图6显示了这种绕枢轴旋转设置的整体效果,长形构件6的纵轴YY基本上平行于轴XX。在窗帘的实际安装中,将如图1所示,长形构件6能够位于靠着卷在窗帘圆筒3上的窗帘布,这个性能还意味着,组装后的窗帘、接合器和长形构件可以以便利的折叠形式运送。
图7显示了长形构件6可以从正常工作位置绕铰链35转动接近90°的弧度,其方向与图5和图6所示的方向相反。优选地,导向器36a和36b包含拉力构件8,优选地,设为使过分松弛不会发生在该装置的拉力构件8中。
根据本发明,拉力构件8可以露出其大部分长度以便使用,而不会形成可能存在窒息危险的环形。如果拉力构件基本上被包围在导管内,仅有有限的部分露出以启动窗帘,这可能是相对安全的设置,但是由于拉力构件在任何时候拉动时只能移动一小段距离,当试图调节窗帘时,会非常不方便。
在不脱离本发明精神或范围的前提下,各种变化和/或添加都可以引入前述的机构中。

Claims (21)

1.一种控制窗帘的调节的机构,所述机构包括:
可固定构件,其固定在与所述窗帘相对应的位置;
可旋转构件,所述可旋转构件邻近所述可固定构件设置,其可相对于所述可固定构件绕旋转轴旋转,以调节所述窗帘;
长形构件,所述长形构件具有近端,该近端邻近所述可旋转构件设置,所述长形构件具有纵轴;以及
连续的拉力构件,所述拉力构件与所述可旋转构件相互配合,所述拉力构件可相对于所述可旋转构件移动,以使所述可旋转构件转动;所述拉力构件设为与所述长形构件相对应,所述拉力构件自所述可旋转构件朝所述长形构件的远端延伸,再返回朝向所述可旋转构件,从而限制所述拉力构件在与所述长形构件纵轴基本垂直的方向上的运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其包括偏置装置,所述偏置装置用于推动所述长形构件的远端远离所述可固定构件,以便对所述拉力构件施加张力。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机构,其特征在于,所述长形构件以这样的方式连接至所述可固定构件,其允许所述长形构件相对于所述可固定构件绕旋转轴旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机构,其特征在于,所述连接设为限制所述长形构件从正常工作位置,沿任一方向绕枢轴旋转不超过90°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述拉力构件是连续的链条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述可旋转构件为滑轮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其包括导向器,所述导向器位于所述长形构件的远端,所述拉力构件环绕经过所述导向器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机构,其特征性于,所述导向器为滑轮,当所述拉力构件移动时,所述滑轮旋转。
9.根据权利要求2所述的机构,其包括壳体,所述壳体容纳有所述可旋转构件,所述壳体包括套管,所述套管用于容纳所述长形构件的近端,以便允许所述长形构件可在垂直于所述旋转轴的方向上移动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的机构,其特征在于,所述壳体包括支座,所述偏置装置邻接所述支座,所述长形构件的近端也邻接所述支座,以限制所述长形构件向着旋转轴移动。
11.根据权利要求10所述的机构,其特征在于,所述偏移装置是压缩弹簧。
12.根据权利要求11所述的机构,其特征在于,所述长形构件能够相对于所述壳体,在所述旋转轴所在的平面内绕枢轴旋转。
13.根据权利要求12所述的机构,其特征在于,所述长形构件绕枢轴的转动,增加了所述拉力构件的张力。
14.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述长形构件与邻近所述长形构件的所述拉力构件的任何一点的距离不超过10cm。
15.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述可固定构件包括固定轴,所述固定轴具有与所述旋转轴一致的纵轴。
16.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其包括圆筒,所述圆筒用于承载窗帘,并可随所述可旋转构件的旋转而旋转。
17.根据权利要求1所述的机构,其包括与所述可旋转构件相互配合的从动构件,与所述可固定构件和所述从动构件相互配合的接合器,其中当所述可旋转构件旋转时,所述接合器处于分离状态,以便使所述从动构件旋转,在所述可旋转构件的旋转停止时,采用接合状态,以阻止所述从动构件的进一步旋转。
18.根据权利要求17所述的机构,其特征在于,所述从动构件安装在所述可旋转构件上。
19.根据权利要求17所述的机构,其特征在于,所述可旋转构件包括筒状部,所述接合器包括至少一个与所述可固定构件相关联的螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧基本上与所述旋转轴共轴,所述螺旋弹簧包括设于螺旋弹簧每一端的凸起,所述凸起沿旋转轴的径向延伸,从而当采用分离状态时,所述凸起与所述筒状部接合,而使所述螺旋弹簧扩展。
20.根据权利要求19所述的机构,其特征在于,所述从动构件包括肋状物,当处于接合状态时,所述肋状物与位于所述螺旋弹簧上的所述凸起接合,推动所述螺旋弹簧收缩。
21.根据权利要求20所述的机构,其特征在于,所述至少一个螺旋弹簧包括两个螺旋弹簧,从而位于每个弹簧一端的所述凸起基本上纵向排列,位于每个弹簧相对端的所述凸起也基本上纵向排列。
