Abstract

本发明涉及普通Q235B热轧钢板的双面搪瓷瓷釉及用途,瓷釉由底釉和面釉组成,先将底釉配方在1250℃,熔制,球磨后喷涂在3-10mm厚的钢板上,在900℃烧制5-10分钟;再将面釉配方在1150℃熔制,球磨后喷涂在着有底釉的钢板上,在860℃烧制5-10分钟,得到搪瓷钢板。本发明具有:在普通热轧钢板的双面搪瓷,使钢板的内外表面都具有防腐能力,不仅能满足厌氧发酵罐内正常产气反应的要求,而且罐外也有很好的防腐能力,而且釉体性质稳定,适合厌氧发酵罐内微生物的生长、繁殖;并能长年使用,成本低,工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明是一种普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉,尤其是一种用普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉来制备搪瓷钢板的方法。
背景技术
随着搪瓷新产品的不断开发,各种新技术新工艺层出不穷,搪瓷制品应用的范围越来起广。用搪瓷钢板拼装厌氧发酵罐就是其中之一。在各种不同的搪瓷制品中,所需要的搪瓷用釉的性能侧重点也不相同。如日用搪瓷产品要求无毒和美观,但只能在普通热轧钢板上单面搪瓷,达不到厌氧发酵罐的使用要求和寿命要求,且维护成本高。而工业反应釜搪瓷用釉主要起到耐酸、耐碱和使用寿命长的特点,但将对于沼气用搪瓷钢板用釉来说,成本高,工艺相对复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对沼气厌氧发酵罐用搪瓷钢板用釉的实际运用,并结合现有的钢板搪瓷类产品的瓷釉配方不能有效的适用到沼气用厌氧发酵罐搪瓷钢板用釉生产当中,存在成本相对较高或工艺相对复杂以及达不到沼气厌氧发酵罐搪瓷钢板用釉要求,而提供一种普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉及其用途,本发明根据实际用途而研发,能很好满足厌氧发酵罐内产气正常反应的要求,釉体性质仍然稳定,适合沼气池内微生物的生长、繁殖;并能长年使用,成本低,工艺简单。
本发明的目的可通过下述技术方案来实现:。
沼气用厌氧发酵罐搪瓷钢板的瓷釉,由底釉和面釉组成,其特征在于底釉和面釉分别由以下成分组成,按重量份计,
底釉:SiO245-57份,AL2O35-7份,B2O35-15份,Na2O+K2O15-20份,CaF25-10份,NiO+Sb2O31-3份,按上述成分取量,在1250℃熔制成底釉瓷釉,将熔制的底釉瓷釉按100份计,再加入钼酸钡:0.5~0.8份,氧化锑:0.5~0.8份,硼砂:0.4份,亚硝:0.3份,加水后一起球磨得到底釉釉浆;
面釉:SiO238-45份,AL2O30-3份,B2O315-20份,Na2O+K2O10-15份,TiO215-20份,Na2SiF65-10份,ZrO21-3份,MgO1-3份,按上述成份取量,在1150℃熔制成面釉瓷釉,将熔制的面釉珐琅按100份计,再加入粘土4-8份、色素3-5份,尿素0.1-0.3份一起球磨得到面釉釉浆。
所述的普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉来制备沼气用厌氧发酵罐的搪瓷钢板的方法,其特征在于按以下步骤进行:(1)将底釉釉浆喷涂在3-10mm厚的钢板上,在900℃烧烧制5-10分钟;(2)再将面釉釉浆喷涂在第(1)步后的底釉上,在860℃烧5-10分种制得沼气厌氧发酵罐用搪瓷钢板。
所述的普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉用于制备沼气厌氧发酵罐搪瓷钢板的用途。

按表1取各物质及用量,制成底釉釉浆后,喷涂在3-10mm厚的钢板上,在900℃烧烧制5-10分钟;(2)再将面釉釉浆喷涂在第(1)步后的底釉上,在860℃烧5-10分钟制得沼气用厌氧发酵罐的搪瓷钢板。
用本实施例3制得的沼气用搪瓷钢板进行检验,其相应数据如下:检验报告

经上述对样品检验,所检项目符合标准Q/LZS TCGB/001-2011的要求

Claims (1)

1.一种用普通Q235B热轧钢板双面搪瓷的瓷釉来制备搪瓷钢板的方法,该瓷釉由底釉和面釉组成,底釉和面釉分别由以下成分组成,按重量百分比计,底釉:SiO245-57份,AL2O35-7份,B2O35-15份,Na2O+K2O15-20份,CaF25-10份,NiO+Sb2O31-3份,按上述成分取量,在1250℃熔制成底釉瓷釉,将熔制的底釉瓷釉按100份计,再加入钼酸钡:0.5~0.8份,氧化锑:0.5~0.8份,硼砂:0.4份,亚硝酸钠:0.3份,加水后一起球磨得到底釉釉浆; 
面釉:SiO238-45份,AL2O30-3份,B2O315-20份,Na2O+K2O10-15份,TiO215-20份,Na2SiF65-10份,ZrO21-3份,MgO1-3份,按上述成份取量,在1150℃熔制成面釉瓷釉,将熔制的面釉珐琅按100份计,再加入粘土4-8份、色素3-5份,尿素0.1-0.3份一起球磨得到面釉釉浆; 
其特征在于按以下步骤进行:(1)将底釉釉浆喷涂在3-10mm厚的钢板上,在900℃烧烧制5-10分钟;(2)再将面釉釉浆喷涂在第(1)步后的底釉上,在860℃烧5-10分制得沼气用搪瓷钢板。
