Abstract

一种多元组分铸膜液配方,其特征在于采用混合复配技术,按重量百分比该组合物由以下组分组成:溶剂为:60%-95%;聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈:10-20%;聚乙烯醇:0.1%-5%;聚乙二醇:3%-15%;氯化锡:0.5%-5%。本发明的优点在于材料廉价易得,所制的膜亲水性优于单纯的聚氯乙烯膜,通量大,孔隙率高,过滤精度高等特点,特别适合用于水处理领域,特别是污水处理领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超滤膜中空纤维纺丝膜液的配方,属于膜制造领域。
背景技术
超滤膜的生产目前最多的方法是相转化法,即把聚合物溶解在他的良溶剂中,然后用特定方法成型后在沉淀出来即得所需要的超滤膜。膜液中的组分多以三元或四元为主,各组分的多少和他们在膜中所起的作用决定了超滤膜的性能。超过四元组分的膜液很少,这是因为多元组分配方由于各组分的比例变化过多,所起的作用多为综合作用的结果,多成型后的膜的性能影响很大,不易控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的膜液配方,采用六元组分,用此配方生产的超滤膜机械强度高,成膜控制性好,柔韧性好,水通量大,过滤精度高,理化性能优异,廉价易得。
 
本发明采用以下技术方案:采用混合复配技术,包括溶剂、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇和氯化锡。其中,溶剂为:60%-95%,聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈:10-20%,聚氯乙烯与聚丙烯腈的比例为:30:70,聚乙烯醇:0.1%-5%,聚乙二醇:3%-15%,氯化锡:0.5%-5%
   溶剂可选用DMAC或NMP;聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈是聚合物主材,聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇是膜改性剂,氯化锡是膜液添加剂。
用此膜液配方在25度环境温度,膜液温度为35度条件下制得的中空纤维超滤膜亲水性好,通量可达到250升平方米小时,截留率为5-8万。
本发明的优点在于材料廉价易得,所制的的膜亲水性优于单纯的聚氯乙烯膜,通量大,孔隙率高,过滤精度高等特点,特别适合用于水处理领域,特别是污水处理领域。
 
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步对本发明进行说明:
实施例1:
溶剂为:60%;
聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈:20%, 
聚乙烯醇:5%; 
聚乙二醇:10%; 
氯化锡:5%。
实施例2:
溶剂为:70%;
聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈:15%, 
聚乙烯醇:5%; 
聚乙二醇:8%; 
氯化锡:2%。

Claims (3)

1.一种多元组分铸膜液配方,其特征在于采用混合复配技术,按重量百分比该组合物由以下组分组成:
溶剂为:60%-95%;
聚氯乙烯和聚丙烯腈:10-20%;
聚乙烯醇:0.1%-5%;
聚乙二醇:3%-15%;
氯化锡:0.5%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述多元组分铸膜液配方,其特征在于聚氯乙烯与聚丙烯腈的比例为30:70。
3.根据权利要求1所述多元组分铸膜液配方,其特征在于溶剂选用DMAC或NMP。
