一种密封放气阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封控制阀门,尤其涉及一种用于液压管路系统放气或排液的密封控制阀门。
背景技术
液压系统是广泛应用在各种设备中的力传递系统,比如刹车、离合器等设备,在液压系统中,液压油需要在密闭状态下才能保持良好的工作状态,当液压系统中出现空气时,则需要将其排出,以恢复正常液压系统工作状态。此外,在维护保养过程中,首先需要将液压系统中原来的液压油排出,加注新的液压油时,也需要将系统内的空气排出,以保证液压油的顺利灌入。
最常见的排出液压油和空气的方法是通过放气螺钉,中国实用新型专利201220405640.7号揭示了一种液压系统的放气螺栓,其包括螺栓杆和与螺栓杆相连接的螺栓头,螺栓杆包括设置有螺纹的螺纹段以及与螺栓头连接的连接段,螺纹段的外表面上设置有用于放气的凹槽,该放气螺栓在放气时不必将螺栓全部旋出,即可实现放气目的。由于密封效果与放气功能,都是通过螺钉的松紧来实现,并且2者互斥,所以在需要密封的时候,必须将螺钉拧紧。虽然该设计中的放气螺钉已经进行了一定改进,但是放气螺钉依然只能通过工具或者把手进行放松或者拧紧,在进行空间布图设计上,必须给放气螺钉留下一定额外的空间,因而在设计空间紧密型的设备上就不方便使用,否则会降低设计的质量,或者增加后续修理维护的难度。
因此,一种既能够进行密封和放气,又不需要工具或者把手就能进行开关的放气阀门便是亟需的设计。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是提供不需要工具或者把手就能进行开关的放气阀门。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种可旋转开启的密封放气阀门,其包括密封阀体和放气阀,所述密封阀体和放气阀截面呈圆形,所述密封阀体套在放气阀外部,其底面与放气阀紧贴,放气阀可在其内部转动。密封阀体底面中心设有第二放气孔,所述底面有与第二放气孔连通的凹陷槽,凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的距离不均,所述放气阀顶端设有偏心的第一放气孔,所述第一放气孔离第二放气孔的径向距离大于所述凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的最小距离,并且小于所述凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的最大距离。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:放气功能开启与关闭通过密封阀体与放气阀之间旋转角度位置变化来实现,与密封效果的实现相对独立,在实现密封效果的同时也无需额外工具来控制放气开关。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明的放气密封阀门包括密封阀体1和放气阀2,所述密封阀体1和放气阀2呈圆柱形,密封阀体1一端开口,紧密套在放气阀2的外部,另一端中心有第二放气孔12,所述第二放气孔12一端通向外部,另一端连通内部凹陷槽13,凹陷槽13的内侧壁各位置与第二放气孔12的距离不相同,例如,偏心圆形,或者带缺口圆形。放气阀2与密封阀体1底部紧密贴合,顶端有连通放气阀2内部通道的第一放气孔21,第一放气孔21离放气阀2中心的径向距离大于所述凹陷槽13的内侧壁与第二放气孔12的最小距离,并且小于所述凹陷槽13的内侧壁与第二放气孔12的最大距离。
所述放气阀2被所述密封阀体1套住,并能在其内部转动,如图1所示,当所述凹陷槽13与第一放气孔21接通时,第一放气孔21与第二放气孔12连通,本发明的放气密封阀体可以进行液压油或者空气排出;如图2所示,当所述凹陷槽13与第一放气孔21错开时,第一放气孔21与第二放气孔12不连通,本发明的放气密封阀体实现密封。
进一步地,所述密封阀体1内侧的凹陷槽13内,设有可形变的密封圈3,所述密封圈3的高度略大于凹陷槽13的深度,且与凹陷槽13的内壁紧贴,当所述密封阀体1底部与放气阀2紧密贴合时,所述密封圈3发生形变,产生进一步密封效果。所述密封圈3可以根据凹陷槽13的形状不同而选取O型环或者异形环。
进一步地,所述密封阀体1套在放气阀2外部,通过钳夹4夹紧,产生进一步密封效果。
进一步地,所述密封阀体1内壁设有转动槽14,所述放气阀2外侧设有限位块22,所述限位块22可以随着放气阀2与密封阀体1的相对转动在转动槽14中转动,所述转动槽14为圆弧形,其一端使限位块22停在第一放气孔21与第二放气孔12连通状态,如图1所示,另一端使限位块22停在第一放气孔21与第二放气孔12不连通状态,如图2所示。

Claims (6)

1.一种密封放气阀门,包括密封阀体和放气阀,所述密封阀体和放气阀截面呈圆形,所述密封阀体套在放气阀外部,其底面与所述放气阀紧贴,所述放气阀可在其内部转动,其特征在于:所述密封阀体底面中心设有第二放气孔,所述底面有与第二放气孔连通的凹陷槽,且所述凹陷槽环绕所述密封阀体的底面中心设置,凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的距离不均,所述放气阀顶端设有偏心的第一放气孔,所述第一放气孔离第二放气孔的径向距离大于所述凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的最小距离,并且小于所述凹陷槽的内侧壁与第二放气孔的最大距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封放气阀门,其特征在于:所述凹陷槽内设有可形变的密封圈,所述密封圈紧贴凹陷槽的内侧壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的密封放气阀门,其特征在于:所述密封环是O形环或者异形环。
4.如权利要求1至3所述的任一密封放气阀门,其特征在于:所述密封阀体外部设有用于将所述放气阀固定在其内部的钳夹。
5.如权利要求1至3所述的任一密封放气阀门,其特征在于:所述密封阀体内侧壁设有弧形转动槽,所述放气阀外侧设有限位部,所述限位部可以在转动槽中转动,所述转动槽的一端使限位部停在第一放气孔与第二放气孔连通状态,另一端使限位部停在第一放气孔与第二放气孔不连通状态。
6.如权利要求4所述的密封放气阀门,其特征在于:所述密封阀体内侧壁设有弧形转动槽,所述放气阀外侧设有限位部,所述限位部可以在转动槽中转动,所述转动槽的一端使限位部停在第一放气孔与第二放气孔连通状态,另一端使限位部停在第一放气孔与第二放气孔不连通状态。
