Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电绝缘笼罩螺帽,该电绝缘笼罩螺帽包括容纳在笼罩中的螺帽体,其中螺帽体包括圆柱突出部分和加宽的保持构件,圆柱突出部分具有内螺纹并向外延伸穿过笼罩中的开口,开口的内径远大于圆柱突出部分(螺帽)的外径、但是小于保持构件(螺帽的凸缘)的外部尺寸;以及布置在笼罩和圆柱突出部分之间的绝缘体装置。
这种类型的电绝缘笼罩螺帽优选用于固定到组件的螺帽的内螺纹在组件的静电涂覆期间(也就是说,例如,在电泳期间)被涂层材料或涂饰剂阻塞的情况。
背景技术
根据迄今成为行业中标准的DE 9409087U1和DE 19533138C1中的现有技术,这种类型的电绝缘的笼罩螺帽包括两部件式绝缘体构件,该两部件式绝缘体构件从外部推入到笼罩的开口中,并通过固定到螺帽体的圆柱突出部分的绝缘垫片而被保持在那里。
因为总是需要至少四个单独组件,所以现有技术提供复杂且费力的生产方法,此外这种构造在所有安装位置(顶部、当经过浸涂浴时侧向悬挂的位置)上不是非常可靠并且不是非常耐用。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是以制造变得明显更简单并且更成本有效、同时在笼罩螺帽的所有安装位置中显著改进稳定性和可靠性的方式,来开发这种类型的电绝缘笼罩螺帽。
根据本发明实现该目的,其中绝缘体装置形成为一件式,并因此只需要三个组件。
特别优选的是,绝缘体装置包括空心圆柱体,绝缘体装置借助于该空心圆柱体刚性连接到圆柱突出部分,并且空心圆柱体包括在空心圆柱体的两端处以平坦方式向外延伸的绝缘板,笼罩中的开口的边缘相对于圆柱突出部分的旋转轴线至少可沿径向移动地容纳在绝缘板之间。
特别优选的是,布置在保持构件上的绝缘板朝向笼罩覆盖整个保持构件。为了借助于尽量少组件实现防扭曲和绝缘效果,优选的是布置在保持构件上的绝缘板是拉长的矩形形状,并且包括彼此相对的两个长边。特别优选的是,背向保持构件的绝缘板是倒圆角的侧向弯曲的矩形形状。通过将绝缘体装置侧向插入到笼罩中,将螺帽体沿轴向推入或压入绝缘体装置中,并且在绝缘体装置中进行嵌缝,可以特别简单并成本有效地制造根据本发明的笼罩螺帽。

根据本发明所示的笼罩螺帽10包括容纳在笼罩14内的螺帽体12。螺帽体12包括圆柱突出部分16和变宽的保持构件18。圆柱突出部分16具有同轴的内螺纹20并向外延伸穿过笼罩14中的开口22。
开口22的内径远大于圆柱突出部分16的外径,但是小于保持构件18的外部尺寸。
这里,开口22朝向一侧开放,以使得将螺帽体12安装在笼罩14中更容易。
根据本发明,形成为一件式的绝缘体装置24布置在笼罩14和圆柱突出部分16之间。绝缘体装置24包括空心圆柱体26,该绝缘体装置借助于该空心圆柱体26刚性连接到圆柱突出部分16。在这种情况下,绝缘体装置24可以通过过盈配合、结合、或如参照嵌缝通道28在本文中所示的嵌缝,连接到螺帽体12的圆柱突出部分16。优选在各自分开120°的三个点处或者在各自分开90°的四个点(未示出)处执行螺帽体12的圆柱突出部分16和绝缘体装置24之间的嵌缝。结果,螺帽以不会掉落的方式定位在笼罩14和绝缘体装置24上。绝缘体装置24的空心圆柱体26包括在圆柱体的两端处以平坦方式向外延伸的绝缘板30、32。以笼罩14可以在两个绝缘板30、32之间略微移动(不是处于夹紧方式)的方式,这两个绝缘板30、32连接到空心圆柱体26且沿轴向分开一距离。以绝缘板不在其整个表面上接触笼罩14、而仅在切点处接触笼罩14的方式,将四个升高的点(未示出)连接到绝缘板30、32。因此防止由涂层的附着力和粘聚力引起的结合。笼罩14中的开口22的边缘34容纳在绝缘板30、32之间,以使得该边缘相对于圆柱突出部分16的旋转轴线至少可沿径向移动。
背向保持构件18的绝缘板30是倒圆角的侧向弯曲的矩形形状,而布置在保持构件上的绝缘板32的形状朝向笼罩14略微突出地覆盖整个保持构件18,以使得不论螺帽体12处于水平、顶部还是侧向位置,螺帽体12都不直接接触笼罩14,因此笼罩与螺帽体绝缘。因此,不会存在电通量。
保持构件18是厚的圆柱形圆盘形状,该圆盘的两个相对侧被切除。
通过本发明,使制造电绝缘笼罩螺帽变得明显更简单,同时显著改进机械阻力,以及确保螺帽体和笼罩之间的改进的绝缘性。
Claims (6)
1.一种电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其包括容纳在笼罩(14)中的螺帽体(12),其中所述螺帽体(12)包括圆柱突出部分(16)和加宽的保持构件(18),所述圆柱突出部分(16)具有内螺纹(20)并向外延伸穿过所述笼罩(14)中的开口(22),所述开口(22)的内径远大于所述圆柱突出部分(16)的外径、但是小于所述保持构件(18)的外部尺寸;以及布置在所述笼罩(14)和所述圆柱突出部分(16)之间的绝缘体装置(24),所述电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10)的特征在于,所述绝缘体装置(24)形成为一件式,因此所述电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10)仅由三个组件(12、14、24)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其特征在于,所述绝缘体装置(24)包括空心圆柱体(26),所述绝缘体装置借助于所述空心圆柱体(26)刚性连接到所述圆柱突出部分16,所述空心圆柱体包括在所述空心圆柱体的两端处以平坦方式向外延伸的绝缘板(30、32),所述笼罩(14)中的所述开口(22)的边缘(34)相对于所述圆柱突出部分(16)的旋转轴线至少可沿径向移动地容纳在所述绝缘板之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其特征在于,布置在所述保持构件(18)上的所述绝缘板(32)朝向所述笼罩(14)略微突出地覆盖整个所述保持构件(18),以使得不论所述螺帽体处于水平、顶部还是侧向位置,所述螺帽体都不接触所述笼罩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其特征在于,布置在所述保持构件(18)上的所述绝缘板(32)是拉长的矩形形状,并且包括彼此相对的两个长边。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项权利要求所述的电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其特征在于,背向所述保持构件(18)的所述绝缘板(30)是倒圆角的侧向弯曲的矩形形状。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项权利要求所述的电绝缘笼罩螺帽(10),其特征在于,所述绝缘体装置(24)侧向插入到所述笼罩(14)中,所述螺帽体(12)沿轴向被推入或压入所述绝缘体装置(24)中,并且在所述绝缘体装置中进行嵌缝。
