一种窗帘用拉绳机构,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的拉绳,其特征在于在于窗帘机架上的位于拉绳处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,拉绳位于筒内,滑块固定在筒内的拉绳上。本发明与已有技术相比,具有能彻底防止绳子缠绕到小孩身上的、使用安全的优点。

一种窗帘用拉绳机构
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种窗帘的构件。
背景技术
如专利申请200910041286.7所公开的,现有的通过单拉绳驱动窗帘的窗帘驱动机构上的拉绳是暴露在外的,受小孩的贪玩的天性所驱使,小孩往往将拉绳当做玩具玩耍,由于拉绳是一软性的且一头固定连接在窗帘上的,这样,在玩耍过程中,绳子容易缠绕在小孩的脖子上造成危险,这一潜在危险到目前为止,还没有有效的彻底的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能彻底防止绳子缠绕到小孩身上的窗帘用拉绳机构。
    本发明是这样实现的,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的拉绳,其特别之处在于窗帘机架上的位于拉绳处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,拉绳位于筒内,滑块固定在筒内的拉绳上。工作时,通过把手带动滑块沿筒轴线上下移动,带动滑块沿筒内通道上下移动,带动拉绳上下移动来驱动窗帘驱动机构动作,带动窗帘收放。由于拉绳藏于筒内通道内,因此,防止了绳子缠绕到小孩身上,保证了窗帘的使用的安全性。
    这里,为了防止绳子在拉扯过程中打结,在筒的尾端设置有端盖。采用端盖,可有效防止滑块被拉出筒外。
    为了使拉绳动作能多次地顺滑地进行,把手是一套筒,套筒的孔的截面形状与筒的外形截面形状相配。
    为了发挥筒的导向作用,筒的孔呈圆柱形,滑块的两侧端面呈与孔的弧面相配的弧形。绳子穿过滑块的中部并与滑块固定连接在一起。
    为了增加套筒的滑动性能,套筒的材质是塑料。滑块的材质是塑料。
    本发明与已有技术相比,具有能彻底防止绳子缠绕到小孩身上的、使用安全的优点。

    现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
    如图所示,本发明包括窗帘机架1、窗帘2、固定在窗帘机架1上的带动窗帘2收放的窗帘驱动机构3、带动窗帘驱动机构3动作的拉绳4,其特别之处在于窗帘机架1上的位于拉绳4处通过挂钩6连接有筒5,筒5的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝7,筒5内滑动设置有滑块8,筒5外设置有把手9,滑块8通过穿过狭缝7的连杆10与把手9固定连接起来,拉绳4位于筒5内,滑块9固定在筒5内的拉绳4上。筒5的截面形状是正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形、多边形、梅花形。
    在筒5的尾端设置有端盖11。
    把手9是一套筒,套筒9的孔9a的截面形状与筒5的外形截面5a形状相配。
    筒5的孔5b呈圆柱形,滑块8的两侧端面8a呈与孔5b的弧面相配的弧形。绳子4穿过滑块8的中部并与滑块8固定连接在一起。
    套筒5的材质是塑料或者铝合金。滑块8的材质是塑料或者铝合金。套筒5、滑块8、连杆10整体注塑而成或者用铝合金整体加工而成,筒5的材质是铝合金或者塑料。

Claims (2)

1.一种窗帘用拉绳机构,包括窗帘机架、窗帘、固定在窗帘机架上的带动窗帘收放的窗帘驱动机构、带动窗帘驱动机构动作的拉绳,其特征在于在于窗帘机架上的位于拉绳处设置有筒,筒的侧壁沿轴向设置有狭缝,筒内滑动设置有滑块,筒外设置有把手,滑块通过穿过狭缝的连杆与把手固定连接起来,拉绳位于筒内,滑块固定在筒内的拉绳上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于在筒的尾端设置有端盖。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于把手是一套筒,套筒的孔的截面形状与筒的外形截面形状相配。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的截面形状是圆形、椭圆形、多边形、梅花形。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于筒的孔呈圆柱形,滑块的两侧端面呈与孔的弧面相配的弧形。
6. 根据权利要求1或2或4或5所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于绳子穿过滑块的中部并与滑块固定连接在一起。
7. 根据权利要求3所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于套筒的材质是塑料或者铝合金,滑块的材质是塑料或者铝合金,套筒、滑块、连杆整体注塑而成或者用铝合金整体加工而成。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的窗帘用拉绳机构,其特征在于把手是一套筒时,套筒的材质是塑料或者铝合金,滑块的材质是塑料或者铝合金,套筒、滑块、连杆整体注塑而成或者用铝合金整体加工而成。
