Abstract

Description
本发明是2004年8月26日提交的申请号为200480030040.5的中国发明专利“便携式电池充电和音频设备”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明通常涉及一种便携式音频和电池组充电装置。
背景技术
无线电动工具已经频繁出现并应用在不能使用或不方便使用电源的地方。这些地方包括工地和部分完工的建筑物。在诸如这种地方,运用电池的工具具有明显的优点,但是电池组总会耗尽并需要重新充电。有些使用者便带上足够多的电池组以便持续使用一整天,通常在建筑工地的一些地方至少设有临时供电装置,从而使电池组在建筑工地上重新充电。临时供电装置的位置可能与实际工作位置保持一定距离,并且由于充电器与使用者保持一定距离,从而产生不能成功地完成充电操作的问题。例如,其他的工人将电池组为已所用,或由于可用的插座数量有限,充电器被轻易地拔去插头而用于执行其它操作。
工人还喜欢将诸如便携式收音机之类的音频装置带到建筑工地上,以便在工作时能听音乐和其它节目。众所周知的是,建筑工地的环境对于这种音频装置来说是很恶劣的,很明显随着时间推移其很容易损坏。
发明内容
优选的实施例公开了一种音频供电设备,当该设备连接交流电源时,该设备提供音频输出,并向可取下的电池组充电,该设备具有多个用于给其它工具等供电的交流电源插座。该设备也可选择地提供直流电。当该设备连接交流电源时,交流电驱动音频设备,这种音频设备可以是收音机或收音机和CD播放器的组合,交流电源还可以给充电器供电,如果电池组插入充电器容座内,那么充电器就可以给电池组重新充电。如果该设备没有连接交流电源,当电池组置于充电器容座中时,收音机可由电池组供电。当该设备连接交流电源时,继电器将打开,用以将收音机与充电器和电池组隔开。
该设备具有独特的保护框架结构,这种框架结构与该设备的壳体相连接。本发明优选的实施例还具有包括继电器的电路,当继电器线圈感测出音频设备正在使用交流电时,继电器用以将电池组和充电器与音频设备隔开。如果没有使用交流电,那么继电器将闭合,以使用电池组来驱动音频设备。

具体实施方式
附图显示一个优选实施例的便携式电池充电和音频设备,其包括壳体,通常由附图标记10表示,形成正方体形状,必要时,这种壳体也可以形成长方体以及其它形状。参照附图,所述壳体包括正面或前壁12、左侧面或左侧壁14、顶面16、后壁20(参照图4)和右侧面或右侧壁22。优选的是,壳体10由韧性塑料或其它模塑材料制成,并且可以包括几个或多个在结构上形成坚固装置的部件。例如,前壁12和后壁20通常可以形成扁平的整体部件,这些整体部件与一个或多个模塑的或以其它方式成形的前壁、顶壁、底壁和后壁共同连接,从而形成一个、两个或多个由六角头螺栓或六角头螺钉24接合的元件。尽管壳体10形成正方体,即,通常每个壁的大小相等,但是壳体还可以形成长方体,这种长方体的长、高和宽的尺寸中的一个或多个可以大于其它长、高和宽的尺寸,即,长方形盒子状,或者由壳体的各个壁形成更不常见的形状。
优选实施例包括一个在图中由附图标记30表示的音频设备,其位于该设备的正面12中。如图1和图2所示,这种音频设备包括收音机,这种收音机具有控制面板32,该控制面板带有音量调节装置34、调谐调节装置26、用于显示电台识别以及当前时间的显示装置38。控制面板上还具有时间调节钮40、42和44,调节钮42用来调整时钟的设定,调节钮44用来调整分钟的设定。CD播放器也作为音频设备30的一部分,CD托盘46置于控制面板32的上方。控制面板32上还有弹出按钮48,暂停或等待按钮50,以及向前调节钮52和向后调节钮54。控制面板32的下方还有喇叭56、58、60和62。
如图6所示,所述充电和音频设备利工具有三相插头72的电线70连接或接通交流电源。所述充电和音频设备具有电线卷绕结构,这种结构包括四个向外伸出的凸缘74,这些凸缘排列成正方形,电线可卷绕在所述凸缘上以便收纳电线。每一个凸缘具有用于安装到侧壁14上的底座部分76,并通过螺钉78之类与侧壁接合。可以理解的是,必要时,凸缘74可以与侧壁14一体成形。左侧壁14上可接入电路的保险丝80,还可接入一直流电源插座82,该直流电源插座由可以插到插座开口中的可取下的柔性插头组件保护起来,该柔性插头优选由橡胶或类似材料制成。
如图4所示,所述充电和音频设备具有位于该壳体内部的充电器,充电器通过充电器门86接入。把手88安装在充电器门的上端并与充电器门的表面配合,使充电器门保持关闭,但使用者也可以毫不费力地打开它。如图5所示,位于充电器门下端的铰链90使充电器门能打开用以显露出保持腔92,在保持腔92的底部具有容座94。这种容座94的结构适于容纳诸如市面上Robert Bosch Tool公司生产的电池组。在给电池组充电时,需要将电线78连接交流电源,有多个弹簧夹96用于使电池组保持在适当位置。
