Abstract
本发明涉及一种机动车车轮,其包括轮辋和将该轮辋支撑于轮毂部段上的轮辐,其中,位于两个彼此相邻的轮辐之间的自由空间由平面的覆盖元件所遮盖。在此,仅仅是配置给下述这样的自由空间的覆盖元件以纤维增强的塑料材料构造并在车轮外侧粘贴于轮辐上以及轮毂部段上,所述轮辐在其彼此相对的边缘上具有朝向车轮内侧的小的台阶,所述轮毂部段在该自由空间的区域内在其面向轮辋的一侧上同样具有这样的小的台阶;并非处于两个彼此相邻的轮辐之间的所有自由空间都按照这种方式被遮盖。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车车轮,其包括轮辋和将该轮辋支撑于轮毂部段上的轮辐,其中,位于两个彼此相邻的轮辐之间的自由空间由平面的覆盖元件所遮盖。
背景技术
作为现有技术例如可参阅DE 102009024792A1。
对于机动车车轮,特别是对于轿车的这种车轮提出了各种各样的要求。除了在重量轻的情况下当然要具备足够的强度之外,车轮还应该有利于实现机动车的良好的空气阻力系数并且应该具有视觉形象令人愉悦的特点,对此也需考虑车轮的可见的外部区域仅仅轻微程度地被设置于车轮内侧的车轮制动器的磨屑弄脏的情况。为了保证最后所述这一点,众所周知的是:借助唯一一个盘状覆盖元件将所有轮辐之间的自由空间加以遮盖,该覆盖元件是设置在车轮内侧,与随车轮一起转动的车轮制动器的制动盘相对。然而,采用这种措施却使得车轮制动器或者说其制动盘的冷却受到很大的限制。
发明内容
在此应该提出一种如前序部分所述的机动车车轮,该机动车车轮在保证实现车轮制动器充分冷却的情况下以改善空气阻力系数而出众,并且具有轻的重量(=本发明的目的)。
上述目的的解决方案的特征在于:仅仅是配置给下述这样的自由空间的覆盖元件以纤维增强的塑料材料构造并在车轮外侧粘贴于轮辐上以及轮毂部段上,所述轮辐在其彼此相对的边缘上具有朝向车轮内侧的小的台阶,所述轮毂部段在该自由空间的区域内在其面向轮辋的一侧上同样具有这样的小的台阶;并非处于两个彼此相邻的轮辐之间的所有自由空间都按照这种方式被遮盖。按照一种有利的发展,覆盖元件可以以比照设计的(相当的)方式固定在相应的轮辋部段上并且轮辐可以按照下述这种方式设置:在较大角度扇段上延伸的自由空间和在较小角度扇段上延伸的自由空间交替地存在,其中,只有较大的自由空间由覆盖元件所遮盖。
由于并非所有的自由空间被遮盖,所以可容易地实现车轮制动器的充分冷却。由于车轮外侧的自由空间的一部分被遮盖,因此除了脏污较少的效果之外还附加地改善了空气阻力系数。由于覆盖元件以纤维增强的塑料构造,所以这种车轮具有重量轻、强度高的特点。如果纤维复合材料的组织结构在覆盖元件的表面上是可视见的话,由此同时还产生吸引人的视觉形象。

借助两个附图对本发明作进一步阐述,其中图1示出了特别是车轮外侧的立体视图,而在图2中示出了处于两个轮辐之间的较大的自由空间的立体视图的局部,不带本发明的覆盖件。
具体实施方式
首先根据图1机动车车轮的主轮体被标注为附图标记10,它由轻金属合金构成并包括一个轮毂部段11、多个(在此为10个)轮辐12和一个轮辋13,该轮辋如通常那样通过轮辐12支撑于轮毂部段11上。
