一种合成纸及其制造方法,其特征在于由中间层、位于中间层上面和下面的面层构成,面层的材料包括聚丙烯,中间层的材料包括50—100重量份的聚丙烯、3—30重量份的膨胀微球,中间层和两层面层采用共挤出和流延工艺制造。本发明与已有技术相比,具有合成纸韧性好、密度低、表面平整度好和生产过程对设备磨损小的优点。

一种合成纸及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成纸及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有的合成纸主要是聚烯烃合成纸,其制造方法分为双向拉伸法和压延法。双向拉伸法所得的合成纸其密度通常小于0.9g/cm3,目前市场上所售的双向拉伸聚丙烯合成纸的密度大多在0.6~0.8g/cm3之间;压延法所得的合成纸其密度通常大于0.9g/cm3,目前市场上所售的压延纸,如石头纸,其密度大多在1.3~1.5g/cm3之间。
双向拉伸聚烯烃合成纸密度低、强度高和表面平整,缺点是韧性差,所需的生产设备投资大。压延法生产所需的设备投资少,缺点是所得的合成纸密度大,强度低,表面平整度差,对设备磨损大。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种韧性好、密度低、表面平整度好和对设备磨损小的合成纸及其制造方法。
本发明的合成纸是这样实现的,由中间层、位于中间层上面和下面的面层构成,面层的材料包括聚丙烯,中间层的材料包括50—100重量份的聚丙烯、3—30重量份的膨胀微球,中间层和两层面层采用共挤出和流延工艺制造。采用共挤出和流延工艺制造,使复合纸既具有良好的强度、韧性及表面平整度,而且,对共挤出和流延工艺所采用的设备磨损小,中间层采用膨胀微球,可有效地降低产品的密度。
这里,至少一面层的材料中包括50—100重量份的聚丙烯、0.07—0.25重量份的二氧化硅。添加二氧化硅,使合成纸间不会粘合在一起,方便了复合纸的使用。
为了增加复合纸的白度,至少一面层的材料中含有5—15重量份的钛白粉。
为了提升产品的抗静电性能,中间层的材料中含有0.5—1.2重量份的抗静电剂。中间层的材料中含有2—12重量份的钛白粉,以增加产品的白度和遮盖力。
本发明的上述合成纸的生产方法是这样实现的,将中间层的材料以及两面层的材料分别通过三台挤出机在挤出温度200~220℃下,以三层共挤方式经T型模头挤出,经冷却辊在15~60℃温度范围下,将合成纸冷却成型,再经牵引、电晕、收卷得到成品。以上述过程可制得300μ以下的合成纸,可广泛应用于书写、印刷、包装及各类纸张用途。
这里,进入挤出机的材料中的二氧化硅、钛白粉、抗静电剂、膨胀微球分别以防粘母粒、钛白粉母粒、抗静电剂母粒、膨胀微球母粒的形式进入并与相应的其他材料一起混合熔融。
膨胀微球是一种膨胀温度为80—220℃,粒径为8—12μm,可膨胀的外壳是高分子的聚合物,内部是碳氢化合物的微球。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有合成纸韧性好、密度低、表面平整度好和生产过程对设备磨损小的优点。

具体实施方式:
现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图所示,本发明的合成纸是这样实现的,由中间层3、位于中间层上面和下面的面层1和面层2构成,面层1、面层2的材料包括聚丙烯、钛白粉,中间层的材料包括聚丙烯、膨胀微球、钛白粉、抗静电剂,其中一面层中含有二氧化硅,中间层和两层面层采用共挤出和流延工艺制造。面层1中还含有20—40重量份的聚乙烯。
各层的材料构成如下表所示(单位为重量份):

本发明的上述合成纸的生产方法是这样实现的,将中间层的材料以及两面层的材料分别通过三台挤出机在挤出机温度200~220℃下,以三层共挤方式经T型模头挤出,经冷却辊在15~60℃温度范围下,将合成纸冷却成型,再经牵引、电晕、收卷得到成品。
这里,进入挤出机的材料中的二氧化硅、钛白粉、抗静电剂、膨胀微球分别以防粘母粒、钛白粉母粒、抗静电剂母粒、膨胀微球母粒的形式进入并与相应的其他材料一起混合熔融。其中防粘母粒中的二氧化硅的含量在4—6wt%,钛白粉母粒中的钛白粉的含量60—80wt%,抗静电剂母粒中抗静电剂含量为20—30wt%,膨胀微球母粒中膨胀微球含量为40—60wt%。
膨胀微球是一种膨胀温度为150—220℃,粒径为8—12μm,可膨胀的外壳是高分子的聚合物,内部是碳氢化合物的微球。
以本实施例制得的合成纸与其它方法所得的合成纸物性比较如下:

Claims (1)

1.一种合成纸,其特征在于由中间层、位于中间层上面和下面的面层构成,面层的材料包括聚丙烯,中间层的材料包括50—100重量份的聚丙烯、3—30重量份的膨胀微球,中间层和两层面层采用共挤出和流延工艺制造,至少一面层的材料中包括50—100重量份的聚丙烯、0.07—0.25重量份的二氧化硅,至少一面层的材料中含有20—40重量份的聚乙烯。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的合成纸,其特征在于至少一面层的材料中含有5—15重量份的钛白粉。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的合成纸,其特征在于中间层的材料中含有0.5—1.2重量份的抗静电剂。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的合成纸,其特征在于中间层的材料中含有2—12重量份的钛白粉。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的合成纸的制造方法,其特征在于将中间层的材料以及两面层的材料分别通过三台挤出机在挤出温度200~220℃下,以三层共挤方式经T型模头挤出,经冷却辊在15~60℃温度范围下,将合成纸冷却成型,再经牵引、电晕、收卷得到成品。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的合成纸的制造方法,其特征在于进入挤出机的材料中的二氧化硅、钛白粉、抗静电剂、膨胀微球分别以防粘母粒、钛白粉母粒、抗静电剂母粒、膨胀微球母粒的形式进入并与相应的其他材料一起混合熔融。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的合成纸的制造方法,其特征在于防粘母粒中的二氧化硅的含量在4—6wt%,钛白粉母粒中的钛白粉的含量60—80wt%,抗静电剂母粒中抗静电剂含量为20—30wt%,膨胀微球母粒中膨胀微球含量为40—60wt%。
