Abstract

本发明公开了一种液晶显示设备,其包含:一液晶显示面板;一框体,用来收容所述液晶显示面板,所述框体包含数个定位槽;一光学膜片,位于所述液晶显示面板之上;以及数个定位膜片,每一定位膜片包含一定位孔,所述光学膜片固定在所述数个定位膜片之间以避免所述光学膜片移动,其中数个固定组件一对一穿过每一定位孔以及对应的定位槽,使得所述光学膜片固定于所述框体上。由于所述光学膜片不需设置定位孔以便让螺丝穿过所述光学膜片而固定在框体上,所以所述光学膜片不会因为拉力产生变形,而对显示效果造成非常不好影响。

Description

液晶显示设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示器技术,尤其涉及一种用于固定光学膜片的液晶显示设备。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)轻、薄、低耗电等优点,被广泛应用于计算机、移动电话及个人数字助理等现代化信息设备。一般来说,液晶显示器包含液晶显示面板、偏光片及背光模块(backlight module),由于液晶显示面板自身不会发光,因此液晶显示器必须仰赖背光模块内的光源来发出光线。
请参阅图1,图1绘示现有液晶显示设备10的结构。液晶显示设备10包含液晶显示面板110、偏光片120、壳体130以及固定件140。液晶显示面板110则位于壳体130之上而由壳体130来乘载,液晶显示面板110根据驱动芯片(未图示)所发出的驱动讯号来控制内部液晶的转向,以调整通过液晶显示面板110的光线强度,进而输出影像。偏光片120贴附于液晶显示面板110之上,用来偏折射入液晶显示面板110的光线。偏光片120包含四个突出部122。为了固定偏光片120,数个固定件140穿过突出部122的定位孔,使得使得偏光片120固定在壳体130上。通过这样的定位方式,偏光片120就不会移动。
然而在偏光片120上设置四个突出部122的结构,容易导致偏光片120因为拉力而变形,进而造成影响显示质量。因此,业界必须提出其他的方式,来解决这样的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种液晶显示设备,不需要在偏光片上设置突出部以便让固定件穿过所述突出部的定位孔而固定在框体上,所以所述偏光片不会因为拉力产生变形,而对显示效果造成影响。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种液晶显示设备,其包含一液晶显示面板;一框体,用来收容所述液晶显示面板,所述框体包含一定位槽;一光学膜片,位于所述液晶显示面板之上;以及一定位膜片,其包含数个定位孔以及一开口,所述光学膜片嵌合于所述开口以避免所述光学膜片移动,其中数个固定组件一对一穿过每一定位孔以及对应的定位槽,使得所述光学膜片固定于所述框体上。
依据本发明的实施例,所述光学膜片是一偏光片。
依据本发明的实施例,所述固定组件是一螺丝。
依据本发明的实施例,所述定位膜片与所述光学膜片接触的位置是对应于所述液晶显示面板的非显示区域。
依据本发明的实施例,所述开口的面积等于所述光学膜片的面积。
本发明提供了一种液晶显示设备,其包含:一液晶显示面板;一框体,用来收容所述液晶显示面板,所述框体包含数个定位槽;一光学膜片,位于所述液晶显示面板之上;以及数个定位膜片,每一定位膜片包含一定位孔,所述光学膜片固定在所述数个定位膜片之间以避免所述光学膜片移动,其中数个固定组件一对一穿过每一定位孔以及对应的定位槽,使得所述光学膜片固定于所述框体上。
依据本发明的实施例,所述光学膜片是一偏光片。
依据本发明的实施例,所述固定组件是一螺丝。
依据本发明的实施例,所述定位膜片与所述光学膜片接触的位置是对应于所述液晶显示面板的非显示区域。
依据本发明的实施例,每一定位膜片包含两定位件,所述两定位件之间具有90度的夹角,所述光学膜片相邻的两侧边是接触于所述两定位件。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供一种液晶显示设备,其包含至少一个定位膜片,所述定位膜片用来避免光学膜片晃动。所述定位膜片具有至少一定位孔,使得所述定位膜片可以固定在一框体上。由于所述光学膜片不需设置定位孔以便让螺丝穿过所述光学膜片而固定在框体上,所以所述光学膜片不会因为拉力产生变形,而对显示效果造成非常不好影响。

