技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有变速器和变速器油泵的机动车。由DE10329215A1已知这种机动车。
背景技术
变速器油泵用于把变速器油输送到机动车的变速器中或在该变速器中输送变速器油。变速器油泵的可动部件通常由车辆驱动装置,尤其是发动机直接驱动。
出于效率原因,现在人们希望把变速器油泵设计为尽可能小,因此规定了,仅在发动机的中高转速下才输送足够的油,而在低转速下、特别是在发动机的怠速转速下不通过发动机输送足够的油。为了在发动机的怠速转速下也输送足够多的变速器油,设置了另一个驱动装置,在怠速转速过低时该另一个驱动装置提高泵的转速。
因为发动机和一般设计为电机的另一个驱动装置都必须与泵联接,所以使用了叠加传动装置(Summationsgetriebe),尤其是行星齿轮传动装置。在此,泵的可动部件(在简单的行星齿轮组的情况下)与行星齿轮传动装置的总轴(Summenwelle)、即行星齿轮架联接。另外的部件与两个驱动装置联接,即典型地在简单的行星齿轮组中齿圈和发动机联接,而太阳轮与电机联接。
如果在此情况下发动机比电机转动得快,那么太阳轮被强制接受相对于行星齿轮架的相对运动,该相对运动是不希望出现的。因此,电机通常必须始终保持一起运行,以通过发动机向变速器油泵加载期望的转速。在此用于电机运行的能量是能够节省的。
美国专利文献US5823282A描述了一种混合动力汽车,带有油泵、发动机、发电机和输出轴,该输出轴通过行星齿轮传动装置耦连。通过单向离合器的次级侧的旋转驱动油泵。该单向离合器设置在行星齿轮传动装置的轮架和发动机支架。单向离合器的初级侧与发动机耦连,而次级侧与行星齿轮传动装置耦连。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,对具有变速器和变速器油泵的的机动车,使得变速器油泵的运行需要较少的能量。
该目的如此实现,即在驱动装置中的一个驱动装置或与该一个驱动装置联接的轴和另一个元件之间设有超越离合器(Freilauf)。所述驱动装置中的一个驱动装置尤其可以是所述另一个驱动装置。通过该超越离合器使得,当其它的驱动装置负责变速器油泵的运行时,所述另一个驱动装置不必运行。
该目的尤其通过设置在太阳轮或与该太阳轮连接的轴和另一个元件之间的超越离合器实现。当电机关掉时,太阳轮也被超越离合器阻止。因此,当变速器油泵的可动部件仅应该由发动机驱动时,可以关掉电机而仍保持变速器油泵的可动部件的期望转速。
该另一个元件优选为变速器的壳体,然而也可以是电机的壳体。所述壳体足够稳定,从而能够阻止太阳轮。

具体实施方式
在具有发动机10的机动车中,该发动机用于驱动变速器油泵12。为此,由发动机10驱动的轴14与一从动轮16联接,该从动轮16与行星齿轮传动装置的齿圈18啮合。行星齿轮传动装置的行星齿轮20通过行星齿轮架22彼此连接,行星齿轮架22与变速器油泵12的可动部件24连接。
为了使变速器油泵12的尺寸不必过大,在发动机的转速低时同样可以使一电机26向变速器油泵12的可动部件24加载转速,确切地说通过使由电机26转动的轴28与行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮30联接来加载转速。为了在发动机10的转速高时可以关掉电机26而太阳轮30不随之转动,在太阳轮30或轴28与变速器壳体34之间设有超越离合器32。

Claims (5)

1.一种机动车,该机动车具有变速器和用于将变速器油输入所述变速器和/或在所述变速器中输送变速器油的变速器油泵(12),其中所述变速器油泵(12)的可动部件(24)与一行星齿轮传动装置的总轴(22)相联接,其中,第一驱动轴(18)由所述机动车的驱动装置在该驱动装置运行时驱动,而其中第二驱动轴能由另一个驱动装置驱动,其特征在于,在所述另一个驱动装置或与该另一个驱动装置联接的第二驱动轴和所述变速器的壳体(34)或电机(26)的壳体之间设有超越离合器(32)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车,其特征在于,所述变速器油泵(12)的可动部件(24)与行星齿轮传动装置的行星齿轮架联接,所述行星齿轮传动装置的齿圈由所述机动车的驱动装置在该驱动装置运行时驱动,而所述行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮能由所述另一个驱动装置驱动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机动车,其特征在于,在行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮或与该太阳轮连接的第二驱动轴和壳体之间设有超越离合器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的机动车,其特征在于,所述机动车的驱动装置是发动机(10)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的机动车,其特征在于,所述另一个驱动装置是电机(26)。
