Description

用于电动车辆的具有内置电动机的减速器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电动车辆的具有内置电动机的减速器,所述电动车辆诸如升降式装卸车、平台升降车、拖车,等等。
背景技术
例如,已知用于诸如升降式装卸车的车辆的电力驱动以减速器为特征,其包括:
-中心电动机;
-第一毂,装配有第一驱动轮并具有相应的第一周转减速齿轮;以及
-第二毂,位于中心电动机的与第一毂相对的侧部上,装配有第二驱动轮,并具有相应的第二周转减速齿轮。
此类型的减速器还包括差动组件和制动组件,它们传统地位于相同轮毂的相同侧部上。
然而,将差动组件和制动组件定位在相同侧上会造成各种问题:
-差动组件的关键零件的较差润滑:因为差动组件和制动组件均由来自相同箱的油润滑,所以,位于周转减速齿轮上游并高速旋转的制动组件盘会阻碍油自由地流向差动组件,从而大幅增加差动组件的零件卡住的危险;通过增加箱中的油位或油的粘度可降低此危险,但是在功率牵引、热平衡和成本方面具有负面效果;
-由来自磨损的制动盘的摩擦材料而导致油污染的高危险;以及
-差动组件的破损机械零件干扰启动系统,并由此损害制动组件的安全操作的高危险;换句话说,在差动组件的零部件出现故障的情况中,部件碎片会干扰制动盘或启动系统的至少一部分,结果是,制动组件无法有效地响应操作员的控制。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的是,提供一种具有内置电动机的减速器,所述减速器被设计为用于消除以上缺点,同时是成本低且易于制造的。
根据本发明,提供了一种减速器,其包括:
-中心电动机;
-第一毂,装配有第一驱动轮;所述第轮毂具有相应的第一周转减速齿轮;
-第二毂,位于中心电动机的与第一毂相对的侧部上,并装配有第二驱动轮;所述第二毂具有相应的第二周转减速齿轮;
-差动组件;以及
-制动组件;
所述减速器的特征在于,所述中心电动机将所述差动组件与所述制动组件分离。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字10总体上表示根据本发明教导的用于电动车辆的具有内置电动机的减速器。
减速器10基本上包括:
-中心电动机20,所述中心电动机又包括:电功率接线板21;固定至壳体23的定子22;以及以已知的方式容纳在定子22内并装配至空心轴25(具有中心对称轴(AX))的转子24;
-第一毂(MZ1),装配有第一驱动轮(未示出)并具有相应的带有太阳齿轮(SN1)的第一周转减速齿轮(RR1);以及
-第二毂(MZ2),位于中心电动机20的与第一毂(MZ1)相对的侧部上,装配有第二驱动轮(未示出),并具有相应的带有太阳齿轮(SN2)的第二周转减速齿轮(RR2)。
如图1所示,支撑中心电动机20的空心轴25在端部处由两个球轴承(BR1)、(BR2)支撑,每个球轴承被容纳在相应箱子(BX1)、(BX2)中。
以创新的方式,差动组件30定位于第一毂(MZ1)(图1和图2)处,制动组件40定位于第二毂(MZ2)(图1和图3)处。
然而,差动组件30和制动组件40两者都作用在两个毂(MZ1)、(MZ2)上,并由此都作用在两个轮(未示出)上。
换句话说,与已知的减速器不同,本发明中的中心电动机20将差动组件30与制动组件40分离。
空心轴25的端部25A、25B具有用于下述目的的相应齿槽轮廓26(图2)、27(图3)。
如图2所示,齿槽轮廓26与形成于差动组件30的壳体29上的齿28啮合。
以这里未详细描述的方式,差动组件30在一侧上通过车轴(axleshaft)31与第一周转减速齿轮(RR1)的太阳齿轮(SN1)机械地连接,并在另一侧上通过车轴32(其中心对称轴由轴线(AX)限定)与第二周转减速齿轮(RR2)的太阳齿轮(SN2)机械地连接。车轴32被插入空心轴25的纵向腔体(CVT)内,以将运动从差动组件30(位于图1中的中心电动机20的左侧上)传递至制动组件40(位于图1中的中心电动机20的右侧上)。
在减速器10中使用的制动系统包括一个多盘制动组件40,其需要一个(机械的或液压的)启动点。
更具体地,特别是参考图3,制动组件40包括:
-瞬时制动活塞42,由启动系统(例如液压启动系统(未示出))操作,并沿着轴线(AX)在由双向箭头(F)指示的两个相反方向上能够移动;
-与箱子(BX2)整体形成的第一组外部盘43;
-与套筒45整体形成的第二组内部盘44,活塞42使得套筒45沿着空心轴25的齿槽轮廓27(在由箭头(F)表示的方向上)滑动,第二组盘44与第一组盘43交替;
-与周转减速齿轮(RR2)的太阳齿轮(SN2)整体形成的第三组盘46;
-向内突伸入套筒45并与第三组盘46交替的第四圆盘47;以及
-与箱子(BX2)整体形成的挡块48。
当制动时,根据本发明的制动组件40由此执行三个功能:
(1)第一组外部盘43与第二组内部盘44一起,通过套筒45将空心轴25整体地连接至箱子(BX2),以直接制动中心电动机20,并通过空心轴25的相对端处的齿槽轮廓26间接地制动差动组件30的壳体29;
(2)与第四组盘47(与套筒45并由此与空心轴25整体形成)一起,与太阳齿轮(SN2)(该太阳齿轮又通过内部齿槽轮廓与车轴32整体形成)整体形成的第三组盘46将车轴32整体地连接至差动组件30的壳体29,以锁定差动并由此防止两个轮的任何相对运动,甚至是当电机和差动壳体锁定时;以及
(3)第三组盘46中的最外部盘将车轴32整体地连接至箱子(BX2),以产生直接制动作用,将该作用增加至如点(2)中所述那样产生的间接制动作用。
此外,装配至空心轴25的滑动套筒45的设计还利用任何阻力的制动效果,例如由扭矩下的变形导致的摩擦,从而改进制动响应和有效性。
根据本发明的减速器具有以下主要优点:
-通过防止旋转的制动盘损害油流并影响最佳油位,来改进经受磨损或卡住的差动组件的关键零件的润滑;
-防止通过来自磨损盘的摩擦材料而导致的油污染;以及
-防止差动组件的任何破损机械零件干扰启动系统,并由此防止损害制动组件的安全操作。

