感染真菌。另外,现有的培养皿不便于直接置于显微镜下观察菌落形态。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足提供一种结构简单、操作方便、不易摔碎,并可直接在显微镜下观察菌落形态的一次性真菌培养皿。
本实用新型的一次性真菌培养皿包括器皿和盖体,所述器皿呈一端开口的圆筒状,其中,所述器皿包括圆筒状外壳和设置于外壳内侧的环形内壁,所述外壳的外周缘上设有密封圈,所述外壳和环形内壁之间设有凹槽。
所述外壳上还设有相对称的手把。
本实用新型一次性真菌培养皿的有益效果是:由于外壳的外周缘上设置有橡胶密封圈,因此,盖上盖体后无须再使用封口膜密封,并且,器皿和盖体均由透明树脂材料制成,因此,不但不易摔碎,而且,可以直接置于显微镜下观察菌落形态,所述器皿的环形内壁与外壳之间设有可留有空气的凹槽,由此可加快真菌生长。另外,本实用新型还具有结构简单、使用方便、易于保管、无环境污染等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的一次性真菌培养皿包括器皿7和盖体1,所述器皿7和盖体均由透明树脂材料制成,所述器皿7呈一端开口的圆筒状,所述器皿7包括圆筒状外壳2和设置于外壳内侧的环形内壁3,所述外壳2的外周缘上设有密封圈5,所述外壳2和环形内壁3之间设有凹槽4,所述凹槽4内可留有空气,在该空气的作用下可加快真菌的生长,所述外壳2上还设有相对称的手把6。
在医院或科研院所实验室进行真菌培养时,先按实验室操作规程制备好真菌培养基后,高压灭菌,在无菌室倾注平板,约4mm厚。将临床标本划线接种于培养皿上,或采用中央单点接种、等边三点接种、边缘单点接种等方法接种标本,置室温摄氏37度培养,逐日观察,记录真菌典型特征。
