Abstract

背景技术
文中所述的实施例涉及用于车辆的座垫。更具体地,文中所述的实施例涉及一种用于将座垫附连于车辆内的座椅框架的弹性闭锁件和方法。
通常,通过以下方式来形成用于公交车的座椅:将框架构件附连在一起,以形成一个或多个子框架,诸如座背子框架和座垫子框架。当组装子框架以形成座椅框架时,座垫附连于座椅框架。座椅框架通常固定地附连于公交车底板。
座垫借助一机构固定到座椅框架,该机构既将座垫稳靠地保持在座椅框架上,还允许座垫容易从座椅框架枢转,例如使座椅绕铰链向前枢转,以清洁座椅。该机构应易于安装,自动地将座垫闭锁到座椅框架上,并且制造成本较低。
通常,转锁机构用于将座垫附连到座椅框架上。然而,当借助转锁机构将座垫安装到座椅框架上时,转锁并非自动地将座垫闭锁到座椅框架上。安装者必须采取辅助步骤来确保座垫牢固地保持在座椅框架内。
发明内容
文中所述的实施例涉及一种用于将座垫保持到座椅框架的弹性闭锁件和将座垫附连到座椅框架的方法。在一个实施例中,弹性闭锁件包括具有大致V形的弹性部。弹性部具有弹性腿部以及锁定腿部,该弹性腿部与座椅框架配合,而锁定腿部设置成相对于弹性腿部成一锐角。支撑部与锁定腿部一起形成大致三角形,且支撑部具有附连于座垫的座垫配合腿部。
另一实施例提供一种将座垫附连于座椅框架的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:设置具有弹性部和支撑部的弹性闭锁件,使弹性部的弹性腿部与座椅框架配合,将支撑部的座垫配合腿部附连于座垫,并使支撑部的支撑腿部接纳到弹性部的锁定腿部上的锁定形成部内。
另一实施例设置用于将座垫保持到座椅框架的弹性闭锁件。该弹性闭锁件包括弹性腿部和锁定腿部,弹性腿部在第一端部处具有构造成与座椅框架配合的框架配合唇部,锁定腿部从与框架配合唇部相对的端部、以一锐角从弹性腿部延伸。锁定腿部具有锁定形成部。座垫配合腿部从锁定腿部延伸,并大致平行于座垫。座垫配合腿部具有用于将座垫配合腿部附连于座垫的附连形成部。支撑腿部以一锐角从座垫配合腿部延伸。支撑腿部具有构造成接纳于锁定形成部内的端部。

具体实施方式
现参照图1-2,弹性闭锁件一般标示为10,并构造成将座垫12附连于诸如公交车的车辆(未示出)的座椅框架14。座椅框架14包括一个或多个座椅升降件16,座椅升降件可以附连于公交车的底板,而座垫12接纳于座椅升降件的顶面18上。
弹性闭锁件10由诸如钢之类金属的金属条制成,并具有约1英寸的宽度,但其它材料和尺寸也是可以的。弹性闭锁件10包括弹性部20,该弹性部与支撑部22一体形成。尽管弹性闭锁件10具有一件式构造,但弹性闭锁件能以多件来形成。
弹性部20为大致V形,并与座椅框架14的座椅升降件16配合。框架配合唇部24位于弹性部20的第一端部26处。框架配合唇部24构造成使座椅升降件16的凸缘28在该凸缘的底面30处与框架配合唇部的悬臂部32配合。悬臂部32与座垫12大致平行。框架配合唇部24的凸片部36与座垫12大致垂直,并与悬臂部32大致垂直。凸片部36与凸缘28的远侧表面34配合。
框架配合唇部24位于弹性腿部38的第一端部处26,并且是弹性腿部的延伸部。替代地,除了框架配合唇部24的唇状形成部以外,弹性腿部38可具有与座椅框架14配合的任何其它构造。
在弹性腿部38与框架配合唇部24相对的端部40处,弹性腿部以锐角α从锁定腿部42延伸。当安装在大致水平的座垫12上时,锁定腿部42可以大致垂直。诸如接纳开口的锁定形成部44位于锁定腿部42上。
弹性闭锁件10的支撑部22从锁定腿部42与弹性腿部38相对的端部46大致以直角β延伸。支撑部33包括座垫配合腿部48,该座垫配合腿部具有至少一个附连形成部50,例如是两个间隔开的孔。还可以使用其它的附连形成部50。在弹性闭锁件10中,附连形成部50接纳至少一个紧固件52(图2),该紧固件可穿过附连形成部引入,并可以接纳于座垫12的底面54内。
支撑部22的支撑腿部58从座垫配合腿部48的与锁定腿部42相对的端部56延伸。支撑腿部58和座垫配合腿部48形成锐角θ。舌状件60可位于支撑腿部58的端部62处,并可呈渐缩、倒圆、尖角或构造成接纳于锁定腿部42上的锁定形成部44内的任何其它形状。
弹性闭锁件10附连于座垫12,并且座垫定位到座椅框架14的顶面18上。当弹性闭锁件10附连于座垫12时,支撑腿部58的端部62并不锁定到锁定形成部44内,而是支撑部最初具有开口形状。例如,支撑腿部58在锁定特征被配合之前平行于锁定腿部42。换言之,在支撑腿部58的端部62接纳于锁定形成部44内之前,角度β和θ都可以呈大致90度。这样,安装者具有通向附连形成部50和紧固件52的加大通道。在将弹性闭锁件10紧固到座垫12之后,支撑腿部58能例如通过使用者来弯曲弹性闭锁件10而由锁定形成部44来接纳。
当支撑部22附连于座垫12时,支撑腿部58的端部62接纳于锁定形成部44内,且弹性部20与座椅框架14配合,弹性闭锁件10自动闭锁。当闭锁时,弹性闭锁件10阻止座垫12从座椅框架14进行垂直移位。
为了使座垫12从座椅框架14枢转或移位,使用者将压力施加于弹性部20,从而使弹性腿部38朝向锁定腿部42移位。框架配合唇部24与座椅框架14脱开,而座垫12和附连的弹性闭锁件10能从座椅框架14的顶面18进行枢转。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种用于将座垫附连于座椅框架的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
设置弹性闭锁件,所述弹性闭锁件具有弹性部和支撑部;
使所述弹性部的弹性腿部与所述座椅框架配合;
将所述支撑部的座椅配合腿部附连于所述座垫;以及
