发明内容
根据本公开的第一方面,一种眼外科系统包括显示设备和用户界面。显示设备在患者眼图像上生成包括多个不重叠显示扇区的显示。每个显示扇区显示多个用户可选择外科参数之一。用户界面接收用户对要被显示的一个或多个所述用户可选择外科参数的选择。
根据本公开的另一方面,一种在眼外科系统上显示外科参数的方法包括接收对至少两个用户可选择外科参数的选择。该方法还包括在患者眼图像上生成包括多个不重叠显示扇区的显示。每个显示扇区显示多个用户可选择外科参数之一。

具体实施方式
图1例示了根据本发明一个具体实施例的眼外科系统100。系统100包括外科仪器102、用户界面104、以及外科显微镜106。外科仪器102可以包括在眼外科手术中使用的任何类型的部件或机器,包括但不限于机头、气动系统、激光源和照明源。这些部件可以在眼外科技术(诸如超声乳化白内障吸除术、玻璃体视网膜手术、激光折射手术、或本领域技术人员已知的任何各种其他眼外科技术)中使用。用户界面104可以包括任何种类的键盘、开关、旋钮、踏板、按钮、指示设备、或者用于接收来自用户对外科参数的选择的其他合适部件。外科显微镜106可以包括任何形式的光学或电子设备或者向外科医生提供患者眼视图的部件的集合。
外科仪器102在处理器108的控制下工作;它还具有存储器110,用于存储外科参数信息。处理器108可以是任意微处理器、微控制器、可编程元件、或者用于处理控制外科仪器102的治疗的设备的其他设备或设备集合。处理器108接收来自用户界面104的参数选择并由此控制外科参数的操作。处理器108还在外科手术期间监视外科参数。存储器110可以是可由处理器访问的任何合适形式的易失性或非易失性信息存储设备,包括但不限于光学、电子或磁性介质。
根据本发明的外科系统的各实施例还包括显示设备200。显示设备200包括能够在患者眼图像上生成外科参数的视觉可感知显示的任何合适的光学或电子部件或其组合。例如,显示设备200可以将光投射在患者眼表面上以连同眼图像生成由外科显微镜106捕捉的图像。在另一例中,显示设备200可以将显示投射到外科显微镜106的光路中以产生位于眼图像之上的显示。这些实施例可以允许所述显示连同眼图像一起被聚焦或放大;作为替换,这些实施例可以允许所述显示与眼图像被独立聚焦或确定大小。在又一例中,显示设备200可被并入外科显微镜106的目镜。显示设备200可被配置为与处理器108和/或存储器110通信和/或共享处理器108和/或存储器110,从而允许基于用户对外科参数的选择以及这些参数在外科手术期间的实时变化来调整外科参数显示。

所述外科参数能够包括由用户选择并在外科手术期间被监视或选择的外科仪器的任何相关操作参数。参数的量化显示可以是数字、范围、开关或其他二进制指示、或者传达相关参数信息的任何合适的可视元素或元素组合。在具体实施例中,实时值能够在可变量计中示出。这类量计可以包括可动针、长度基于值变化的条(例如,垂直的、水平的、圆周的、径向的)或气泡计,诸如在图2中所例示的。多个显示格式也可以是用户可选择的。
还可在显示202中使用有色元素以改善可见性、对比度等。例如,在被叠加在眼图像上时,可以很容易地看出采用图2例示形式的发绿光显示。量计也可以改变颜色,诸如当参数移至不可接受的范围时,当激光源活动时,或当需要向外科医生进行某些其他通知时改变至红色。

Claims (23)

1.一种眼外科系统,包括:

可操作以接收用户对要被显示的一个或多个所述用户可选择外科参数的选择的用户界面。