参考图7,在右侧壁16上,一对双向交流电输出口100位于门102(图中仅表示出一个)的下方,所述门在这对输出口顶部铰接。当输出口是标准的双插座(duplex receptacle)时,优选的是,输出口形成接地故障电路断流器,为使用者提供附加的安全措施,特别是在所述充电和音频设备遭遇到恶劣气候条件的情况下。标准的这种接地故障电路断流器,还具有复位按钮(reset button)104和测试按钮106。
参考图8,为了便于携带所述充电和音频设备,在该设备的顶面18具有把手108,该把手通常由半球状的凹部110形成,该凹部具有桥接部分112,该桥接部分在凹部延伸并越过该凹部,并与凹部共同形成用于携带所述设备的把手108。显而易见的是,凹部的大小要大到足以使使用者毫不费力地将手插入到该凹部中,用以抓住桥接部分112。
从附图中显而易见的是,该设备具有通常如图中附图标记120所示的框架结构,事实上,所有附图对这种框架结构都有表示,但在图2、图4和图8中最为清楚。由于框架结构120在每个方向上都比壳体10要大,从而为壳体本身及壳体的正面、后面和侧面上的元件提供一种保护结构。在优选的实施例中,框架结构20形成具有开口的正方体,但在必要时该框架结构也可以形成具有开口的长方体。该框架结构具有多个细长的圆柱杆122,优选的是,这种圆柱杆由空心铝制成。从附图中显而易见的是,这些圆柱杆以与每两个壁的交界面相隔开的方式延伸。在框架结构120的八个角中的每个角的三个壁交叉处,三个圆柱杆122终止于三通道连接器124,优选的是,该三通道连接器由坚固硬质塑料或类似塑料的材料制成,使其能够经受住冲击而不会发生损坏。如图2和图4所示,每个连接器都具有一对定位螺钉126,这种定位螺钉安装在连接器124的开口内,并在如图所示的水平或竖直方向与圆柱杆122的侧面配合,而且连接器还具有六角头螺钉128,该螺钉与沿着横穿图2和图4所示的水平和竖直方向定位的圆柱杆122配合。定位螺钉128可以与空心杆122的内径配合,或与嵌入到所述圆柱杆122每一端的插头或其它元件相配合,以使得连接器与圆柱杆牢固连接。关于定位螺钉126,它们可以仅与它们所接触的圆柱杆的外表面固定,或者它们可以拧进圆柱杆的侧面。
如图1和图8所示,壳体具有细长凹部130,该凹部位于壳体顶部和侧面形成的角以及底部和侧面形成的角处。优选具有相同结构和外径的短圆柱杆132安装在每个凹部内,并通过安装在壳体内相应大小的开口内而固定在相对端。框架结构120通过在相对端具有开口的连接件134与圆柱杆132相连接,圆柱杆122和132可以穿过该开口。在每个凹部130的末端都有一个连接件134,也就是说,总共有8个连接件用于使框架结构120固定在壳体12上。优选的是,连接件134由与连接器124相同的材料制成,以使得该连接件不会由于在建筑工地上会遇到的常见粗糙处理而轻易被损坏。
参考图9,在包含本发明的设备的电路示意图中,所示音频设备30经由保险丝80以及导线140和142而与电线70相连接。地线144也从输出口100伸到插头72上。导线140和142还伸到输出口100上,以及伸到充电器84上,充电器84具有输出线146和148,所述输出线伸到容座94上,在容座94中可以嵌入可取下的电池。输出线146和148还伸到继电器150上,该继电器由继电器线圈152控制,该线圈可以识别导线140和142中是否有电流。继电器150是一种通常闭合的继电器,当插头72与交流电源连接时,也就是说,当该音频设备由交流电源驱动时,该继电器才打开。可以理解的是,实际上,该音频设备可以采用直流电压,该音频设备可以具有作为其结构一部分的内部电压转换器。
另一转换器154可用于给直流电源插座82供电。当插头72与交流电源连接时,如果可取下电池置于容座94中,那么充电器84就能给可取下电池充电,并且输出口100用来给其它工具、灯具之类供电,直流电源插座82同样可用来供电。如果将插头72从交流电源上断开,继电器150将形成闭合电路,以使得可取下的电池与该音频设备相连接,从而能给该音频设备供电。可以理解的是,当该继电器如图所示断开电路时,该充电器不能给该音频设备供电,并且当由于充电器84不具有固定电池或不同于通过导线140和142的交流电的其它电源,而没有交流电被供应到电路中时,该充电器也不能向该音频设备30供电。
