Abstract

本发明提供了一种柔性夹紧装置,包括下料溜子、支撑梁、支承座、侧封板、导向芯轴、调压螺栓,所述的下料溜子上端安装在支撑梁上,下料溜子下部的两侧悬挂有两侧封板;所述的支承座上设有多个调压螺栓,每个调压螺栓中心孔内均穿有导向芯轴,导向芯轴垂直穿过侧封板,调压螺栓和侧封板之间的导向芯轴外侧套装有蝶形弹簧。本发明支撑座上的调压螺栓、导向芯轴及芯轴上的蝶形弹簧可以将悬挂于下料溜子下部两侧的侧封板压紧在下料溜子侧面,防止了对辊破碎机工作时漏矿现象的发生,且由于蝶形弹簧的弹性力,使得侧封板具有退让性,减轻了对辊端面的磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔性夹紧装置。
背景技术
现有的对辊破碎机,或是只有一个下料溜子置于主、从动辊轮的上方,存在漏矿的缺陷,或是采用了刚性安装的侧封板来防止漏矿现象的发生,但是由于侧封板刚性安装,侧封力大,使得侧封板与对辊端面之间的摩擦力大,造成对辊端面急剧磨损。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种不漏矿的柔性夹紧装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:包括下料溜子、支撑梁、支承座、侧封板、导向芯轴、调压螺栓, 所述的下料溜子上端安装在支撑梁上,下料溜子下部的两侧悬挂有两侧封板;所述的支承座上设有多个调压螺栓,每个调压螺栓中心孔内均穿有导向芯轴,导向芯轴垂直穿过侧封板,调压螺栓和侧封板之间的导向芯轴外侧套装有蝶形弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明支撑座上的调压螺栓、导向芯轴及芯轴上的蝶形弹簧可以将悬挂于下料溜子下部两侧的侧封板压紧在下料溜子侧面,防止了对辊破碎机工作时漏矿现象的发生,且由于蝶形弹簧的弹性力,使得侧封板具有退让性,减轻了对辊端面的磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本发明包括下料溜子1、支撑梁2、支承座7、侧封板6、导向芯轴5、调压螺栓3, 所述的下料溜子1上端安装在支撑梁2上,下料溜子1下部的两侧悬挂有两侧封板6;所述的支承座7上设有五个调压螺栓3,每个调压螺栓3中心孔内均穿有导向芯轴5,导向芯轴5垂直穿过侧封板6,调压螺栓3和侧封板6之间的导向芯轴5外侧套装有蝶形弹簧4。

1.一种柔性夹紧装置,包括下料溜子、支撑梁,其特征是:还包括支承座、侧封板、导向芯轴、调压螺栓, 所述的下料溜子上端安装在支撑梁上,下料溜子下部的两侧悬挂有两侧封板;所述的支承座上设有多个调压螺栓,每个调压螺栓中心孔内均穿有导向芯轴,导向芯轴垂直穿过侧封板,调压螺栓和侧封板之间的导向芯轴外侧套装有蝶形弹簧。
