Abstract

本发明公开了一种改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置,该装置由托臂、滑块本体、压缩弹簧、弹簧座和锁紧螺母组成,滑块本体与托臂之间设置一定间隙,使径向水平有缓冲位置,滑块本体内安装一只内压缩弹簧,滑块本体外再装一只外压缩弹簧。托臂与滑块之间装有耐磨衬套,外弹簧装有弹簧座,并且用锁紧螺母调整锁紧。该装置设计合理,结构简单,调整使用方便,减少或消除了因万向接轴高速旋转所产生的径向水平跳动,延长了设备使用寿命,确保了轧制产品的质量稳定。

一种改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置
技术领域
本发明属于轧钢设备技术领域,具体涉及轧机主机列等速齿轮箱与轧辊联接之高转速、可伸缩万向接轴悬臂式托架滑块装置。
背景技术
在型钢全连轧生产线中,轧机主机列的等速箱与轧辊之间一般都采用万向接轴联接。由于轧制速度较高,中型型钢连轧线的K1线速度可达到13.6m/s,并且轧机要求横移,便于更换孔型后,可确保在线所有轧机孔型在一条直线上,有利轧制生产顺利,不易跑钢;及换辊时,辊系可整体推出进行整体更换、节约时间。故万向接轴必须选用可伸缩式的(±300mm)。万向接轴在高转速旋转时必然会产生较强的剧烈跳动。原设计的万向接轴悬臂托架的滑块装置在克服径向水平方向跳动存在致命缺陷(见图3),只在托臂10与滑块11内装一组蝶形弹簧13,用锁紧螺母12安装好后使托臂、滑块成为一个刚体,水平方向无弹性缓冲余地,万向接轴高速旋转时造成整个悬臂托架剧烈摆动,6只M48地脚螺栓都无法固定,根本不能使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置,该装置能使轧钢主机列万向接轴悬臂式托架在高速旋转时保持平稳,降低径向水平跳动,提高设备使用寿命,确保轧制的产品质量稳定。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置由托臂、滑块本体、 压缩弹簧、弹簧座和锁紧螺母组成。其特点是滑块本体与托臂之间设置一定间隙,使径向水平有缓冲位置,滑块本体内安装一只内压缩弹簧,滑块本体外再装一只外压缩弹簧,托臂与滑块之间装有耐磨衬套,外弹簧装有弹簧座,并且用锁紧螺母调整锁紧。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置由托臂1、滑块本体2、 内压缩弹簧3、外压缩弹簧4、弹簧座5和锁紧螺母6组成。
所述滑块本体2长度减少10mm,使滑块本体2与托臂之间形成缓冲间隙9。
所述托臂1与滑块本体2之间装有耐磨衬套7、8。
所述滑块本体2内安装一只内压缩弹簧3,外压缩弹簧4装在托臂1的伸出部位,外压缩弹簧4上安装弹簧座5,然后将锁紧螺母6装上,利用锁紧螺母6调整好托臂1与万向接轴轴承座水平中心位置,同时将锁紧螺母并牢。
本发明设计合理,结构简单,调整使用方便,减少或消除了因万向接轴高速旋转所产生的径向水平跳动,延长了设备使用寿命,确保了轧制产品的质量稳定,值得推广应用。

1.一种改进结构的悬臂式万向接轴托架滑块装置,所述滑块装置由托臂、滑块本体、 压缩弹簧、弹簧座和锁紧螺母组成,其特征是滑块本体与托臂之间设有间隙,滑块本体内安装一只内压缩弹簧,滑块本体外再装一只外压缩弹簧,外压缩弹簧安装在托臂的伸出部位,托臂与滑块本体之间安装有耐磨衬套,外压缩弹簧上装有弹簧座,并且用锁紧螺母调整锁紧。