尽管对本发明的各种实施例进行了阐述,但可以理解的是,其它修改、置换和选择对于本领域所属技术人员是显而易见的。所述修改、置换和选择不会超出本发明的精神和范围,而本发明的精神和范围将由以下权利要求限定。
下述权利要求将阐明本发明的各种特征。
Claims (16)
1.一种装置,其包括:
壳体,其具有多个壁、顶部和底部;
位于所述壳体中的充电器,用于给可取下的电池组充电,这种电池组用于给可再充电的手动工具和其它工具供电;
与所述充电器以可操作的方式相连接的充电容座,所述充电容座可容纳将由所述充电器充电的可取下的电池组;
位于所述壳体中用于生成音频信号的音频设备;
用于连接所述装置与交流电源的电线和插头;
用于将所述电线与所述充电器和所述音频设备连接的第一电路,由此交流电施加给所述音频设备并给之供电,并且施加给所述充电器;
继电器,其连接在位于所述充电容座中的电池组的正极连接和负极连接二者与所述音频设备之间的电路中;
连接在所述第一电路和所述音频设备之间的电路中的继电器线圈,所述线圈直接监控是否存在施加给所述音频设备的交流电,当所述线圈探测到交流电正在施加给所述音频设备时,所述线圈使所述继电器在连接至电池的正极连接和负极连接二者处打开电路从而将所述音频设备与所述电池电隔离,并且,当所述线圈没有探测到交流电正在施加给所述音频设备时,所述继电线圈使所述继电器在连接至电池的正极连接和负极连接二者处闭合电路,从而在不使用交流电时,使所述电池组向所述音频设备供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括至少一个连接在所述第一电路中的交流电源插座,以使得在所述电线和插头连接交流电源时,可向所述插座供应交流电。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括连接在所述第一电路中的交流-直流转换器以及至少一个与所述转换器连接的直流电源插座。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,还包括在所述至少一个交流电源插座和所述电线之间连接到所述第一电路中的接地故障电路断流器。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音频设备包括收音机。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音频设备还包括CD播放器。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体为大致长方体形状。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体为大致正方体形状。
9.如权利要求7所述的装置,还包括框架结构,所述框架结构形成具有开口的长方体,它的每个支柱与其它两个支柱以直角连接,所述框架结构大于所述壳体,并在多个连接点处附装到所述壳体上,所述框架结构用于保护所述壳体。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述框架结构包括多个细长的大致圆柱形的框架构件,这些框架构件通过连接器配件在8个角上相互连接。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体具有顶部、底部、前壁、后壁和两侧壁;以及位于顶部与两侧壁的交界面处和底部与两侧壁的交界面处的凹部;位于每个凹部中并在相对端处附装到所述壳体上的细长圆柱形壳体构件;多个连接用连接器,所述连接器被附装到每个壳体构件和相邻的框架构件上,从而将所述框架结构连接到所述壳体上。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音频设备具有位于所述壳体前壁中的操作控制装置和显示装置。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括位于后壁中用于访问腔的访问门,所述腔包括容座,容座用于容纳通过所述充电器充电的电池组。
14.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个交流电源插座位于第一侧壁中。
15.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述电线和插头从第二侧壁中伸出,所述装置还包括在所述第二侧壁上的电线卷绕结构。
16.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述顶部具有凹部,所述凹部中带有延伸过所述凹部的桥接部分,形成用于携带所述装置的把手。
