完全滚动向心轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、两组菱锥体滚动体3和4、保持架5、一组圆柱体滚动元件6。6为一双层圆柱体形成的整体,中间半径大,两边半径小,中间占总长的1/2,两边各占1/4,圆台体大面MN与外圈1接触,圆台体小面AD.EF与内圈2接触。从垂直于ZZ’的轴承截面VW上可以看出:A点为2、3、6的同步运动点,OA为滚动体3的小圆锥体的锥面斜长,B为OA与ZC延长线的交点,B点为1、3、6的同步运动点,设计圆柱小半径r=OA,圆柱半径R=OB,从而维持圆柱体滚子在轴承中同步协调运转,各受力接触面实现完全滚动。

技术领域
本发明是对向心轴承的设计制造提出一种新的技术方案,其产品用于各种机械。 
背景技术
一、实际上直线接触型(圆柱滚子及圆锥滚子)轴承的产生就肯定了圆弧接触型(圆球滚子及不规则椭球滚子)轴承的本质并非纯滚动。 
二、圆锥滚子轴承既保持了圆柱滚子轴承径向的纯滚动,又保持了圆球滚子轴承能够承受较大轴向受力的特征,但它将部分径向受力转移成轴向受力。因此说圆锥滚子轴承在性能上优于圆柱滚子轴承和圆球滚子轴承是一种假象。 
三、由于以上两种因素,世界上的轴承在100多年的时间里,呈现双雄(直线接触型、圆弧接触型)争霸的局面,都存在不科学的地方。 
四、201010584308.7公布了完全滚动轴承,如图1,轴承的运转才真正进入了无摩擦的新时代,完全滚动轴承既能承受轴向和径向两个方向的受力,又能实现真正意义上的纯滚动。 
五、按受力的侧重面,轴承分为推力轴承和向心轴承,201110303239.2公布的完全滚动推力轴承是在201010584308.7完全滚动轴承基础上,侧重于轴向受力而发明的。 
六、在侧重于径向受力方面,也有必须改进的地方,圆锥滚子最大的弊端就是不直接正面承受受力,并且向大端面传递部分分解的力,没有像圆柱滚子那样直接正面承受力。 
发明内容
一、怎样能够在完全滚动轴承基础上,设法让滚子起码大部分直接正面承受径向受力呢?本发明——完全滚动向心轴承提出了一套解决方案:在完全滚动轴承背靠背的两组滚子之间安装一组圆柱滚子。 
二、完全滚动向心轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、两组菱锥体滚动体3和4、保持架5、一组圆柱体滚动元件6。6为一双层圆柱体形成的整体,中间半径大,两边半径小,中间占总长的1/2,两边各占1/4,圆台体大面MN与外圈1接触,圆台体小面AD.EF与内圈2接触。从垂直于ZZ’的轴承截面VW上可以看出:A点为2、3、6的同步运动点,OA为滚动体3的小圆锥体的锥面斜长,B为OA与ZC延长线的交点,B点为1、3、6 的同步运动点,设计圆柱小半径r=OA,圆柱半径R=OB,从而维持圆柱体滚子在轴承中同步协调运转,各受力接触面实现完全滚动。 
三、本发明有益的效果是提高了径向承载能力,保持轴承内部各元件受力面的完全滚动,不产生摩擦阻力,不发热,不易受损,适用于高负、荷高速运转,完全滚动向心轴承结构简单,容易实施。

1.完全滚动向心轴承是一种在完全滚动轴承基础上发明的向心轴承,其特征是通过在完全滚动轴承背靠背的两组滚动元件3和4间安装一组双层圆柱体滚子6,用以最大限度直接正面承受径向受力,准确确定内圈、外圈上的同步运动点A和B,设计圆柱体小半径r=OA,圆柱体大半径R=OB,从而使得双层圆柱体滚子6与外圈1、内圈2以及滚动元件3和4接触,并进行同步运转。
