Abstract

一种脱漆剂,该脱漆剂包含体积百分比为70%~76%的二氯甲烷、10%~14%的异丙醇、5%~8%的甲酸、1.5%~2.5%的OP-10、1%~2.5%的苯酚、2%~4%的石蜡,该脱漆剂可有效快速去除工件表面的漆膜,从而在不损伤工件的情况下有效去除漆膜。

本发明涉及一种脱漆剂。 
背景技术
各种物件表面的漆膜在长期使用过程中,会受到各种腐蚀介质的侵蚀以及机械的损伤破坏等,出现老化、龟裂、起皮及脱落等现象,从而导致漆膜失去保护装饰的作用,为此,常常需要去除旧漆后再重新涂装新漆。现有技术中,人们通常采用人工铲除、喷砂等工艺手段来清除旧漆,这种方法不仅费时费力,而且容易对工件表面造成损伤,特别是对一些几何形状比较复杂的部件更难处理。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种不损伤工件的情况下能快速去除漆膜的脱漆剂。 
一种脱漆剂,该脱漆剂由二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲酸、OP-10、苯酚、石蜡混合而成。 
一种脱漆剂,该脱漆剂包含体积百分比为70%~76%的二氯甲烷、10%~14%的异丙醇、5%~8%的甲酸、1.5%~2.5%的OP-10、1%~2.5%的苯酚、2%~4%的石蜡。 
相较现有技术,该脱漆剂可有效快速去除工件表面的漆膜,从而在不损伤工件的情况下有效去除漆膜。 
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 
该脱漆剂包括二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲酸、OP-10(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复合物)、苯酚、石蜡,其中各成分的体积百分比分别为二氯甲烷70%~76%、异丙醇10%~14%、甲酸5%~8%、OP-10为1.5%~2.5%、苯酚1%~2.5%、石蜡 2%~4%,其中二氯甲烷可为72%、73%、75%等,异丙醇可为11%、12%、13%等,甲酸可为6%、6.5%、7%等,OP-10可为1.8%、2%、2.3%等,苯酚可为1.5%、1.2%、2.2%等,石蜡可为2.7%、3%、3.5%等。 
具体实施时,该脱漆剂可通过体积百分比分别为70%~76%的二氯甲烷、10%~14%的异丙醇、5%~8%的甲酸混合后,再向该混合溶液中分别加入体积百分比分别为1.5%~2.5%的OP-10、1%~2.5%的苯酚、2%~4%的石蜡混合后制成。该脱漆剂可有效快速去除工件表面的漆膜,尤其对热管表面的亚光漆去除更彻底,该脱漆剂可将漆膜厚为20微米~25微米的改性环氧树脂漆在8秒~10秒去除,将漆膜厚为20微米~30微米的改性环氧树脂漆在9秒~13秒去除,且对工件无损伤,从而达成不损伤工件的情况下有效去除漆膜。另外,该脱漆剂还可有效去除工件表面的油脂、污垢等污染物,且在使用过程中挥发慢,从而防止浪费。 

Claims (7)

1.一种脱漆剂,其特征在于:该脱漆剂由二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲酸、OP-10、苯酚、石蜡混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的脱漆剂,其特征在于:所述脱漆剂包含体积百分比分别为70%~76%的二氯甲烷、10%~14%的异丙醇、5%~8%的甲酸、1.5%~2.5%的OP-10、1%~2.5%的苯酚、2%~4%的石蜡。
3.如权利要求1所述的脱漆剂,其特征在于:所述脱漆剂包含体积百分比分别为75%的二氯甲烷、13%的异丙醇、6%的甲酸、2%的OP-10、2%的苯酚、2%的石蜡。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的脱漆剂,其特征在于:所述脱漆剂由二氯甲烷、异丙醇、甲酸混合液中加入OP-10、苯酚、石蜡而制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的脱漆剂,其特征在于:该脱漆剂用于去除亚光漆。
6.如权利要求5所述的脱漆剂,其特征在于:该脱漆剂用于去除热管表面的亚光漆。
7.一种脱漆剂,其特征在于:该脱漆剂包含体积百分比为70%~76%的二氯甲烷、10%~14%的异丙醇、5%~8%的甲酸、1.5%~2.5%的OP-10、1%~2.5%的苯酚、2%~4%的石蜡。
