Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓冲元件,尤其用于机动车座椅。更特别地,本发明涉及一种用于制造缓冲元件的装置和方法,该缓冲元件具有可膨胀的乘客保护装置。
背景技术
已知存在用于制造带衬垫的缓冲元件的方法,其使用模制的或在原位被泡沫封装的盖罩。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种缓冲元件和一种制造缓冲元件方法,其中提供在原位模制的缓冲元件的盖罩或者使用被泡沫封装的盖罩,并且其中可膨胀乘客保护装置与缓冲元件以如下方式互相作用,即,当可膨胀乘客保护装置激活时,盖罩打开。根据本发明,以液态将填充材料引入盖罩中,即,通过已知为现场浇铸技术来实现。
该目的由一种缓冲元件来实现,所述缓冲元件包括盖罩、填充材料、以及除盖罩之外还被泡沫封装的至少一个织物层,当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,可靠地和可重复地发生盖罩的打开,该至少一个织物层意欲影响当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时盖罩的打开。
这样,根据本发明非常有利的可能是,可以实现盖罩的特定打开,并且因而存在归因于乘客保护装置的特定可靠保护效果。
该目的还通过一种缓冲元件来实现,该缓冲元件包括盖罩和除盖罩之外还以如下方式被泡沫封装的至少一个织物层,即,当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,可靠地和可重复地发生盖罩的打开。
根据本发明,优选地,缓冲元件的外侧具有A侧(可见侧)和B侧(不可见侧),当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,盖罩的打开从缓冲元件的B侧发生。这样,根据本发明有利的可能是,缓冲元件造型美观,然而能通过 触发可膨胀乘客保护装置而在发生事故时实现很好的保护效果。
根据本发明,还优选的是,将至少一个织物层在一个连接点连接至盖罩,该连接点对应于位于缓冲元件的A侧上的盖罩内侧。作为选择地或者作为附加地,根据本发明优选的是,在一个连接点将至少一个织物层连接至盖罩,该连接点对应于位于缓冲元件的B侧上的盖罩内侧。这允许将至少一个织物层连接至缓冲元件的任意侧,从而各种结构都是相当可能的。
根据本发明尤为优选的是,至少一个织物层延伸穿过位于缓冲元件B侧上的盖罩。这样,有利的可能是,借助于从盖罩上悬出的任意端或两端,将该织物层直接连接至可膨胀乘客保护装置,或者附接至已连接至可膨胀乘客保护装置的元件例如气囊发射框架等上。
本发明还涉及一种由缓冲元件和可膨胀乘客保护装置组成的系统,所述缓冲元件包括盖罩、填充材料、以及除盖罩之外还被泡沫封装的至少一个织物层,当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,盖罩的打开可靠地和可重复地发生,该至少一个织物层意欲影响当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时盖罩的打开。
借助于这种系统,根据本发明有利的可能是,以美观的方式将缓冲元件装配在机动车辆中,同时确保由可膨胀乘客保护装置对乘客提供有效的保护。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示意性地示出了缓冲元件10(图1的下部)和模具1(图1的上部),模具1用于制造缓冲元件10。这包括将缓冲元件10的盖罩11置于模具1中,并且在其中至少局部地填充有填充材料12,尤其是泡沫材料12。这避免了使得盖罩11覆盖有预先形成的泡沫元件的需求,但是作为代替地,也可将填充材料12或泡沫材料12在原位引入盖罩12中。借助于箭头12’示意性地示出了引入填充材料12的方向。
根据本发明,缓冲元件10具有预定的断裂点15,尤其是裂缝15,其在可膨胀的乘客保护装置被激活时被打开。这种可膨胀乘客保护装置在下文中也可称为气囊。以已知的方式,气囊具有包括气垫的模块,当气囊被激活时,所述气垫从缓冲元件10的预定断裂点15显现以保护机动车的乘客。
在图2和图3中,分别示出了与缓冲元件的延伸范围的主方向相横切的示意性横截面视图,图2中的横截面视图还包括模具1,而图3中仅示出了缓冲元件10。本文中,图2代表本发明的第一实施例,而图3代表本发明的第二实施例。
根据图2中所示的本发明第一实施例,第一和第二织物层16、17在预定断裂点15的区域中连接至缓冲元件10的盖罩11,该第一织物层16固定在预定断裂点15(其在气囊被激活的情况下撕开)一侧上的一点16’,而第二织物层17固定至预定断裂点15(其在气囊被激活的情况下撕开)的相反侧上的一点17’。在气囊被激活的情况下,该结构确保了缓冲元件10和盖罩11允许或使气囊能够以可靠的方式展开。
根据图3中所示的本发明的第二实施例,第三织物层18设置在缓冲元件10的与预定断裂点15相反的区域中,随着引入填充材料12,该第三织物层18模制在缓冲元件10中,或者连接至缓冲元件10。第三织物层18在与预定断裂点15直接相对的区域中具有开口或狭缝18’,其效果是,借助于简单的装置,可以可靠地和可重复地打开预定断裂点,并且因而展开气囊。附图标记清单
Claims (10)
1.一种缓冲元件(10),包括盖罩(11)、填充材料(12)、以及除盖罩(11)之外还被泡沫封装的至少一个织物层(16、17、18),当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,盖罩(11)的打开可靠地和可重复地发生,所述至少一个织物层(16、17、18)布置成影响当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时所述盖罩(11)的打开,
其中,缓冲元件(10)的外侧具有第一侧和第二侧,当可膨胀乘客保护装置被激活时,所述盖罩(10)的打开从缓冲元件(10)的第二侧发生,并且
所述至少一个织物层(16、17、18)在一个连接点连接至盖罩(11),该连接点对应于在缓冲元件(10)的第一侧上的盖罩(11)的内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲元件(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个织物层(16、17、18)在一个连接点连接至盖罩(11),该连接点对应于在缓冲元件(10)的第二侧上的盖罩(11)的内侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓冲元件(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个织物层(16、17、18)延伸穿过在缓冲元件(10)的第二侧上的盖罩(11)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓冲元件(10),其特征在于,
所述第一侧是可见侧,所述第二侧是不可见侧。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓冲元件(10),其特征在于,所述可膨胀乘客保护装置是气囊。
6.一种由根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的缓冲元件(10)和可膨胀乘客保护装置组成的系统。
7.根据根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述可膨胀乘客保护装置是气囊。
8.一种车辆,包括根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的缓冲元件(10)。
9.一种车辆,包括根据权利要求6或7所述的系统。
10.一种展开位于缓冲元件(10)后面的可膨胀乘客保护装置的方法,所述缓冲元件由权利要求1-5中任意一项所限定,该方法包括:
激活可膨胀乘客保护装置,以可靠地和可重复地打开盖罩(11),所述至少一个织物层(16,17,18)影响盖罩(11)的打开。
