Abstract

Description

用于接触地接纳电缆芯线的装置
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征的用于接触地接纳至少一个电缆芯线的装置。
这种装置用于连接并接触特别是电路板上的电缆芯线。
背景技术
这种装置例如由DE 20 2008 000 941U1已知。该装置设有基本模块以及在该文献中也称为芯线布置罩的罩式部件。在基本模块上设置有用于接触电缆芯线的切夹式接线端,这些电缆芯线分别插入到所谓的芯线引导部件中。然后把这些芯线引导部件放置在芯线布置罩内。芯线布置罩和基本模块具有卡锁部件,这些卡锁部件能通过卡锁来实现芯线布置罩与基本模块的连接。通过芯线布置罩与基本模块的卡锁,利用切夹式接线端来实现接触电缆芯线。
该装置的问题是,电缆芯线必须布置在专门为其设置的芯线引导部件中,然后必须把这些芯线引导部件插入到为此专门在罩式部件上开设的开口中。这种安装繁琐,其需要众多的步骤,这些步骤不能直截了当地应用于自动化。
因此,本发明的目的在于,对开头部分所述类型的装置加以改进,使得电缆芯线的安装和接触明显简化,而且还能实现自动化的安装。
本发明的优点
采用一种具有权利要求1的特征的用于接触地接纳至少一个电缆芯线的装置,即可实现所述目的。
本发明的装置具有如下优点:电缆芯线可直接插入并定位在罩式部件中。在这里,“可直接插入并定位”的含义是,无需使用例如芯线引导部件或其它能保持并定位电缆芯线的部件。确切地说,电缆芯线直接设置在罩式部件中,利用设置在承载体上的卡锁部件进行卡锁,由此将该罩式部件固定在承载体上,其中利用切夹式接线端同时接触设置在罩式部件中的电缆芯线。
采用从属权利要求中所述的措施可以实现有利地改进和改善在独立权利要求中给出的装置。
一种有利的实施方式规定,设置在承载体上的第一卡锁部件,相对于前后对准地布置的切夹式接线端触点,基本上错开90°角地布置在共同的底板上。通过这种方式显著地提高了稳固性,因为卡锁部件与切夹式接线端触点一体地相互连接。一种特别优选的实施方式在此规定,共同的底板、切夹式接线端触点以及第一卡锁部件是唯一的冲制部件的部分。这简化了切夹式接线端触点和卡锁部件的自动化生产。此外这里有利的是,由于底板、切夹式接线端触点和卡锁部件一体地构造,使得整个布置结构特别是还使得卡锁部件产生高稳固性。在这种情况下,卡锁部件由金属部分构成,由此在很大程度上避免了断裂危险,比如在由现有技术已知的装置中,卡锁部件均由塑料构成,完全会产生这种断裂危险。
底板优选通过钎焊连接设置在电路板上并被接触。通过这种方式在一道工序中同时把切夹式接线端触点和卡锁部件固定在电路板上,且同时使得切夹式接线端触点与设置在电路板上的印制导线等产生电接触。
总之,由于卡锁部件相对于切夹式接线端触点错开90°地布置,由于卡锁部件、切夹式接线端触点和底板一体地构造,由于借助底板将切夹式接线端触点和卡锁部件一起固定,所以在高稳固性、突出的接触性和特别是卡锁部件的耐用性方面,实现了协同作用的效果。
罩式部件优选具有两个对准的用于接纳和引导至少一个电缆芯线的开口,其中这些开口优选适配于电缆芯线的外形。采用对准的布置方式可以使得电缆芯线已经布置在罩式部件中的相应位置并被引导。在罩式部件上还开设有用于第一卡锁部件的卡锁开口。
本发明的装置的明显优势在于,罩式部件的顶面为平面构造,由此形成用于接纳吸管的接纳区域,所述吸管用于自动化地进行装配。通过这种方式可以实现将罩式部件自动地定位在切夹式接线端触点和卡锁部件上方。
罩式部件的标示方向的形状也用于快速的装配,该罩式部件特别是在三面上具有标示出方向的标记物。通过这种方式可以将罩式部件快速地布置在切夹式接线端触点上方的正确的位置。此外,设置在罩式部件的顶面上的不同大小和设计的开口也用于实现轻易地定位。
一种非常有利的设计规定,罩式部件具有绝缘的电缆止挡,该电缆止挡保护着电缆端头并形成封闭机构。
该电缆止挡优选与罩式部件一体地连接。
罩式部件优选由塑料构成,由此产生电绝缘。