如可以看到的那样,本例中轮辐12被设置为:在两个彼此相邻的轮辐12之间在较小角度扇段(本例中约为10°)上延伸的自由空间14a和在两个彼此相邻的轮辐12之间在较大角度扇段(本例中约为60°)上延伸的自由空间14b交替存在。每个较大的自由空间14b都被一个平面的覆盖元件20所遮盖,该覆盖元件的尺寸如此确定:使得该覆盖元件(除了其还将被阐述的边缘区域之外)局部地安放在限定自由空间14b边界的轮辐12上以及轮毂部段11的一部分上。由于从车轮的整个正面或者外侧上观察该面的大部分由此被遮盖,因此处于车轮内侧的制动器的磨屑以及污物仅仅能通过相对较小的自由空间14a到达车轮外侧,从而,相对于没有这种覆盖元件的辐条式车轮来说,脏污现象明显减少。与此同时,通过该依然开放的自由空间14a,制动过程中所产生的热量能够向外部导出。
覆盖元件20通过粘贴而固定在限定相应自由空间14b的轮辐12上以及轮毂部段11的限定相应自由空间14b的部分上。首先由于不需要单独的固定元件,所以这种可靠耐久的固定方法是有益的。其次鉴于优选采用的材料这种固定方法是有利的。为了实现一种以尽可能小的重量承受所有出现的力的车轮,轮体10由轻金属合金尤其是铝合金构造,以及覆盖元件20由碳纤维增强的塑料(CFK)构成。在这两种所提到的材料之间可能会出现接触腐蚀,通过适合的粘结剂中间层便能可靠地防止这种情况。因此,在覆盖元件20与轮辐12之间的过渡区域内也可以或者说应该设置这样的粘结剂或其他适合的分离剂,以防止接触腐蚀。
如图2所示,为了在车轮制造过程中、即在粘接过程中能够使覆盖元件20关于限定相应自由空间14b的轮辐12以及所属的轮毂部段11简单精确地定位,轮辐12在其朝向自由空间14b或者彼此相对的边缘处具有朝向车轮内侧的小的台阶12a。按照同样方式,在轮毂部段11上在其朝向自由空间14b或者轮辋13的边缘处设置有相应的台阶11a或者梯级11a。在此是如此地确定这些台阶12a、11a或者梯级的深度尺寸,即,在形成所提到的粘结剂中间层的情况下而被粘接的覆盖元件20以其居于外侧的表面与轮辐12或者轮毂部段11的未形成梯级的区域基本上齐平地相接。这个措施对于配置了相应车轮的机动车的空气阻力系数产生非常有益的影响。当然,覆盖单元20也可以按同样方式固定在轮辋13的朝向相应自由空间14b的部段上,该轮辋因此可局部具有比照设计的(相当的)台阶或者梯级。在适当设计的情况下,覆盖元件20便可以在轮辋13与轮毂部段11之间辅助地传递作用力,因此除了轮辐12(的支撑),轮辋13还支撑于轮毂部段11上。
Claims (3)
1.机动车车轮,其包括轮辋(13)和将该轮辋支撑于轮毂部段(11)上的轮辐(12),其中,位于两个彼此相邻的轮辐(12)之间的自由空间(14a,14b)由平面的覆盖元件(20)所遮盖,其特征在于:仅仅是配置给下述这样的自由空间(14b)的覆盖元件(20)以纤维增强塑料材料构成并在车轮外侧被粘贴于轮辐(12)上以及轮毂部段(11)上,所述轮辐在其彼此相对的边缘上具有朝向车轮内侧的小的台阶(12a),所述轮毂部段在该自由空间(14b)的区域内在其面向轮辋(13)的一侧上同样具有这样的小的台阶(11a);并非处于两个彼此相邻的轮辐(12)之间的所有自由空间(14a,14b)都按照这种方式被遮盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的机动车车轮,其特征在于:所述覆盖元件(20)还被粘贴于轮辋(13)的朝向相应自由空间(14b)的部段上,该部段为此具有相当的台阶。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的机动车车轮,其特征在于:所述轮辐(12)是按照下述这种方式设置的,即,在较大角度扇段上延伸的自由空间(14b)和在较小角度扇段上延伸的自由空间(14a)交替地存在,其中,只有较大的自由空间(14b)由覆盖元件(20)所遮盖。