具体实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施之特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「顶」、「底」、「水平」、「垂直」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
请参阅图2,图2绘示了本发明液晶显示设备200的第一实施例的结构示意图。液晶显示设备200包含液晶显示面板210、光学膜片220、框体230、定位膜片250、以及固定组件240。框体230是由不透光材质所制成,例如:塑化材料、金属材料或上述材料的组合,用以承载液晶显示面板210和光学膜片220。液晶显示面板210根据驱动芯片(未图示)所发出的驱动讯号来控制内部液晶的转向,以调整通过液晶显示面板210的光线强度,进而输出影像。光学膜片220贴附于液晶显示面板210之上,光学膜片220可以是偏光片,具体来说,偏光片包含聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA)膜、三醋酸纤维素酯片基(triacetate cellulose,TAC)膜、双光轴(Biaxial)补偿膜等膜片的组合。光学膜片220也可以是扩散片、棱镜片、增亮膜(Brightness Enhancement Film,BEF)、反射式增亮膜(Dual Brightness Enhancement Film,DBEF)、非多层膜式反射偏光片(Diffused Reflective Polarizer Film,DRPF)或上述的任意组合。定位膜片250固定在框体230上,其用来固定光学膜片220以避免光学膜片220移动。
请一并参阅图2和图3,图3是图2组装后的液晶显示设备200的局部剖面图。定位膜片250包含数个定位孔251以及一开口252。优选地,开口252的面积等于光学膜片220的面积,使得光学膜片220正好可以嵌合于开口252,以避免光学膜片250移动。优选地,定位膜片250与光学膜片220接触的位置是对应于液晶显示面板210的非显示区域。因此定位膜片250并不会影响遮蔽液晶显示面板210的显示区域而影响到显示质量。数个定位孔251分别位于定位膜片250的一侧上。数个固定组件240一对一穿过每一定位孔251以及框体230上对应的定位槽231,使得光学膜片250固定于框体230上。固定组件240可以是螺丝或是铆钉。在另一实施例中,定位膜片250藉由一黏贴结构(未图示)固定于框体230,举例来说,黏贴结构可为黏着剂,以将定位膜片250与框体230黏贴在一起。
请参阅图4,图4为绘示了本发明液晶显示设备200的第二实施例的结构示意图。与图2具有相同标号的组件,由于与图2各对应组件具有相同的功能与结构,故不另赘述于此。不同于图2的单一定位膜片250,本实施例的液晶显示设备200包含四个定位膜片350,四个定位膜片350分别位于光学膜片220的四个角落。每一定位膜片350包含一定位孔351,光学膜片220固定在四个定位膜片350之间以避免光学膜片220移动。数个固定组件240一对一穿过每一定位孔351以及对应的定位槽231,使得定位膜片350固定在框体230上,其用来固定光学膜片220以避免光学膜片220移动。每一定位膜片350包含两个定位件352、353,两定位件352、353之间具有90度的夹角,光学膜片250相邻的两侧边是接触于两定位件352、353。
此外,定位膜片350的数量也可以只有两个,分别设置于定位膜片350的斜对角。
请参阅图5,图5为绘示了本发明液晶显示设备200的第三实施例的结构示意图。与图2具有相同标号的组件,由于与图2各对应组件具有相同的功能与结构,故不另赘述于此。不同于图2的单一定位膜片250,本实施例的液晶显示设备200包含数个定位膜片450,数个定位膜片450分别位于光学膜片220的四个侧边上。数个固定组件240一对一穿过每一定位孔451以及对应的定位槽231,使得定位膜片450固定在框体230上,其用来固定光学膜片220以避免光学膜片220移动。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供一种液晶显示设备,其包含至少一个定位膜片,所述定位膜片用来避免光学膜片晃动。所述定位膜片具有至少一定位孔,使得所述定位膜片可以固定在一框体上。由于所述光学膜片不需设置定位孔以便让螺丝穿过所述光学膜片而固定在框体上,所以所述光学膜片不会因为拉力产生变形,而对显示效果造成非常不好影响。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,但该较佳实施例并非用以限制本发明,该领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述液晶显示设备包含:
一液晶显示面板;
一框体,用来收容所述液晶显示面板,所述框体包含一定位槽;
一光学膜片,位于所述液晶显示面板之上;以及
一定位膜片,其包含数个定位孔以及一开口,所述光学膜片嵌合于所述开口以避免所述光学膜片移动,其中数个固定组件一对一穿过每一定位孔以及对应的定位槽,使得所述光学膜片固定于所述框体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述光学膜片是一偏光片。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述固定组件是一螺丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述定位膜片与所述光学膜片接触的位置是对应于所述液晶显示面板的非显示区域。
5.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述开口的面积等于所述光学膜片的面积。
6.一种液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述液晶显示设备包含:
一液晶显示面板;
一框体,用来收容所述液晶显示面板,所述框体包含数个定位槽;
一光学膜片,位于所述液晶显示面板之上;以及
数个定位膜片,每一定位膜片包含一定位孔,所述光学膜片固定在所述数个定位膜片之间以避免所述光学膜片移动,其中数个固定组件一对一穿过每一定位孔以及对应的定位槽,使得所述光学膜片固定于所述框体上。
7.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述光学膜片是一偏光片。
8.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述固定组件是一螺丝。
9.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:所述定位膜片与所述光学膜片接触的位置是对应于所述液晶显示面板的非显示区域。
10.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示设备,其特征在于:每一定位膜片包含两定位件,所述两定位件之间具有90度的夹角,所述光学膜片相邻的两侧边是接触于所述两定位件。
