Abstract

本发明公开了一种三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,将以下质量比的组份置于球磨机内混合:直径为2~10μm的球形铝粉:有机溶剂:润滑剂=40~100:120:1.5~3,向球磨机中投入高碳钢球作为球磨介质,然后向球磨机中加入由植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇组成的复合助磨剂,研磨10~30小时,最后经筛分过滤捏合后形成产品。本发明采用植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇组成复合助磨剂,克服了普通铝银浆生产中由于采用单一助磨剂,容易导致铝银浆产品亮度、白度不理想的缺陷,既有效提高了产品的亮度和白度,也使产品的粒径大小均匀、粒径跨度窄、表面平滑,可满足高档金属油漆、油墨的需求。

技术领域
    本发明涉及铝银浆制造方法领域,具体涉及一种三元复合铝银浆的制造方法。 
背景技术
    铝银浆是一种应用广泛的银白色金属颜料。现有普通铝银浆的制造方法通常是在自然状态下将铝粉与石油溶剂、润滑剂等按一定比例混合后置于球磨机中研磨,再经筛分、压滤,制成滤饼,经捏合表面处理后成为铝银浆。用此种方法制成的铝银浆产品由于助磨剂单一,不能对铝片进行有效的包覆和保护,生产出的铝银浆亮度和白度不理想,粒径大小也不均匀,最终影响到产品性能。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,以得到亮度和白度较高、粒径大小均匀的产品。 
本发明的技术方案如下: 
一种三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、将以下质量比的组份置于球磨机内混合:直径为2~10μm的球形铝粉:有机溶剂:润滑剂=40~100:120:1.5~3;
(2)、混合完成后,向球磨机中投入高碳钢球作为球磨介质,然后向球磨机中加入由植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇组成的复合助磨剂,研磨10~30小时;
(3)、研磨完成后得到的浆料经筛分、压滤和捏合后,即得到三元复合铝银浆。
所述的三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:球磨机采用卧式球磨机。 
所述的三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:球形铝粉为氮气雾化超细球形铝粉。 
所述的三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:有机溶剂选自200#溶剂、D70溶剂油和S150溶剂油中的一种。 
植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇重量配比(6:1:3)。 
复合助磨剂是在25℃恒温状态下,各物料依序缓慢搅拌混合而成,搅拌机转速18转/分。铝粉与复合助磨剂用量的重量比例为40~100:1-3。 
本发明的有益效果: 
本发明采用植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇组成复合助磨剂,克服了普通铝银浆生产中由于采用单一助磨剂,容易导致铝银浆产品亮度、白度不理想的缺陷,既有效提高了产品的亮度和白度,也使产品的粒径大小均匀、粒径跨度窄、表面平滑,可满足高档金属油漆、油墨的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1:将直径为6μm的铝粉60kg加入到球磨机中,再加入S150溶剂油120kg,助磨剂2kg,用高碳钢球研磨25小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到三元复合铝银浆。植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇重量配比(6:1:3)。复合助磨剂如何制备得到(在25℃恒温状态下,依序缓慢搅拌混合而成)搅拌机转速18转/分。 
实施例2:将直径为10μm的铝粉60kg加入到球磨机中,再加入S150溶剂油120kg,助磨剂2kg,用高碳钢球研磨28小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到三元复合铝银浆。 
对比实施例1:将直径为6μm的铝粉60kg加入到球磨机中,再加入S150溶剂油120kg,油酸2kg,用高碳钢球研磨25小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到普通铝银浆。 
对比实施例2:将直径为10μm的铝粉60kg加入到球磨机中,再加入S150溶剂油120kg,油酸2kg,用高碳钢球研磨28小时,经筛分、压滤和捏合,得到普通铝银浆。 
将三元复合铝银浆与普通铝银浆做对比实验,可以发现△L值明显更高,铝片粒径大小均匀,粒径跨度窄。具体数据见表1。

1.一种三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、将以下质量比的组份置于球磨机内混合:直径为2~10μm的球形铝粉:有机溶剂:润滑剂=40~100:120:1.5~3;
(2)、混合完成后,向球磨机中投入高碳钢球作为球磨介质,然后向球磨机中加入由植物油酸、钛酸酯偶联剂和聚乙烯醇组成的复合助磨剂,研磨10~30小时;
(3)、研磨完成后得到的浆料经筛分、压滤和捏合后,即得到三元复合铝银浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:球磨机采用卧式球磨机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三元复合铝银浆的制造方法,其特征在于:球形铝粉为氮气雾化超细球形铝粉。