Claims (5)

1.一种减速器(10),包括:
-中心电动机(20);
-第一毂(MZ1),装配有第一驱动轮;所述第一毂(MZ1)具有相应的第一周转减速齿轮(RR1);
-第二毂(MZ2),位于所述中心电动机(20)的与所述第一毂(MZ1)相对的侧部上,并装配有第二驱动轮;所述第二毂(MZ2)具有相应的第二周转减速齿轮(RR2);
-差动组件(30);以及
-制动组件(40);
所述减速器(10)的特征在于,所述中心电动机(20)将所述差动组件(30)与所述制动组件(40)分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减速器(10),其特征在于,所述中心电动机(20)的转子(24)被装配至具有纵向腔体(CVT)的轴(25)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的减速器(10),其特征在于,所述第二周转减速齿轮(RR2)的车轴(32)被插入于所述纵向腔体(CVT)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减速器(10),其特征在于,所述制动组件(40)包括一个多盘制动组件(40),所述多盘制动组件具有一个机械的或液压的启动点。
5.根据权利要求4所述的减速器(10),其特征在于,所述制动组件(40)包括:
-由启动系统操作的瞬时制动活塞(42),所述活塞(42)能够沿着中心对称轴线(AX)且在两个相反的方向(F)上移动;
-与箱(BX2)整体形成的第一组外部盘(43);
-与套筒(45)整体形成的第二组内部盘(44),所述套筒(45)通过启动装置(42)沿着所述轴(25)滑动;所述第二组盘(44)与所述第一组盘(43)交替;
