Abstract

本发明提供一种用于车辆离合器分离的改进的液压从动缸,特别是具有塑料壳体的从动缸,其具有主壳体(10)和分离的附加壳体(20),主壳体(10)与附加壳体(20)相连接,所述附加壳体(20)具有螺纹连接法兰(21),以安装在离合器钟形壳体上。本发明的从动缸能够快速地进行改变以适合于客户不同的安装要求,且制造成本较低。

改进的液压从动缸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆离合器分离的液压从动缸,特别是具有塑料壳体的从动缸。
背景技术
现有技术中,车辆离合器的分离通常借助同心从动缸(CSC)与分离轴承来进行,其中从动缸通过几个螺钉而被安装在离合器的钟形壳体上。从动缸壳体上具有螺纹连接法兰,其保持紧固力,将从动缸壳体压在位于壳体内的导向管上,以避免从动缸发生泄漏。
图1显示了现有技术的从动缸1的结构,其具有压力腔2,压力腔2由从动缸壳体3和同壳体3一体成型的导向管4限定出。在一些设计中,导向管4可与从动缸壳体3分离,但需通过位于两者之间的静态O型圈(未示出)密封两者之间的间隙。压力腔2通常充有液压流体,其由装配在活塞5上的唇形密封件6密封,活塞5则与分离轴承7相连接并且能够在压力腔2内往复运动。一预载弹簧8给分离轴承7预加载荷,以将分离轴承7压在离合器膜片弹簧(未示出)上。壳体3上的螺纹连接法兰9被设计成与离合器钟形壳体上的螺纹孔的位置和数量配合,以保证通过螺钉将从动缸紧密安装在钟形壳体上。
从动缸还可以具有防尘罩,其被安装在壳体3上,以减小灰尘对从动缸的污染和唇形密封件的磨损。
从动缸壳体是从动缸的主要部件,特别是对于塑料从动缸而言。但是,由于离合器钟形壳体内的有限的固定空间,其上的用于安装从动缸的螺纹孔的数量和位置在不同车辆和客户的钟形壳体之间是完全不同的。因此,为了适应不同车辆和客户的要求,从动缸壳体的结构总是需要做出很大改变,这既耗时又增加成本,特别是在改变加工方面,而且这对于从动缸的良好密封功能和摩擦功能等涉及离合器分离的功能没有任何好处。在有防尘罩的情形中,防尘罩的连接法兰仅适合于安装在从动缸壳体上。
在现有技术中,一款成功且耐用的从动缸产品很难直接转给新客户,这仅仅是因为客户对其离合器钟形壳体不同的安装要求。
因此,需要一种更加标准化、柔性和成本有效的从动缸,以应对汽车市场上的激烈竞争。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的从动缸,用于车辆离合器的分离。根据本发明,从动缸仅需进行较小和快速的改变就能适合于不同客户的要求。
为此,本发明提供了一种从动缸,其具有标准的主壳体和分离的附加壳体,附加壳体具有螺纹连接法兰并安装在主壳体上,以配合客户对从动缸安装的不同要求。
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供了一种从动缸,特别是具有塑料壳体的从动缸,其具有主壳体,导向管位于主壳体内并与主壳体一起限定出压力腔,压力腔充有液压流体,其借助装配在活塞上的唇形密封件密封,活塞与分离轴承相连接并能够在压力腔内往复运动。所述从动缸还具有分离的附加壳体,所述主壳体与所述附加壳体相连接,所述附加壳体具有螺纹连接法兰,以安装在离合器钟形壳体上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述主壳体和附加壳体通过插接连接、螺纹连接、搭扣连接或卡扣连接相连接。
根据本发明的实施例,所述从动缸还具有防尘罩,其被安装在所述主壳体上,以减小灰尘对从动缸的污染和唇形密封件的磨损。
根据本发明的实施例,所述防尘罩与所述附加壳体一体形成。
根据本发明的实施例,一预载弹簧给分离轴承提供预加载荷,以将分离轴承压在离合器膜片弹簧上。
根据本发明,从动缸壳体由主壳体和分离的附加壳体组成。由此,主壳体可以容易进行标准化制造,以实现从动缸涉及离合器分离的功能,而附加壳体具有螺纹连接法兰,以实现从动缸的安装功能。具有螺纹连接法兰的附加壳体能够容易且快速地改变,以适合于客户对安装在不同的离合器钟形壳体上的要求(例如,一个客户不需要两个螺纹连接法兰,而是需要3个螺纹连接法兰,或者设置需要改变螺纹孔的位置),而不会对涉及离合器分离功能的主壳体的尺寸和公差产生任何改变影响(现有技术则通常需要较长的时间和较大的成本),从而进行较小和快速的改变是可能的。

