本实用新型公开了一种轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其外圈是由两个形状完全一致的外圈环对称放置所组成的分体结构;两个外圈环在靠近它们的相连接处的外环上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内放有密封圈;两个外圈环外径的两边均倒圆角,靠近外侧的圆角大于内侧的圆角;两个外圈环的内孔呈阶梯状,大孔径与小孔径端面之间有一圆弧槽;内圈外径有两条完全对称的滚子滚道,每个滚道内有两个圆弧槽;内圈内径的两边倒角。本实用新型的轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其径向和轴向分别承受载荷,不存在偏载现象,而且因为滚道接触面积增大,其径向负荷的承受能力也相应增大。因此本实用新型轴承具有结构简单、易于加工、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,更具体地说涉及一种双列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有技术的轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,在其内圈两端不设置挡边,问题在于,轴承径向力均由外圈承受,存在偏载现象。而此类机器使用的圆柱滚子轴承,其内、外圈滚道即承受径向负荷又承受轴向负荷。超过使用要求时,导致一列滚子过载,一列滚子卸载,纵然不严重,也会造成偏载,加速了一列轴承因疲劳受到破坏。在现有技术的冷、热轧机上,专用于支撑辊和工作辊的调心滚子轴承,其寿命短是长期存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种专用于轧机、机电、冶金等行业大型轧机设备上的双列圆柱滚子轴承,其目的旨在提供一种可承受径向负荷,使用寿命长的轴承。
本发明构造了一种轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、两列圆柱滚子;所述外圈是由两个形状完全一致的外圈环对称放置所组成的分体结构;两个外圈环在靠近它们的相连接处的外环上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内放有密封圈;两个外圈环外径的两边均倒圆角,靠近外侧的圆角大于内侧的圆角;两个外圈环的内孔呈阶梯状,大孔径与小孔径端面之间有一圆弧槽;所述内圈外径有两条完全对称的滚子滚道,每个滚道内两侧有两个圆弧槽;内圈内径的两边倒角。通过上述技术方案,本发明的轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其径向和轴向分别承受载荷,不存在偏载现象,而且因为滚道接触面积增大,其径向负荷的承受能力也相应增大。因此本发明轴承具有结构简单、易于加工、使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的轴承由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、凹槽4和密封圈5组成。滚子3置于外圈1和内圈2之间,两列圆柱滚子平行并排靠置。外圈1是由两个形状完全一致的外圈环对称放置所组成的分体结构;两个外圈环在靠近它们的相连接处的外环上分别设置有凹槽4,凹槽4内放有密封圈5;两个外圈环外径的两边均倒圆角,靠近外侧的圆角大于内侧的圆角;两个外圈环的内孔呈阶梯状,大孔径与小孔径端面之间有一圆弧槽;内圈2外径有两条完全对称的滚子滚道,每个滚道内有两个圆弧槽;内圈2内径的两边倒角;或者说,内圈外圆周面在两端及中部设置用于抵住圆柱滚子的凸缘;内圈两端及中部的凸缘等高设置。密封圈5置于外圈凹槽4内。由于内、外圈端面设置了挡边,使轴承承受了轴向负荷,因此提高了轴承的使用寿命。

1、一种轧机用双列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、两列圆柱滚子(3);所述圆柱滚子平行并排靠置,其中:
所述外圈(1)是由两个形状完全一致的外圈环对称放置所组成的分体结构;两个外圈环在靠近它们的相连接处的外环上分别设置有凹槽(4),凹槽(4)内放有密封圈(5);两个外圈环外径的两边均倒圆角,靠近外侧的圆角大于内侧的圆角;两个外圈环的内孔呈阶梯状,大孔径与小孔径端面之间有一圆弧槽;
所述内圈外圆周面在两端及中部设置用于抵住圆柱滚子的凸缘;所述内圈两端及中部的凸缘等高设置;
所述凸缘之间形成两条完全对称的滚子滚道,每个滚道内有两个圆弧槽;内圈(2)内径的两边倒角。
