[0048] 本发明主要根据传统中医学辨正施治的原理,集众医家所长,广采博收民间及民族地区奇药妙方,并基于现代医学对癌症的发病机理的认识及治疗原则,经长期诊疗病例的临床实践总结而成。中医治疗癌症是以辩病与辩证相结合,面对错综复杂的各种症状进行治疗。中医认为癌症最基本的特点是正虚邪实。本发明以扶正培本为主,首先辨清阴阳气血盛衰,再辨别五脏虚损及脏腑的相互关系,采用五脏分补的方法扶正培本,主要采用仙鹤草、鸡血藤、黄芪、当归、何首乌等中药补气血、固本。中医认为癌症的发生与气机运行失调有关,气机不畅,则津液气血运行代谢障碍,积而成癌。本发明采用紫衫、半枝莲、臭灵丹、夏枯草、白花蛇色草、土鳖虫、威灵仙、石见穿、海藻、山慈菇、核桃树枝、灵芝草、泽漆、一枝黄花、黄药子、九香虫、八月札、喜树、天花粉、穿山甲、全蝎、白英、海螵蛸、蜈蚣、水蛭、壁虎、斑蝥、蟾蜍、藤黄、蜣螂、马钱子、砒石等药物化癌消肿、以毒攻毒。中医认为癌症的发生多与肿块与瘀血有关,本发明的方中采用了益母草、丹參、土牛膝、王不留行、三七、山楂、茜草、三棱、当归、没药、丹皮、赤芍、玄參、生地、桃仁、红花等中药活血化瘀、软坚散结。本发明采用了清热解毒的中药成份土茯苓、蒲公英、金银花、意仁、败酱草、青蒿、枳壳、半夏、大黄、柴胡、白介子等。本发明采用止疼的中药成分延胡索、鸡矢藤、沉香、香附、郁金、木香、麝香等成分。本发明采用了 110味中药,君臣佐使合理搭配,兼顾方方面面,起到了对癌症标本兼治的作用。本发明采用的原料药为常用的普通中药,制作成本低,副作用小。本发明具有可有效增强自身免役力、攻邪而不伤正的优点,且起效快,疗效高,治愈率高,复发率较低,标本兼治,安全可靠。本发明可治疗各种类型的癌症,特别是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、胰腺癌、宫颈癌及乳腺癌。

[0050] 病例资料:全部病例均经病理及影象学检查,确诊为早、中、晩期癌症,其中肺癌26例,胃癌24例,肝癌9例,食道癌8例,胰腺癌3例,乳腺癌19例,宫颈癌11例。
[0051] 治疗方法:用本发明实施例1-5制备的ロ服液毎次10_20ml,日服3次,或用本发明实施例1-5制备的提取散剂制备的片剂、颗粒、提取散剂、胶囊、冲剂等,使用其中ー种,每次3-20克,日服3-5次,也可用本发明实施例1-5制备的生粉散剂或生粉散剂制成的片齐U、颗粒、生粉散剂、胶囊、冲剂等其中ー种,毎次5-20克日服3-5次,各种剂型可交替使用,儿童减半。治疗30天为ー疗程,轻症1-3个疗程,重症3-6个疗程。婴幼儿、孕妇、妇女月经期、年老体质极度虚弱患者禁用。
[0052] 服药期间7-10天观察一次,主要观察症状、体症改善情况及不良反应。治疗前后均查血压、心脏、肝、肾功能和尿常规。治疗结束两周内到医院复查病情。

[0061] 其中,云南省会泽县杨姓患者,男,47岁,2000年经本地大医院诊断为恶性皮肤癌,在本地大医院治疗6年,并作了 4次手术,终被判定为无治。服本发明的药物提取散剤、胶囊、冲剂轮换使用,6个疗程后完全治愈,连续观察6年无复发。

2.根据权利要求1所述的ー种治疗癌症的中药制剂,其特征在于,所述的药剂是ロ服液、颗粒、散剤、胶囊、冲剂及片剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的ー种治疗癌症的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述的散剂由以下步骤制成: (1)将原料药按常规方法制为含水量为10%的水提取液, (2)将步骤(I)得到的水提取液干燥、粉碎、过至少200目筛,取筛下物为提取散剤。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的ー种治疗癌症的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述的片剂、颗粒剂、冲剂或胶囊由以下步骤制成: (I)将原料药按常规方法制为含水量为10%的水提取液,(2)将步骤(I)得到的水提取液干燥、粉碎、过至少200目筛,取筛下物为提取散剂, (3)按常规方法用步骤(2)制得的提取散剂制为片剂、颗粒剂、冲剂或胶囊。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗癌症的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述的片剂、颗粒剂、冲剂或胶囊由以下步骤制成: (1)将权利要求1所述的原料药筛去灰土,粉碎, (2)过至少200目筛, (3)取筛下物,消毒灭菌,为生粉散剂, (4)按常规方法 用步骤(3)制得的生粉散剂制为片剂、颗粒剂、冲剂或胶囊。