具体实施方式
下面参照图2-4详细描述本发明的实施例。
图2显示了本发明的从动缸的结构,其整体由1’标示。从动缸1’具有压力腔12,压力腔12由从动缸主壳体10和导向管11限定出。导向管11也可与从动缸主壳体10一体形成。压力腔12通常充有液压流体,其由装配在活塞13上的唇形密封件14密封,活塞13则与分离轴承15操作地连接并且能够在压力腔12内往复运动。一预载弹簧16给分离轴承15预加载荷,以将分离轴承15压在离合器膜片弹簧(未示出)上。从动缸1’的上述结构与现有技术的从动缸的结构相同,故省略对其的详细描述。
本发明的从动缸1’还具有分离的附加壳体20,其与主壳体10相连接。附加壳体20上的螺纹连接法兰21被设计成与离合器钟形壳体上的螺纹孔的位置和数量配合,以保证通过螺钉将从动缸1’紧密安装在钟形壳体上。
图3显示了本发明的从动缸的透视图。如图3所示,主壳体10和附加壳体20通过插接连接相连接,其中主壳体10上设有栓17,附加壳体20上设有相对应的凹槽22,通过将栓17插入凹槽22中而使主壳体10和附加壳体20相连接。当然,主壳体10和附加壳体20的连接方式不限于此,而是可以包括螺纹连接、搭扣连接或卡扣连接。
图4显示了本发明的从动缸的另一实施例,其与图2所示的实施例基本相同,区别仅在于从动缸1”具有防尘罩30,其被安装在主壳体上,以减小灰尘对从动缸1”的污染和唇形密封件的磨损。防尘罩30也可与附加壳体20一体形成,从而无需另外的防尘罩。
通过分离的附加壳体20,本发明的从动缸仅需对附加壳体20进行改变就能容易地满足不同客户的安装要求,而无需再改变主壳体10,节省了加工时间和成本,主壳体10的标准化制造也是可能的。
本领域技术人员可以理解,以上描述只是示例性的。在不背离本发明的思想和范围的情况下,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作出多种修改和变化。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆离合器分离的液压从动缸,特别是具有塑料壳体的从动缸,其具有主壳体(10),导向管(11)位于主壳体(10)内并与主壳体(10)一起限定出压力腔(12),压力腔(12)充有液压流体,其借助装配在活塞(13)上的唇形密封件(14)密封,活塞(13)与分离轴承(15)相连接并能够在压力腔(12)内往复运动,其特征在于,所述从动缸还具有分离的附加壳体(20),所述主壳体(10)与所述附加壳体(20)相连接,所述附加壳体(20)具有螺纹连接法兰(21),以安装在离合器钟形壳体上。
2.权利要求1所述的液压从动缸,其中所述主壳体(10)和附加壳体(20)通过插接连接、螺纹连接、搭扣连接或卡扣连接相连接。
3.权利要求1或2所述的液压从动缸,其中所述从动缸还具有防尘罩(30),其被安装在所述主壳体(10)上,以减小灰尘对从动缸的污染和唇形密封件(16)的磨损。
4.权利要求3所述的液压从动缸,其中所述防尘罩(30)与所述附加壳体(20)一体形成。
5.权利要求1所述的液压从动缸,其中预载弹簧(16)安装于所述附加壳体(20)上,给分离轴承(15)提供预加载荷,以将分离轴承(15)压在离合器膜片弹簧上。
