Abstract

完全滚动轴承包括外套环1,内套环2,背靠背的一组滚动元件3和4,保持架5,滚动体3(或4)包括一个圆台体a(或a’)和一个圆锥体b(或b’)形成一个整体,圆台体a(或a’)表面与内外套环内壁接触,1,2,3a(或4a’)的接触面延伸后都形成圆锥面,并且锥形的顶点都重合于轴承中心轴线上一点Z(或Z’)保持受力面完全滚动,圆锥体b与b’形成斜线面接触,相互抵消水平方向受力,因为是同等尺寸的两个锥形体,且两顶点重合于O点,能保持受力面的完全滚动,因此轴承各个接触面不产生摩擦阻力。保持架5存在于两组滚动体的各个空隙间,因为轴承内部没有摩擦阻力,确保二组滚动元件3和4背靠背对正接触,保持架能确保滚动体有序运转,保持架与滚动元件间不会产生很大的摩擦。

本发明是对轴承的设计制造提出一种新的技术方案,其产品用于各种机械。
背景技术
一、现行制造使用的轴承,按滚子形状可简单分类为:①圆孤接触型,包括:球形及不规则椭球形;②直线接触型,包括:圆柱形及圆锥形。轴承在使用过程中,一般都要承受轴向及径向两个方向的作用力,因而导致现行使用的轴承,无法实现滚动元件与内外套环间的完全滚动。滚动摩擦不会产生摩擦阻力,滑动摩擦会产生摩擦阻力,一旦产生了摩擦阻力,轴承的各部件就会摩损,产生大量的热量,直致完全毁坏轴承。
二、为什么说现行使用的轴承无法实现完全滚动?
1、这里必须要引用一种新的理论观念:当两个接触面受到挤压时,并且可能挪动将会产生摩擦力,挪动发生后,摩擦力才会作功,人们为了维持接触面的挪动,就必须付出一定的功耗。因此完全滚动并不是形式上的简单滚动,而应是接触面完全没有挪动情况的发生。既要运动,又没有挪动,就必须保持两个接触面运动方向一致,且接触过的面积相等,比如说一个圆柱体在一个平面上滚动,可以符合上面的要求实现完全滚动,接触面平铺开来完全重合。
2、圆弧接触型轴承,不能实现完全滚动的要求,见附图1中,线AB=A’B’CD≠C’D’由此可见接触面不能完全重合。
3、直线接触型轴承,不能实现完全滚动的要求,滚子为圆柱形,柱形面与内外套环间实现完全滚动,但是当受到轴向作用力时,圆柱滚子的两端与内外套环的扣弦不能实现完全滚动。见附图2中,线XY=X’Y’MN≠M’N’由此可见接触面不能完全重合。滚子为圆锥形,按照目前正确的理论观念,内外套环及滚子的锥形顶点在轴承的中心轴线上重合于一点时,锥形面与内外套环间实现完全滚动,但无论是受到轴向作用力或径向作用力时,圆锥滚子大的一端与内外套环的扣弦间都存在作用力与反作用力。见附图3,象圆柱滚子轴承两端一样,不能实现完全滚动。
三、现行制造使用的轴承在不同程度上存在摩擦,当高负荷高速运转时,产生摩损,产生高热,增加能耗,减短轴承使用寿命。设计制造行业,没有微观地发现轴承内部存在的摩擦,只在散热,润滑上面下功夫,甚至形成了一种克服轴承运动疲劳的理论,这是错误的。
四、轴承的滚动元件在运转时并不是长期受到挤压力,而是呈-→最大-→小-→0-→0-→小-→最大-→周期性变化。假如说滚动体与内外套环内壁没有摩擦阻力,保持架与滚动体间也不会产生摩擦,当滚动体0受力时,保持架保持滚动体有序运转。
发明内容
为了使轴承达到科学完美的地步,克服内部摩擦,本发明——完全滚动轴承,提出了一套彻底解决方案,见附图4,轴承包括外套环1,内套环2,背靠背的二组滚动元件3和4,支持滚动体的保持架5,滚动体3(或4)包括一个圆台体a(或a’)和一个圆锥体b(或b’)形成一个整体,圆台体a(或a’)表面与内外套环内壁接触1,2,3a(或4a’)的接触面延伸后都形成圆锥面,并且锥形的顶点都重合于轴承中心轴线上一点Z(或Z’)保持受力面完全滚动,圆锥体b与b’形成斜线面接触,相互抵消水平方向受力,因为是同等尺寸的两个锥形体,且两顶点重合于O点,能保持受力面的完全滚动,因此轴承各个接触面不产生摩擦阻力。保持架5存在于两组滚动体的各个空隙间,因为轴承内部没有摩擦阻力,确保二组滚动元件3和4背靠背对正接触,保持架能确保滚动体有序运转,保持架与滚动元件间不会产生很大的摩擦。
本发明有益的效果是使轴承内部各元件在运转时实现完全滚动,不产生摩擦阻力,不增加能耗,不发热,不易受损,适用于高负荷,高速运转,运行稳定,提高使用寿命,完全滚动轴承结构简单,容易实施。

1.完全滚动轴承是一种利用滚动减少摩擦的轴承,其特征是:采用背靠背的两组滚动元件3和4,滚动元件3(或4)包括一个圆台体a(或a’)和一个圆锥体b(或b’)形成一个整体,圆锥体b与b’形成斜线面接触,两顶点重合于O点,既相互抵销水平方向受力,又保持受力面的完全滚动。
