Abstract

一种窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的循环珠链,其特征在于窗帘机架上的位于珠链处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,珠链位于筒内,在筒的端部设置有定滑轮,珠链绕在定滑轮上,滑块固定在筒内的其中一根珠链上。本发明与已有技术相比,具有能彻底防止绳子缠绕到小孩身上的、使用安全的优点。

一种窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种窗帘的构件。
背景技术
现有的通过循环珠链驱动窗帘驱动机构使窗帘收放的珠链是暴露在外的,受小孩的贪玩的天性所驱使,小孩往往将珠链当做玩具玩耍,由于珠链是一软性的且两头连接在窗帘上的,这样,在玩耍过程中,珠链容易缠绕在小孩的脖子上造成危险,这一潜在危险到目前为止,还没有有效的彻底的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能彻底防止珠链缠绕到小孩身上的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构。
本发明是这样实现的,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的循环珠链,其特别之处在于窗帘机架上的位于珠链处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,珠链位于筒内,在筒的端部设置有定滑轮,珠链绕在定滑轮上,滑块固定在筒内的其中一根珠链上。工作时,通过把手带动滑块沿筒内移动,带动珠链移动,珠链则驱动窗帘驱动机构将窗帘释放。此种结构适用于带有弹力回转机构的窗帘驱动机,当需要收窗帘时,可利用弹力回转机构将窗帘收回。
这里,为了方便控制窗帘释放的长度,滑块中部设置有导向孔,筒内的其中一根珠链卡在导向孔的一侧,另一根珠链滑动穿过导向孔的另一侧,滑块上通过转轴摆动连接有挡块构件,挡块构件包括挡块、按压手柄。工作时,通过按压手柄带动挡块构件摆动,使挡块卡在两根珠链上,这样,珠链就不能上下循环移动,使窗帘不能释放或者收回,以便人们控制窗帘的释放位置;或者使挡块离开两根珠链,这样,通过把手驱动滑块就能驱动珠链移动,从而带动珠链释放或者利用弹力回转机构将释放的窗帘收回。这样的结构在应用在通过珠链控制卷轴窗帘收放技术时,就能有效地防止窗帘在释放了的窗帘重量的作用下继续释放的情况的出现,方便了使用者控制并定位窗帘释放长度的操作。
这里,连杆中部设置有槽,挡块构件的按压手柄通过转轴连接在槽上,在槽与挡块间设置有弹簧。这样,在没有外力时,挡块处于卡止位置,将两根珠链卡主使其不能移动;按压按压手柄,使挡块离开卡止位置,这样,珠链就能循环移动。
为了使珠链具有一定的张力,以保证珠链能顺畅地循环移动,筒的端部设置有滑轮座,定滑轮转动连接在滑轮座上,在滑轮座与筒间设置有压力弹簧。
为了使拉绳动作能多次地顺滑地进行,把手是一套筒,套筒的孔的截面形状与筒的外形截面形状相配。
为了发挥筒的导向作用,筒的孔呈圆柱形,滑块的两侧端面呈与孔的弧面相配的弧形。
为了增加套筒的滑动性能,套筒的材质是塑料。滑块的材质是塑料。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有能彻底防止绳子缠绕到小孩身上的、使用安全的优点。

具体实施方式:
    如图所示,本发明包括窗帘机架1、窗帘2、固定在窗帘机架1上的带动窗帘2收放的窗帘驱动机构3、带动窗帘驱动机构3动作的循环珠链4,其特别之处在于窗帘机架1上的位于珠链4处设置有筒5,筒5的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝6,筒5内滑动设置有滑块7,筒5外设置有把手8,滑块7通过穿过狭缝6的连杆9与把手8固定连接起来,珠链4位于筒5内,在筒5的端部设置有定滑轮10,珠链4绕在定滑轮10上,滑块7固定在筒5内的其中一根珠链4a上。筒5的截面形状是正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形、多边形、梅花形。
    滑块7中部设置有导向孔11,筒5内的其中一根珠链4a卡在导向孔11的一侧,另一根珠链4b滑动穿过导向孔11的另一侧,滑块7上通过转轴12摆动连接有挡块构件13,挡块构件13包括挡块13a、按压手柄13b。连杆9中部设置有槽14,挡块构件13的按压手柄13a通过转轴12连接在槽14上,在槽14与挡块13a间设置有弹簧15。
筒5的端部设置有滑轮座16,定滑轮转动连接在滑轮座的轴上,在滑轮座16与筒5间设置有压力弹簧17。
把手8是一套筒,套筒8的孔8a的截面形状与筒5的外形截面5a形状相配。套筒8上设置有通槽18,通槽18与槽14相连通,挡块构件13的按压手柄13b穿出通槽18外。
    筒5的孔5b呈圆柱形,滑块7的两侧端面7a呈与孔5b的弧面相配的弧形。滑块7、连杆9、把手8整体注塑而成或者用铝合金整体加工而成。筒5的材质是铝合金或者塑料。

Claims (2)

1.一种窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的循环珠链,其特征在于窗帘机架上的位于珠链处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,珠链位于筒内,在筒的端部设置有定滑轮,珠链绕在定滑轮上,滑块固定在筒内的其中一根珠链上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于滑块中部设置有导向孔,筒内的其中一根珠链卡在导向孔的一侧,另一根珠链滑动穿过导向孔的另一侧,滑块上通过转轴摆动连接有挡块构件,挡块构件包括挡块、按压手柄。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于连杆中部设置有槽,挡块构件的按压手柄通过转轴连接在槽上,在槽与挡块间设置有弹簧。
4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的端部设置有滑轮座,定滑轮转动连接在滑轮座上,在滑轮座与筒间设置有压力弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的截面形状是圆形、椭圆形、多边形、梅花形。
6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或5所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于把手是一套筒,套筒的孔的截面形状与筒的外形截面形状相配。
7. 根据权利要求4所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于把手是一套筒,套筒的孔的截面形状与筒的外形截面形状相配。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的孔呈圆柱形,滑块的两侧端面呈与孔的弧面相配的弧形。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于套筒的材质是塑料,滑块的材质是塑料,滑块、连杆、把手整体注塑而成或者用铝合金整体加工而成。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的窗帘用珠链式拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的材质是铝合金或者塑料。