将所述支撑部的支撑腿部接纳于所述弹性部的锁定腿部上的锁定形成部内。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括设置大致V形的所述弹性部的步骤。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括设置大致三角形的所述支撑部的步骤。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述支撑部的所述座垫配合腿部附连于所述座垫的步骤在将所述支撑部的所述支撑腿部接纳于所述锁定形成部内的步骤之前。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括使所述弹性腿部朝向锁定腿部移位以使所述弹性腿部从所述座椅框架脱开的步骤,以允许所述座垫从所述座椅框架移位。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹性腿部具有框架配合唇部,且所述座椅框架具有凸缘,所述方法还包括使所述框架配合唇部与所述座椅框架上的所述凸缘配合的步骤。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于将座垫保持到座椅框架的弹性闭锁件,所述弹性闭锁件包括:
大致V形的弹性部,所述弹性部具有弹性腿部以及锁定腿部,所述弹性腿部与所述座椅框架配合,而所述锁定腿部设置成相对于所述弹性腿部成一锐角;以及
支撑部,所述支撑部与所述锁定腿部一起形成大致三角形,且所述支撑部具有附连于所述座垫的座垫配合腿部。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述弹性部和所述支撑部由钢一体制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述弹性腿部还包括框架配合唇部,所述框架配合唇部具有与所述座垫大致平行的悬臂部和与所述座垫大致垂直的凸片部。
4.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述锁定腿部包括锁定形成部。
5.如权利要求4所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述锁定形成部是接纳开口。
6.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述支撑部还包括以锐角从所述座垫配合腿部延伸的支撑腿部。
7.如权利要求6所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述支撑腿部与设置在所述锁定腿部上的锁定形成部配合。
8.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述座垫配合腿部具有用于将所述弹性闭锁件附连于所述座垫的至少一个附连形成部。
9.如权利要求1所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述弹性部的所述弹性腿部能朝向所述锁定腿部移位,以使所述弹性闭锁件与所述座椅框架脱开。
10.一种用于将座垫附连于座椅框架的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
设置弹性闭锁件,所述弹性闭锁件具有弹性部和支撑部;
使所述弹性部的弹性腿部与所述座椅框架配合;
将所述支撑部的座椅配合腿部附连于所述座垫;以及
将所述支撑部的支撑腿部接纳于所述弹性部的锁定腿部上的锁定形成部内。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括设置大致V形的所述弹性部的步骤。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括设置大致三角形的所述支撑部的步骤。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述支撑部的所述座垫配合腿部附连于所述座垫的步骤在将所述支撑部的所述支撑腿部接纳于所述锁定形成部内的步骤之前。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括使所述弹性腿部朝向锁定腿部移位以使所述弹性腿部从所述座椅框架脱开的步骤,以允许所述座垫从所述座椅框架移位。
15.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述弹性腿部具有框架配合唇部,且所述座椅框架具有凸缘,所述方法还包括使所述框架配合唇部与所述座椅框架上的所述凸缘配合的步骤。
16.一种用于将座垫保持到座椅框架的弹性闭锁件,所述弹性闭锁件包括:
弹性腿部,所述弹性腿部在第一端部处具有构造成与所述座椅框架配合的框架配合唇部;
锁定腿部,所述锁定腿部从与框架配合唇部相对的端部以锐角从弹性腿部延伸,所述锁定腿部具有锁定形成部;
座垫配合腿部,所述座垫配合腿部从所述锁定腿部延伸,并大致平行于所述座垫,所述座垫配合腿部具有用于将所述座垫配合腿部附连于所述座垫的附连形成部;以及
支撑腿部,所述支撑腿部以锐角从所述座垫配合腿部延伸,所述支撑腿部具有构造成接纳于所述锁定形成部内的端部。
17.如权利要求16所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述框架配合唇部还包括悬臂部和凸片部,所述悬臂部与所述座垫大致平行,而所述凸片部与所述座垫大致垂直。
18.如权利要求16所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述弹性腿部、所述锁定腿部、所述座垫配合腿部和所述支撑腿部由金属一体制成。
19.如权利要求16所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述支撑腿部还在与所述座垫配合腿部相对的端部处包括舌状件,所述锁定形成部还包括接纳开口,所述舌状件构造成接纳于所述接纳开口内。
20.如权利要求16所述的弹性闭锁件,其特征在于,所述弹性腿部能朝向所述锁定腿部移位,以使所述弹性闭锁件与所述座椅框架脱开。
