一种再生胶生产线,它包括进料漏斗(1),它还包括将橡胶粉挤出为片状橡胶的双螺杆挤出机(2)、对片状橡胶进行破碎与碾压及过滤的齿轮泵(3)、挤出带状橡胶的挤出机构(4)、运送带状橡胶的传送机构(5)和对带状橡胶进行切割的裁断机(6),所述进料漏斗(1)、双螺杆挤出机(2)、齿轮泵(3)、挤出机构(4)、传送机构(5)和裁断机(6)依次首尾连接,所述齿轮泵(3)上设有对泵内橡胶粉进行冷却的冷却通道。该再生胶生产线安全、环保、可连续生产且生产效率较高。

再生胶生产线
技术领域
本发明属于再生胶技术领域,具体来讲涉及一种再生胶生产线。
背景技术
我国是世界最大的再生胶生产国,传统再生胶采用压力容器来实现废轮胎胶粉的还原再利用,为了给胶粉提供反应需要的温度,压力容器内的压力较高,压力越大带来的安全隐患越大,另外压力容器内的高温胶粉在冷却过程中还会带来废水和废气的排放(其中包括国际明令禁止排放的有毒气体二氧化硫),且压力容器只能实现间歇性脱硫,无法实现橡胶粉到橡胶带到裁断到需要长度的再生胶这个连续性生产过程,使得生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种安全、环保、可连续生产且生产效率较高的再生胶生产线。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的再生胶生产线,它包括进料漏斗,它还包括将橡胶粉挤出为片状橡胶的双螺杆挤出机、对片状橡胶进行破碎与碾压及过滤的齿轮泵、挤出带状橡胶的挤出机构、运送带状橡胶的传送机构和对带状橡胶进行切割的裁断机,所述进料漏斗、双螺杆挤出机、齿轮泵、挤出机构、传送机构和裁断机依次首尾连接,所述齿轮泵上设有对泵内胶粉进行冷却的冷却水通道。
采用以上结构后,本发明再生胶生产线与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明再生胶生产线以30-40目胶粉为原料,胶粉经进料漏斗、双螺杆挤出机、橡胶齿轮泵、挤出机构、传送机构和裁断机成为再生胶,双螺杆挤出机包括预热装置、冷却装置等,物料在双螺杆挤出机的机筒内停留时间较长、混合均匀、受到的剪切力比较均匀、摩擦产生的热量比较少,没有废水和废气的排放,且避免了压力容器内的高压带来的安全隐患,也就是说本发明再生胶生产线与现有技术相比安全、环保;双螺杆挤出机的输送能力较大、挤出量比较稳定,齿轮泵上设有对泵内胶粉进行冷却的冷却通道,对橡胶进行降温,使橡胶不容易因齿轮泵内的高温而烧坏,齿轮泵对片状橡胶进行破碎与碾压及过滤,有利于提高再生胶的质量和产量,有效节约原料和降低能耗;从齿轮泵出来的橡胶再通过挤出机构挤出为橡胶带,通过传送机构传送到裁断机处裁断为需要的长度。也就是说,整条再生胶生产线可实现从橡胶粉到再生胶生产的整个过程,可实现再生胶的连续生产,且生产质量和生产效率均较高。
作为优选,所述齿轮泵为四轴齿轮泵,所述四轴齿轮泵包括泵壳体、安装在泵壳体内对橡胶进行破碎的两个前齿轮和对橡胶进行碾压的两个后齿轮,所述泵壳体外表面设有形成冷却通道的凹槽。所述四轴齿轮泵可对橡胶进行破碎和碾压,使橡胶颗粒更细小,提高挤出再生胶的质量,四轴齿轮泵起到破碎和碾压的作用且结构简单、紧凑,相比多个齿轮泵降低了成本,安装更方便;冷却通道可降低工作时齿轮泵内的温度,避免齿轮泵内高温时橡胶被烧坏,从而保证再生胶的质量。