本发明的实施方式
图1a和图1b示出用于接触地接纳至少一个电缆芯线的装置处于拆下的状态,该装置具有两个设置在承载体50上的切夹式接线端触点101、102。第一卡锁部件111、112分别相对于切夹式接线端触点101、102错开90°布置。如图1a所示,切夹式接线端触点101、102以及卡锁部件111、112连同底板100一起是唯一的冲制部件的部分。底板100通过钎焊连接件52设置在承载体50上。承载体50例如可以是电路板。把切夹式接线端触点101、102以及第一卡锁部件111、112和底板100构造成共同的冲制部件,这允许简便且快速地制造。此外,金属部件形式的卡锁部件111、112例如比如由现有技术已知的塑料部件形式的卡锁部件明显耐用。这些切夹式接线端触点101、102和卡锁部件111、112在最终装配好的状态下被图1b所示的罩式部件200遮盖。该罩式部件200为了接纳电缆芯线而具有两个对准的开口210,其中后面的那个开口在立体图1b中看不到。罩式部件200还在其表面上具有区域205,该区域被构造成平面的形式且用于接纳例如在自动装配中使用的吸管。通过这种方式,罩式部件200也能非常有利地应用于自动生产。罩式部件200在三个面上具有标记物(Phase)220,该标记物指示出装配方向。此外,罩式部件在其顶面上具有开口231、232、233、234,这些开口具有不同的大小和布置方式。这些开口还用于迅速地识别例如装配方向。开口233、234还是用于第一卡锁部件111、112的开设开口,开口231、232与切夹式接线端触点101、102对应,且用于其稳定。
在图2a和2b中示出利用本发明的装置来固定并接触单一芯线300的过程。首先,把单一芯线300穿过主要部件200的对准的开口,其中这里需要注意,主要部件上的开口210与单一芯线300的外形适配,使得单一芯线300尽可能无空隙地位于这些开口中。采用这种方式将单一芯线300布置在主要部件200中,由此实现相对于切夹式接线端触点101、102引导和精确地定位电缆芯线300。然后,朝向卡锁部件111、112施加基本上垂直于电路板50的力,由此压迫主要部件200连同设置于其中的电缆芯线300,进而使得这些卡锁部件卡入到相应的卡锁开口233、234中,同时利用切夹式接线端触点101、102来接触电缆芯线300,具体方式为,切夹式接线端触点101、102切掉绝缘包皮301,并在电缆芯线的绞合线302与切夹式接线端触点101、102之间产生电接触。图2b示出罩式部件被完整地安装在电路板50上。电缆芯线的导电芯子,也就是绞合线302,在这种情况下与切夹式接线端触点101、102导电地连接。
图3示出本发明的装置的另一实施方式,其中,相同的部件标有与图1和2相同的附图标记。与图1和2中所示的罩式部件不同,图3中所示的罩式部件200′具有绝缘的电缆止挡260,该电缆止挡形成封闭机构并保护着电缆芯线的电缆端头,该电缆止挡基本横向于用标记物220标出的定位方向延伸。电缆止挡优选与罩式部件200′一体地构造,且如同罩式部件200′那样由塑料构成,由此产生绝缘。在此,电缆止挡并不完全遮盖罩式部件200′的前面的壳体部分,而是可以留有一个小开口,该开口主要用于能看到电缆芯线300的端头及其在开口210中的布置情况。其构造在任何情况下都应实现端侧绝缘且在端侧保护电缆芯线300。也可以规定,电缆止挡260呈U形地在罩式部件200′的前端面上延伸,使得电缆芯线有一段突出于开口,从而实现可靠地定位和布置电缆芯线300(未示出)。

Claims (11)

1. 一种用于接触地接纳至少一个电缆芯线(300)的装置,包括至少两个设置在承载体上的且被设计用于接纳至少一个电缆芯线的切夹式接线端触点(101、102)和用于接纳并引导至少一个电缆芯线(300)以及用于使得所述至少一个电缆芯线与切夹式接线端触点(101、102)接触的罩式部件(200;200′),其中在承载体(50)上设置有第一卡锁部件(111、112),所述第一卡锁部件与设置在罩式部件(200;200′)上的第二卡锁部件(233、234)配合作用,使得罩式部件(200;200′)与第一卡锁部件(101、102)卡锁,同时使得至少一个电缆芯线(300)与切夹式接线端(101、102)产生导电的接触,由此可使得罩式部件(200;200′)与承载体连接,其特征在于,电缆芯线(300)可直接插入并定位在罩式部件(200;200′)中,设置在承载体(50)上的第一卡锁部件(111、112)相对于前后对准地布置的切夹式接线端触点(101、102)基本上错开90°角地布置在共同的底板(100)上。