作为优选,所述挤出机构与齿轮泵固定连接,所述挤出机构内设有过滤网,橡胶经过齿轮泵的破碎和碾压后直接进入挤出机构,不与空气接触,挤出机构内设有过滤网,可过滤橡胶块和大颗粒,保证挤出再生胶的质量。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明再生胶生产线,它包括进料漏斗1,它还包括将橡胶粉挤出为片状橡胶的双螺杆挤出机2、对片状橡胶进行破碎与碾压及过滤的齿轮泵3、挤出带状橡胶的挤出机构4、运送带状橡胶的传送机构5和对带状橡胶进行切割的裁断机6,所述进料漏斗1、双螺杆挤出机2、齿轮泵3、挤出机构4、传送机构5和裁断机6依次首尾连接,所述齿轮泵3上设有对泵内橡胶粉进行冷却的冷却通道。在本实施例中,所述双螺杆挤出机2采用南京科亚科技有限公司生产的双螺杆挤出机2,所述挤出机构4为浙江百纳橡塑设备有限公司的挤出机,所述传送机构5采用带传送,所述裁断机6采用大连嘉尔新橡胶机械有限公司的立式橡胶裁断机。所述进料漏斗1、双螺杆挤出机2、齿轮泵3、挤出机构4、传送机构5和裁断机6依次首尾连接是指,进料漏斗1安装在双螺杆挤出机2的进料端,所述双螺杆挤出机2的出料口接齿轮泵3的进料口,所述齿轮泵3的出料口接挤出机构4的进料口,所述挤出机构4的出料口接传送机构5一端,所述裁断机6位于传送机构5上且靠近传送机构5的另一端。所述的冷却通道一般为冷却水通道或冷却油通道,本实施例中为冷却水通道,冷却水通道与冷却油通道相比成本更低。
所述齿轮泵3为四轴齿轮泵,所述四轴齿轮泵包括泵壳体3.3、安装在泵壳体3.3内对橡胶进行破碎的两个前齿轮3.1和对橡胶进行碾压的两个后齿轮3.2,所述泵壳体3.3外表面设有形成冷却通道的凹槽,所述凹槽设在两个侧面,即除开进料口端面和出料口端面的另外两个端面。一般地,所述泵轴上也设有冷却通道,从中部对齿轮泵3进行冷却降温,所述泵轴上的冷却通道一般为包括进水口和出水口的空腔。所述冷却通道进水口与制冰水的冰水机出口连接。
所述挤出机构4与齿轮泵3固定连接,所述挤出机构4内设有过滤网4.1。所述挤出机构4与齿轮泵3的泵壳体3.3通过螺钉连接,所述过滤网4.1固定设在挤出机构4内,一般过滤网4.1靠近进料口端。
所述裁断机6后面还设有传送皮带,将裁断后的再生胶传送到指定的位置打包。

1.一种再生胶生产线,它包括进料漏斗(1),其特征在于:它还包括将橡胶粉挤出为片状橡胶的双螺杆挤出机(2)、对片状橡胶进行破碎与碾压及过滤的齿轮泵(3)、挤出带状橡胶的挤出机构(4)、运送带状橡胶的传送机构(5)和对带状橡胶进行切割的裁断机(6),所述进料漏斗(1)、双螺杆挤出机(2)、齿轮泵(3)、挤出机构(4)、传送机构(5)和裁断机(6)依次首尾连接,所述齿轮泵(3)上设有对泵内橡胶粉进行冷却的冷却通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生胶生产线,其特征在于:所述齿轮泵(3)为四轴齿轮泵,所述四轴齿轮泵包括泵壳体(3.3)、安装在泵壳体(3.3)内对橡胶进行破碎的两个前齿轮(3.1)和对橡胶进行碾压的两个后齿轮(3.2),所述泵壳体(3.3)外表面设有形成冷却通道的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的再生胶生产线,其特征在于:所述挤出机构(4)与齿轮泵(3)固定连接,所述挤出机构(4)内设有过滤网(4.1)。
